Consistent disgracefully rude customer service, predatory sales tactics, the athletic trainers are sadness personified, the facilities are always broken or breaking, the culture is so terrible it warrants sickness. I’ve seen them do business in the most underhanded manner to all walks of life from regular gym goers, to community brands that attempt to partner with them. I always passed this gym and decided to stop in and signed up the same day since it's way better than my current gym. Muy mal servicio y totalmente engañosos. Cuando me ofrecieron la membresía me aseguraron que no existía ningún contrato ni compromiso, y ahora resulta que sí hay un supuesto contrato de 90 días del cual no me dejan darme de baja. Desde el principio fui muy clara en que no quería una membresía, y aun así me la impusieron.
Para colmo, cuando llamé para aclarar la situación, el manager fue grosero y me colgó el teléfono. Me parece una falta total de respeto hacia el cliente.
No recomiendo para nada este lugar ni su servicio. Deberían ser honestos desde el principio y tratar con respeto a las personas.

I’m going to bed very blunt with this review. The staff isn’t friendly, every gym membership I have which is EOS & Planet fitness .. the front desk always greets the people coming in with a “hi welcome in” this place, they just stare at you & look goofy besides the manager & the new girl that’s at the front desk. Everybody just gives weird & unsettling energy. Second, anytime I might have to make a payment and maybe I don’t have it that day, they say ok just make sure you pay it as soon as possible & still let me workout but here “you can’t workout until a payment is made” I’m still gonna get my workout, just not here, the luxury of having multiple memberships. Lastly, the bathrooms are always dirty, whether it’s piss all over the floor or it’s no toilet paper. I’ve been there for a month and I’m already planning on canceling my membership. It’s one of the worst gym experiences I have come across.

I was lied to about how much it was to come to this gym and then told if I wanted to cancel I could at anytime without any problems. Not only am I being charged an amount that was not promised at all! I can’t cancel my subscription until I pay an amount I didn’t even agree to! My experience at this gym was consistently disappointing. The sauna was frequently unclean, with members ignoring the posted rules and no staff intervention to maintain order. The showers were also in poor condition with mold in the shower heads and rarely appeared properly sanitized. The facility feels heavily oversold — it’s overcrowded at nearly all hours, making it difficult to complete a workout without long waits for equipment. The equipment itself is good most of the time, lots of variety.

To top it off the front desk staff were often short, dismissive, and gave the impression that assisting members was an inconvenience. Canceling my membership was tedious and frustrating, you can’t do it online or over the phone which in 2025 is ridiculous. For the membership cost and brand of gym I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Unfortunately, this gym falls far below the mark. If you’re looking for a quality gym this isn’t it, it’s only a small step up from an la or planet fitness.

Recently cancelled my membership. There was a lot of miscommunication with freezing the membership and what would and not be charged. Jason repeated the same sentence that nothing could be done since I froze my membership twice; even though this was not clearly explained. In a matter of two days I got 2 charges. I am sad that my experience there ended in a bad note. I sent an email about this but nobody responded. That is why I’m posting here. You need everyone at the desk to clearly communicate to members especially when fees are involved.

Recently joined crunch! Jayson assisted me with understanding where everything was as well as the classes I can sign up for. The place is very welcoming and diverse.

He took his time in teaching me how to use the app and sign up for classes as well as to verify the classes each day(calendar)
He explained the rules and regulations of crunch and had me try out the hydro chair which was for 10min I wanted it for longer lol,

to be honest the fact that he took the time and effort to do this showed me how much he enjoys working at crunch you can tell he is a hard worker and creates a good environment with his charisma and enthusiastic personality.

I’ve been taking the yoga classes
with Karina A - she is the sweetest and is a phenomenal personality and work ethics. She will for sure have you leave relaxed and well stretched by the end of the class. The breathing exercises are pretty awesome as well. She also will teach about healthy foods to eat to take care of your overall health which is what I aim to do! She really enjoys her classes and teaching everyone you can tell the love she puts into it! Her aura is beyond beautiful

The ride(bike class), and dumbbell/barbell classes with Stacy P. Have been absolutely fantastic. She Switches it up every week with different challenging work outs, and will make sure you leave sore out of the class. In a good way! I am currently a member there but not for long more. You can't get on the equipment and use it because people are sitting on their phones and the staff doesn't do anything about it. Phones don't belong in a gym. People go there to work out..staff says there is no policy about phones which I find to be bullshit. I pay a monthly bill to use the equipment not watch People on there phones to where I can't use the equipment. Crunch fitness is worse than plantet fitness

On September 6th, I met with a personal trainer for a kick-off session. I was informed that in order to sign up for personal training, I would need to make a payment the same day. The manager, Jonathan, had me sign an agreement, but I clearly communicated that I would be going to the ATM to get cash to make the payment. I never returned that day to complete the transaction.

However, on September 13th, I noticed a charge of $172.00 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. I called the facility to inquire about this charge, and unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from Manager Jonathan. When I asked to speak to someone above him to escalate the issue, I was told that “no one is higher” than him, which I find concerning and untrue.

The work out equipment is great. However, the shower's almost never have soap. And my biggest gripe with this and other Crunch locations is that they don't have a clock visible from within the sauna. I won't take my phone in there like some of these dopamine addicts but it would be nice to know how long I've been in there. Also, PSA: To those who use the sauna, please stop blasting your phone's audio around strangers. No one wants to hear that shit.

I'm a member of the Kissemmee Crunch chapter. A few weeks ago, I was offered a t-shirt from the concession stand, and I was welcome to keep one. However, they didn't have my size, so I declined. Today, August 12th, the same concession stand had the same t-shirts, so I asked a lady at the front desk if I could have one, and she said yes. So, I grabbed it and went upstairs to do my workout. When I was already at the top of the gym, a blond guy at the front desk approached me and loudly announced that I would have to pay $10 for a t-shirt. I was very embarrassed because he said it out loud, and everyone looked at me. I told him it was free last time, so I asked the lady if I could have one, and she said yes. And he very rudely and loudly told me it wasn't free and that if I wanted one, I would have to pay. So, I returned the t-shirt and left. I didn't even work out because I was so embarrassed. There were no signs at the stalls stating the price. So, I ask that you be more careful about this, if you have to pay, than about the price setting.

I am giving Crunch Kissimmee five star not because of the facility or the front desk but because of instructor/trainer, Stacy P. This gym is terrible.., front desk employees are rude. They never look at you, never say good morning or good afternoon ZERO manners. The equipments are always broken and take months (6 months) for something to be fixed or an attachment to be replaced. It’s been a year and still waiting for a few attachments. These problem are lack of management on all fronts. I don’t know whose idea was to remove the paper towel from this gym? When you sweat, what are you supposed to wipe your face with? The only reason Kissimmee Crunch is getting five star is bc of Stacy P! Stacey is one of those trainers that knows the movements and the functionality of a good workout/routine. She can create her own routine and does not need to watch a video to learn how to teach a class. Always willing to show you the proper way to an exercise movement. There are some instructor at this location teaching classes that are not looking at the members to see if the exercise, are being done correctly. It is very rare when you can find an instructor that knows her stuff. The only reason why us members take classes i.e. HIITS, Boxing and weight training classes is because of Stacy P and no one else. We appreciate her!

I have visited 5-6 Crunch fitness during my vacation in Florida (Lake Nona, Belle Isle, East Colonial, Orlando park, Kirkman) but none has been like the one in Kissimmee. It wasn’t on my plans to visit, but driving around I saw the location and decided to join some of their studio classes and The Ride. JAVI was AMAZING, great energy from start to finish and I left the room sweating like I was inside of a sauna. Then for the studio classes, STACY, wow… high energy, super caring walked us through the exercises with a great smile, showing she really enjoys what she does. It was truly an experience. Las dos estrellas tienen que ver con la peor atención que he encontrado en un gym en toda mi vida.., Especialmente de un chico llamado Cristopher que no tiene idea de lo que es atender a un cliente, se comporta como un policía y es muy rudo en su manera de tratar a los clientes… Desoués de atenderme él personalmente la primera vez que fui y de caerme muy pesado tuve la necesidad de llamar por teléfono al siguiente día de la inscripción con la mala suerte que me atendió él y como no hablo inglés le dije please there are someone that speak Spanish y me dijo si qué quieres de una manera tan agresiva que enseguida me di cuenta que era él y le dije eres Cristopher verdad? Si a secas y le colgué el teléfono… En general todos vigilan a las personas como policías eso es todo tómenlo o déjenlo pero mientras Camila esté allí nada de esto pesa más!!! I grew up in this area and havent been back in almost a decade, this gym used to be a 24 HR back in the day and honestly this one is wayyy better. I really enjoyed my time here; all the members I talked to were super encouraging and supportive, there's TONS of equipment that my gym back home doesn't have and the sauna felt so amazing after my workout. The real MVP though is Jason; at the time I was visiting, I was dealing with a lot personally. A friend of mine was in the hospital, I had spent a fortune to make the trip to be here and the gym is where I go to "work it out". If it weren't for him being so kind I might have gotten 1 workout in the entire week I was there, purely out of financial limitation. It's wonderful to see people in the fitness community that put the well being of others above small monetary gains and understand that training and movement can make such a difference in people's lives. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for showing me compassion in my time of need and creating a super dope space full of great vibes 💪.

Can not recommend this gym AT ALL solely because of the LOUD, OBNOXIOUS spanish club music being CONSTANTLY PLAYED. I get there are latinos here but this just absolutely ridiculous. It’s not even 1 or two songs, it’s BACK TO BACK TO BACK. You either need to plug in headphones or deal with this garbage inappropriate ANNOYING music for HOURS during DAYLIGHT OR NIGHT TIME. I’m going to revoke my membership ASAP and go to a more professional club such as LA FITNESS. FAR MORE PEACEFUL EXPERIENCES. LOOK AT THE VIDEO REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL SPANISH MUSIC.

Visiting in town with friends and getting a day pass was easy! Jason at the front desk helped us out and we were able to get a great lift in. Equipment was clean, and the gym was busy, but had a lot of machines/racks to find a spot to work in. #HardWorkPaysOff

Great equipment especially the chest press machine near the 2nd floor water fountains. Much better than when 24hr fitness. Jason is very professional. Helped me out with account issues and got me the cruch t shirt I've been asking for since joining 2months ago. Can't say the same for other staff but the rest are ok. My only question is when will crunch expand to champions gate/Davenport area? Getting crazy populated heavy traffic make going to other crunch locations too much hassle.
