😂 this management is the absolute worst! upon signing up they promised a free month I never got it and I have to fight with them every time I call to get in touch with a manager they say “Seth is in a meeting with the regional manager” and they keep charging me $160 a month they won’t take my card off of auto pay, when I cancelled and got charged $160 another month this is going to escalate unfortunately for them, crunch in lake worth needs to do the right thing for their customers. Stop messing with customers money. Are yall serious?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Notch Gym with an Amazing GM!
Crunch Fitness in Lake Worth has been nothing but a great experience for me. The gym itself has everything you need solid equipment, clean space, and a good vibe but what really stands out is the GM, Seth.
This guy is on another level. He’s always upbeat, always helpful, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the doors. You can tell he loves what he does because it shows in how smoothly everything runs. He greets people, answers questions, jumps in when help is needed, and keeps the whole place feeling welcoming.
It’s rare to find someone who can set the tone for an entire gym like that, but Seth does it effortlessly. If you’re thinking about joining a gym in the area, this location is absolutely worth it. Great place, great people, and a GM who truly goes the extra mile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible GymEspecially Thanks to GM Seth!
Crunch Fitness in Lake Worth has honestly become one of my favorite places to be, and a huge part of that is thanks to the GM, Seth. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcomed, seen, and valued. He remembers people, checks in with everyone, keeps the energy high, and runs the gym with a level of professionalism and warmth you just don’t find everywhere.
The facility is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, but the atmosphere is what truly sets this location apart and that comes directly from Seth’s leadership. He goes above and beyond to create a positive environment where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable, motivated, and supported.
If you’re looking for a gym that genuinely feels like a community, Crunch Fitness Lake Worth is the spot. And if you get the chance to meet Seth, you’ll understand exactly why this place is so awesome. Highly recommend! 💪🔥

The gym is fine and very big. Always busy but any crunch location is. My issue was the staff, they don’t greet you when you walk in and are very straight faced, emotionless. They look like they don’t want to be there, but as someone who’s always been in customer service you have to fake it even if you’re unhappy. It felt like the staff gave judgy looks and like that didn’t want to do their job.

Disappointed. I signed up with 2 friends to do a day pass. The gym called me to schedule the pass and do a tour. We requested to take a class because we were thinking about leaving OrangeTheory for Crunch. The manager, Evan said they don’t usually allow that but he would allow us to audit the class. We arrived and asked for Evan. The people at the front desk said we couldn’t use our free class tonight. And after speaking with Evan and another manager, Austin, they still wouldn’t allow us to check out the class. We left and went to an OrangeTheory class. If you’d like to check out a more welcoming environment, try out OrangeTheory.

Crowded at times but overall fairly clean (way cleaner than LA Fitness) and mostly the right selection of weights. Would have given four and a half stars. Could use more yoga classes. Good gym value overall. Would like it open later on weekends. Friendly staff. Has a nice sauna. Not too many complaints at all. Good for a big box gym.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed location. I was coerced into signing a contract by Justin, even after expressing hesitation and explaining that I needed more time to see if it fit my budget. Despite my concerns, he continued to pressure me into signing.
I cancelled within the 3-day period under Florida Statute, and the contract clearly states that cancellation voids all future installments. My cancellation form, which was signed by a staff member, confirms that I owe $0 and that I’m not responsible for the next invoice.
Despite this, the gym charged a card I did not authorize, which is a clear breach of contract. When I reached out to billing, they confirmed that I owe nothing and that my personal training membership was cancelled. They also stated that the issue was coming from the home center, which has shown complete disorganization and lack of accountability.
Ironically, Justin, the same person who pressured me to sign, claimed he would escalate the matter to district management, but I’ve never received a follow-up, and they are still attempting to charge me.
This location is sketchy, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I do not recommend this Crunch Fitness to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I recently contacted the crunch Gym on hypoluxo in Lake Worth regarding charges on my account. While the representative initially assisted me, she abruptly cut me off while I was speaking and ended the call with “bye-bye.” This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I value good customer service, and this interaction did not reflect the standards expected from a company like Crunch. I hope
management addresses this issue and provides additional training to ensure better communication and respect toward members in the future. I don’t feel comfortable to go there anymore. Bad customer service!!!

Crunch Lake Worth is where dedication meets results. The energy here is unmatched it’s the kind of place that pushes you to outdo yourself every single day. I show up more than anyone, put in the work, and it shows. The staff keeps the atmosphere motivating, the equipment is always ready for a serious session, and the members bring that drive that makes you want to go harder.
This isn’t just a gym for me it’s a second home where I’ve become the top performer through consistency, effort, and focus. If you want a place that challenges you and rewards discipline, Crunch Lake Worth is it.

Im utterly appalled with the response of this gym. While working out today I placed a piece of equipment on the floor. It bounced but didn’t hit any nearby members. A trainer/ employee confronted me to explain how that can be dangerous to members near by. I apologized, explained I meant no ill intentions and I knew where I was placing the equipment it wasn’t going to hit no nearby members. I continued with my workout. The client she was training later followed me to the bathroom to curse me out and making threats to throw equipment at me. I told her trainer to explain to her client that was unacceptable behavior but she didn’t attempt to deescalate at all. I have no issues with any members of this gym and have no ill intent when working out. I’ve dealt with similar offenses in the gym people dropping equipment near me but I never follow them or make threats towards them. I never go out of my way to produce an unsafe gym environment. I have no issue with the trainer explaining the proper way to place equipment but the same the trainer that let me know its not okay to bounce equipment can also let her client know it’s unacceptable to provoke a potential altercation in the gym. Which was not done at all. I did not catch the trainers name but it was the black lady with the short cut Mohawk.

This gym is a scam. The different membership tiers are lies. I have a peak membership that clearly states I can bring a guest, but when I tried to bring my guest, they were told they needed a physical ID. My guest only had a photo ID on their phone, which wasn’t accepted. The staff then told me that my guest could sign up, and once they do, they’d be able to access the gym. So, my guest doesn’t need an ID to sign up, but needs one to join me as a guest? This gym sold me on the idea that my membership would grant me full access to all the perks, but it turns out it’s only if my guest is willing to sign up. That’s completely misleading/scam and has cost them my entire family’s membership.

I stopped by for a free day pass since I just moved to the area. When I arrived, I was told that because my driver’s license didn’t have a local address, I’d need to pay for a day pass — or that Lucas could “give me a sick deal instead.” It came across more like a sales pitch to get me to sign up for a membership before I even had the chance to check out the facility. I decided not to work out there and went somewhere else.

I feel compelled to share my concerns about the management at Crunch Fitness Lake Worth, particularly regarding the behavior and professionalism of the manager, Seth. In my experience, Seth demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service skills that significantly impact the overall environment of the facility.
Seth often appears out of uniform and interacts with customers without clearly identifying his role, which creates confusion and a misleading impression of authority. During his presence, staff members frequently congregate around the welcome desk, socializing loudly and displaying a lack of focus on member services. Additionally, individuals not in uniform—who may not even be employees are often behind the front desk, further detracting from the professionalism of the club.
More troubling is Seth’s apparent lack of conflict resolution skills and unwillingness to address customer concerns constructively. When I requested information on how to escalate issues, Seth claimed he has sole authority over all operations at the facility, which raises serious questions about oversight and accountability. His behavior suggests he operates without proper checks and balances, often enforcing his own rules and exhibiting retaliatory attitudes towards members who voice concerns.
This situation is unacceptable for any customer-focused business, especially one still in its infancy in this community. While the facility itself is well-appointed, poor management like this threatens to drive customers away and damage Crunch’s reputation locally.
I urge the corporate owners and higher management to investigate Seth’s conduct immediately. Prospective members should carefully consider these issues before choosing this location, as the current management environment does not reflect the standards one should expect from a reputable fitness club

Do Not Join this Gym. Misleading front desk and terrible customer service policy. Went in store to cancel my membership as instructed and was told it was "all set" and had 30 days to use the facilities, only to be billed 2 months after the fact. When I called to get the issue resolved not only did they refuse to refund the two months fees, they made me pay at "30 day notice" fee for canceling over the phone because there was no trace of me cancelling (because the girl at the front desk didn't cancel it). $90 spent on cancelling a membership.

This is one of the better Crunch locations I’ve visited. Large space. Love that it has two floors and two turf areas. Massage chairs and hydro massage. Well thought out. New machines , great gym , yesterday was my first day ! I used to go to LA fitness but I cancelled my membership ! I’ve been going to Crunch Gym for a while now and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of machines and free weights. The group classes keep me motivated, and I love that there’s always something different to try. The membership price is very reasonable compared to other gyms, and the overall vibe is fun and energetic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive place to work out!

Misleading, overcrowded, and untrustworthy – I regret joining.
I signed up for what was advertised as a 30-day trial, but I was shocked to see billing begin on day 5. I was also told a session with a trainer was included in the trial — but I was charged immediately after the meeting without any warning.
When I brought these issues up, the managers were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I expressed concerns about the charges and cancellation process, but they offered no resolution and seemed more interested in protecting their bottom line than helping a customer.
The gym itself is constantly overcrowded, which makes working out frustrating which is why I wanted a trial. On top of that, I tried to cancel at the end of my 3-month agreement, only to be told I couldn’t put in notice then — that I would have to wait 3 months just to give notice.
I feel misled and stuck with a membership I don’t trust. I absolutely do not recommend this gym.

I don’t know who’s in charge, but you have got to get your management team, workers to stop playing music at 120 decibels. It’s a headache, I can hear it blasting through my own headphones, and I can’t even communicate with my spotter. I have to yell and it’s ridiculously loud at the front desk workers desertion. Music in a gym should be ambient, not a night club!

My 18 yr old child wanted to pay for 4 sessions with the coach, but was fooled into signing a a recurring contract for $2100. After making a few payments and paying hundreds of dollars to get out of that, they repeatedly keep digging into his account for all kinds of fees and payments in spite of the documents stating that the account is "paid in full" and numerous assurances that they will not do it anymore. Stay away from them, avoid any contract with this company, definitely do NOT share your account info with them.

I wish I could rate it a ZERO but that's not an option. I was very excited to go here but due to the lack of communication skills from the staff, I will not be. After coming in as a guest I was asked if I would be signing up. I was interested It was a penny so I did. I asked Kirsten when the next payment would come out and she said "IN A MONTH" I checked the app and there was a payment scheduled for 8/26/25 and I signed up 8/21/25. Also with that an annual fee that I did not know about. I called a day later and spoke to someone who told me to come in on sat 8/23/25 after 9 am and ask for a manager named either Talan or Seph and they could do a 3-day cancel. I walk in at 2 pm and "there is no manager in" HOW CONVENIENT. Kirsten was there again and called the manager Talan and said that they DO NOT do 3 day cancels and that they do not who would tell me that! Great ! I was lied to TWICE in one week by this team member. I asked for a corporate number and was told there is not one. Actually there is with a quick google search. Get more competent staff! I genuinely feel like I was taken advantage of.

They wouldn’t allow me to use a free one day pass because they said I was already in their system. I’ve never gone there before so I don’t understand how that’s possible. I then said well I have One Pass through my health insurance. Front desk girl said spinning/group fitness classes aren’t included with my One Pass benefits. I then said ok then I’ll just pay for the one day pass which was $15 because I wanted to try a spin class here. I’ve been going to spin classes for years and simply wanted to try their class. She said the $15 one day pass fee doesn’t include spin classes. Absolutely ridiculous. You will never get my business and I’ll never recommend Crunch fitness to anyone I know.

This GYM management team is the worse. Im paying an ANNUAL FEE of 64.00 for using your equipment and there is none. Half of your treadmills are not working bc they need to be serviced. Then, your squat machine you have NO clips to hold the weights. Moreover you have no black workout matts available! I can’t blame the employees because they said they mentioned WEEKS ago and you guys didn’t do anything about it. A friend I recommended to this gym cancelled their membership because of these issues and never was he told it was a ONE YEAR COMMITMENT so you would have to pay $100 to cancel! On top of already paying the annual fee of $64 SCAM!

Dominic for the training department was nonchalant and didn’t care to acknowledge my concerns when he printed the agreement he said I signed the agreement had another initial than mines and when I asked for a corporate numbers he gave me a random new gym number. Lots of space to workout and many machines, equipment, and workout stations. It has 2 floors and second floor is mainly cardio and classes. Has elevator. Has a sauna and a big bathroom with built in locks. Has WiFi although it doesn't always work. Usually very crowded between 4-10pm but now seems like all the time. From day-one member to walking out: poor management, high turnover, and a gym that’s stopped caring.
I was a loyal member from opening day, but management refused to address ongoing staff behavior issues. The overall attitude from staff was consistently disrespectful, and even front desk interactions often felt unwelcoming with no greeting, no smile, and a sense that members were a bother rather than valued customers. Over time, repeated incidents from staff created an uncomfortable environment for me and my family. Management was aware of the problem and instructed us to “leave each other alone,” but the behavior continued. When I brought the concern to staff again before canceling our memberships, I was told, “Why don’t you just go to EOS?” I have since joined EOS and am much happier there.
The staff and trainers here are a revolving door, with constant turnover that makes it hard to build a consistent, professional rapport. At one point, my personal training instructor quit without informing me, and the gym kept the remaining money I had paid in advance instead of refunding it. While I understand I signed a contract, this is still a serious customer service problem and a poor way to conduct business. I strongly caution anyone considering personal training here to think twice.
Since opening, the facility itself has also declined: equipment is no longer maintained as well, there are often no cleaning towels available to wipe down equipment, and garbage is left on the floor. The gym has gotten noticeably dirtier, as if management has stopped caring.
In short, Crunch has gone from a place I was happy to go to one I can no longer stomach. Between the unaddressed staff behavior, high turnover, unfriendly service, declining cleanliness, and poor handling of personal training, it’s clear that member experience is no longer a priority. I hope management makes serious changes, but until then, I’d advise looking elsewhere. 😊

Today I had my hand on the rocks and they were cooler than room temperature. Not worth my time or money, paid the $120 cancel fee's just to never deal with this facility again. Would not recomend, if you're going to charge more for amenities they need to work.

Be aware that Crunch, in general, can and will increase your monthly & annual fees whenever they feel like it. Within a year I’ve had two increases and now an additional $10 increase for the annual fee. As people struggle to pay bills and make ends meet this is not the time for the gyms to also be increasing fees. If you’re locked into a contract at the specific price you agree to pay, these increases should not be allowed without a new consent to agree!

The amount I have been incorrectly charged amounts to over $1000.

The gym and equipment are solid, but the music is extremely loud—blaring like a nightclub. My noise-canceling headphones aren’t strong enough to block it out. If you enjoy the playlist, you’ll probably be fine, but if not, it can be very distracting.
I initially rated this higher but am dropping it to three stars for a key reason: limited hours. Unlike EOS Fitness, which is just 10 minutes away and open 24/7, this gym closes at
Mon-Thurs 11 PM
Friday 9PM
weekends 7PM
EOS also has a better machine layout, organized by muscle group, whereas Crunch's setup feels scattered and unpredictable. Additionally, EOS offers similar or even better perks, like UV rooms and Ice Lounges.
The only real advantage Crunch has for me is proximity—it's much closer about 3 min away from where I live. But considering the overall experience, I find EOS to be the better option.

THEY COMMITTED FRAUD !!
I am extremely disappointed with the way Crunch Fitness at Lake Worth handled a serious and unethical situation involving my 14-year-old son.
While at the Wellington Mall one Sunday, my son and his friend were approached by a Crunch representative named Melyana Montelbano. Despite clearly being minors, she signed my son up for a gym membership by falsifying his information — including forging his date of birth, creating a fake email address, and writing down bank account details directly from his phone. All of this was done without any parental consent or involvement.
When I found out, I contacted the gym immediately. Instead of handling the issue professionally, I was met with defensiveness and a lack of accountability. I was told to come in person to speak with a manager — only to be told once there that the manager wasn’t available and I needed to speak with “Matt.” I followed up again as instructed and called on Monday. I spoke with someone named Jen who was rude, dismissive, and told me the membership had already been canceled — without offering any apology or responsibility for what happened.
This is a serious breach of trust, ethics, and privacy, especially when minors are involved.

I recently joined this gym, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience so far. Above all, the staff truly set this gym apart. Talan was the main reason I decided to give it a try, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. His professionalism and enthusiasm are unmatched, and he played a major role in making me feel welcome from day one.
Valentina, who opens the gym on weekdays, is exceptional. She is by far the best front desk associate I’ve encountered at any business. Her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and positive energy make starting each day at the gym a pleasure.
The atmosphere throughout the gym is motivating and supportive. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and offers everything I need for a complete workout. Additionally, the gym is consistently clean and well-kept, which further enhances the overall experience.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming environment, outstanding staff, and top-quality facilities.

I joined the gym on Dec22,2024 before the gym opened. After attending a class at another location , I decided that Crunch was not for me and wrote a letter of cancellation. I found that canceling your membership isn’t quite as easy as it should be. I hand delivered the letter to the manager, Talon, at the outside desk at the Crunch on Hypoluxo Road and was assured that my membership would be canceled and I wouldn’t be charged anymore. Their rule of cancellation is that it must be done in person. I received a call in February about my membership. I told Matt that I had canceled it and referred to the letter and the fact that I had handed it to the manager , Talon .Now , it is six months later and they have sent me to collections . I called to speak to a manager and she just put me on hold . I am very disappointed in the customer service here as well as the lack of communication.

The gym itself is incredible mediocre, there is some how only two smith machines, but they have a plethora of the useless hoist machines no one wants, parking is always packed, staff is very unhelpful and rude. They also make it impossible to cancel your membership after they lie to you about the terms and tell you you only have to pay 2 months and then you cancel. Then when you go to cancel they say oh did you read the contract the person who signed you up never showed because you actually need to pay for 3 months and the annual fee before you can stop paying. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM AT ANY COST, eos is so much better and cheaper go there instead.

Deceptive Business Practices - Avoid CRUNCH GYM FLORIDA WELLINGTON BRUNCH at All Costs 🥷🏿
I recently had a disappointing experience with crunch gym Florida Wellington branch. One of their staff members misrepresented their packages and pricing during our initial consultation. When I decided to join, I wanted a package with all the classes and amenities however it had a commitment of 3months which I explained to the salesperson that I was only in Florida for a month and I will be exiting for my next assignment, this guy vividly told me i can cancel when I’m leaving & that shouldn’t be a problem, i guess he was desperate to onboard me, he introduced me to a personal trainer which i even paid for a personal trainer session (which went well) - Plot twist, when i was about to leave Florida, i called to cancel my subscription, i was told I can’t cancel over phone I needed to go there in person which I did Twice and everyone told me the managers will reach out to me because I can’t CANCEL before 3 months elapsed - all the states i travel too, i have a gym subscription so I didn’t need to carry crunch membership anywhere, these people refused to cancel my subscription and even THREATENED ME 😳
I was met with resistance and a lack of transparency. The staff member's initial claims seemed to be intentionally misleading, and the gym's billing practices appear to be designed to take advantage of customers.
I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with CRUNCH GYM especially WELLINGTON FLORIDA BRANCH and to carefully review all terms and conditions before signing up. Unfortunately, I will not be continuing my membership and would not recommend this gym to others.

I have family moving into town and have been RAVING to them about my Zumba classes here. They called in advance and spoke to John about the possibility of getting a day pass to check out the facility. But Talan was extremely unhelpful when we arrived stating “I don’t know why Jon said that” after he refused to let them in to check it out. They are new to the area so of course their ID’s don’t have a Palm Beach county address yet- something we were VERY transparent about from the beginning! So instead of having the opportunity to sign up another family of 5+, Talon let his ego overcome him. Extremely rude behavior overall.

I come here and never have an issue but today the front lady named Valentina really pissed me off. I had vividly remembered, placing my phone down near the machine and I walked away for a split second came back and it was gone. Mind you I've been scouring around the gym for about 15 minutes trying to find it. I go up to the front desk and ask her if she's able to check the cameras because I know it was there and I know that someone might've taken it and she says no I'm not doing it unless I have a police report with an attitude. I then ask her if she might have a pink phone behind the counter that's someone might've brought and she just says no and continues doing whatever she was doing. I continue to look for another 10 minutes with no luck. I go to another guy at the front desk and he says the same thing that they would have to look at a police. They would have to have a police report , which I understand... then he goes and checks and it's right underneath the first girl who had an attitude. then he goes and checks and it's right underneath the first girl who had a attitude. maybe she was having a bad day but respectfully idc

Do not waste your money at Crunch Fitness. These people are straight-up thieves. They make it impossible to cancel your membership, hit you with hidden fees, and will charge your card even after you’ve followed their shady cancellation process to the letter. It’s all about grabbing your money and hoping you give up trying to get it back.
And the gym itself? Absolutely disgusting. It’s overcrowded all the time, which means equipment is constantly in use, broken, or caked in sweat from people who clearly weren’t taught how to wipe down machines. Good luck finding anything clean—or even usable. The whole place feels like a breeding ground for bacteria and bad vibes.
Crunch Fitness should be ashamed. It’s the definition of quantity over quality, and they clearly don’t care about their members—only their wallets.
Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that respects your time, money, and hygiene.

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would. Be very careful of what you agree to at this gym. They purposely sign you up in a noisy and busy area where you are easily distracted. They lie by telling you your first month is “free” and you can cancel after three months. It’s actually four months because they charge for three billing periods which does not include your first “free” month. If you sign up for a training package be very careful. You are locked in to the same “3 month” commitment which means they will continue charging you for training even after you are no longer a paying member. This gym is the reason people hate gym contacts. Avoid joining!!!!

Let me be clear, when I say that I love crunch fitness. I love all of the machines, I love the ope and airy feel, the staff are wonderful… But you cannot get into this location. There is grossly insufficient parking for the amount of space, and for the number of members. I have tried on several occasions at several times throughout the day throughout the week and it doesn’t matter what time you go it is always jam pact. And while that is a testament to the quality of the gym and that everybody wants to go, there’s no point in having a membership if you can’t get through the doors. You need to expand your parking, or you need to start limiting how many people you give memberships to. The gym is inaccessible

My husband and I joined 2 months ago and we like it. Overall, it’s a nice gym, but with a few issues:
1) Parking
2) Very busy on weeknights (M-Th especially)
3) Staff should empty trash and make sure there are wipes in the dispensers
4) Why do you let in people with tripods/cameras? Seems like a safety/liability issue

I joined this gym 3 weeks ago hoping for a better experience than I had at Amped Fitness, but sadly, it hasn’t lived up to my expectations.
The facility is impressive: Fairly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. The machines are excellent and offer everything you’d want for a solid workout and variety.
Unfortunately, the downsides are hard to ignore. The gym is always packed, no matter the time of day. The biggest issue is the parking — I regularly spend 10–15 minutes just trying to find a spot. This is largely due to their “bring a guest for free every day” policy, which floods the gym with non-members and makes it harder for paying members (especially higher-tier ones like myself) to get full value. Furthermore, the limited gym hours of operation are also a huge turn off. Will be going back to the market for another gym.
Overall, great facility, but the constant overcrowding and parking hassle are dealbreakers for me.

I’ve been working out at the new Crunch gym near my house, and I’ve got to say—it’s awesome. It’s been open for about two weeks, and compared to LA Fitness, this place is on another level. It’s a real lifter’s gym, and it’s packed with everything you need.
There are 4 bench presses, 4 incline benches, 10 squat racks, 10 adjustable dumbbell benches, and four sets of dumbbells from 5 to 110 pounds. Plus, it’s got stairs in the middle of the gym for running, a field for fieldwork, punching bags upstairs, and plenty of cardio machines.
One downside? The dumbbells are all lined up heaviest on one side and lightest on the other, so it would’ve been nice to have heavy weights on both ends to avoid hauling them across the gym.
That said, the vibe is great, and the top membership even includes tanning, hydrotherapy, and massage beds. Just know there’s no pool or basketball court, so if that’s what you’re after, this might not be the gym for you. It also tends to get very crowded at times and the parking situation isn’t the greatest.
Overall, it’s modern, clean, and perfect for serious lifters. It’s also cheaper than LA Fitness, which makes it an even better deal. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

I just wanted express my dissatisfaction with the policy/staff at this location regarding bringing in a guest.
I hold the peak-results membership (whatever that means) that explicitly allows me to bring a guest.
When I visited the gym recently with a guest, we were immediately approached by an employee who insisted on asking my guest “a couple of questions.”
This turned into an extended, unsolicited sales pitch during which they attempted to repeatedly pressure my guest to sign up for her own membership—even though she clearly declined multiple times and stated that she would be attending only as MY GUEST, as permitted under my membership plan.
Despite her clear and repeated refusals, the employee continued to push the issue and even brought over a personal trainer to pitch a training package - which she also declined.
My guest was then forced to endure yet another sales attempt. As if that weren’t enough, my guest was subjected to a tour of the facility—even after I stated I had to be at work soon and did not have time for that but she still insisted. So the whole ordeal took 20 minutes, severely cutting into the short window we had available to actually work out.
This interaction was completely inconsistent with prior experiences. I had brought another guest a few days prior and none of this happened. Clearly, the staff is not applying policies consistently nor are they telling you of idiotic policies.
To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager to voice my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
He claimed that what we experienced was “normal policy” for all new guests (which is ridiculous).
That is just completely unreasonable and none of the gyms I’ve been to in the past have ever done something like this before.
The manager then proceeded to say that my guest was coming for "free” which is laughable at best, disrespectful and prompted me to immediately cancel my membership.
I’d expect you to do something like this to someone who just waltzes in and says 'I might be interested in signing up', not to a guest who’s accompanying a member with a membership that explicitly allows you to bring in a guest an unlimited amount of times because they are paying a higher fee in order to bring a guest. So no they are not coming for “Free”. Pathetic LOL

The gym is beyond beautiful. Unfortunately I had to close my account at short notice due to a relocation. I called the gym several times asking to cancel. The first time I was told I would have to come in person. I replied that it wasn’t possible as I had moved out of state. The member of staff said to go to my local Crunch in new location and cancel through them. I thought this was strange but went along only to be told that it was a totally different Franchisee and they could not help me. Back to Hypoluxo, this time I was told to put cancellation request in writing and they would deal with it! In this day and age….have we not advanced in technology at all????? Follow along with his request… 2 1/2 weeks later I received my letter back unopened as there was no mail receptacle!
Called again, spoke to a manager, Trent, could not have been more unhelpful! Zero interest in my issue, no apology, no he couldn’t do anything, just send the request out again, while they happily charge me for another month!
I will go through my bank as Crunch are determined to be as unhelpful as possible!

Solid gym. They need a side lateral machine though. Crunch fitness seems to play the music too loud at every location. They also seem to be overly staffed at the front desk. Parking can take up to 10 mins of waiting or must park at shopping center across street. Gym is insanely overcrowded and must wait 5 to 10 minutes for a machine. Called to ask if they offer free trial day and was told yes. I arrived 30 minutes and was refused a trial day. I decided to sign up not knowing that in a a week it would become insanely busy due to their constant promotions. They will not let you cancel until 90 days. Attempted to cancel today just passed 90 days but was charged for 4th month and they refuse to refund even though I havent been there in roughly a month. Between waiting to park and waiting for every machine you spend more time waiting then working out.
Update: I canceled on April 4 the day of this originally posting this revieq. I was charged again May 3rd, I called and they said I never canceled even though I spoke to supervisor for 10 minutes in person on April 4 and canceled. They charged me May 3rd and said I have to pay another 20 to cancel today. This is out of control. I disputed with bank and reported their behavior. I as well have a voice recording of me canceling on April 4 and they still refuse.

You cannot cancel a membership on a desktop, app, or via email, or via call. You need to either send a certified letter to cancel or go in person to do so. They claim it’s because it requires signatures. But I signed up online not in person and do course that was not an issue at all then! No problems taking your money. I would not support a business which is clearly making it as hard as possible to cancel, in 2025 there are no excuses for this stringent requirement other than greed.

I'm on disability and after adamantly making it known I didn't want or need training was still talked into 2 sessions
I went in before the sessions and bank would be charged and tried to cancel telling them im on ssi and needed my funds for necessities over leisure/training.
I even emailed Eric who's in charge my proof of ssi letter and said he'd look into it.
Apparently the websites policy states you should be able to cancel and refund prior to being charged or taking the session if you're disabled (which i am and provided proof)
I went in well before the first bank charge and sessions to cancel.
I was given no consideration into my financial need, had to go without medication and food due to being charged regardless for sessions I dont plan on taking.
If youre disabled in any shape form or way. Do not sign up for training or let them talk you into it as Eric cares only about lining staff pockets and not a disabled person's financial necessity.
Highly rate the professionalism and compassion of said staff a 0
However id like to iterate. Most of the staff are pleasant, and considerate.
But the training is a complete scam 😒 and they will charge and not refund you for not use or being disabled.

Unethical Billing Practices – BEWARE!**
I canceled my membership, after their required 12 invoices. Made me run around 4 times to cancel and even after cancellation they continue to charge me - my card without consent. Despite reaching out multiple times, customer service offers no real solutions—no response to emails, just endless excuses from people at the desk who really don’t know what they are doing and keeps stating that the back-end office manages billing. . It’s clear they have no respect for their customers and are only interested in taking money however they can.
If you value transparency and ethical business practices, steer clear. I am now disputing these charges with my credit card company as I had not consented to these extra payments and warning others to ensure your hard earned money is handled safely.

Too many issues. As stated in other reviews, their promotions were not promotions as they charged an annual fee over $85; other Crunch Fitness' never charged me an annual fee. Two, too many cardio machines are down and not repaired within 24 Hours; in addition, "out of order signs” are not placed on broken machine. Three, all four employees are busy chatting at the front desk instead of keeping the facility maintained (weights everywhere), cleaned (machines are not wiped down), and unkempt (trash cans overflowing and restrooms trashed). Finally, the music is way too loud and not diverse (personal music devices cannot block the facility sound and the music is muddled as volume cracks). For a new facility, the location needs a proactive operational manager. Very disappointed to see the facility not on a 24-Hour Operational System.

Brand new gym with a horrible parking parking situation. There isn’t nearly enough spots. People just make their own alongside actual parking spots, park in the dirt in the construction area for another business across the street and way out of the way in the neighboring Walmart parking lot. People just hangout at machines without working out. Low cost and it being new simply isn’t worth it. If you want to come and actually work out, look elsewhere. We got an unbelievable amount of calls, texts, and emails when we joined to come to their “kickoff class” to the point of harassment. I spoke with multiple individuals and they continued to call. Even went as far and putting appointments for the kickoff on my calendar without my consent or permission. We switched over to Crunch from LA Fitness because it had new equipment but I completely regret it.

This is all BS miscommunication between employees. I tried to cancel my account since 2 months, every time they said that they have a 90 days agreement , I came after my 90 days, now they said they have another 30 days notice before closing. I am very confused and upset, employees are very rude, having lack of communication and showing no respect.

My experience with the personal training program was very unprofessional. They signed me up for personal training with a three month commitment and gave me the runaround when I tried to cancel within their three-day cancellation duration. I spoke to the JUSTIN (manager with the glasses and grey hair) the next day after signing up and told him I could not afford it, but was told i had to personally cancel with my trainer. When I came back to cancel with my trainer, the manager Dom/Don told me the only option I had was to freeze it, but looking over the contract again, I could’ve canceled it instead. They acted like I was stealing money out of their own individual pockets and now that I’m trying to really cancel, I nearly have to give them my obituary to get out of this contract for services I haven’t gotten to use. I do not recommend getting any services from them because they are worse than a janky car salesman

I've been training here for 3 months. It's big and there's plenty of room to do things. good and relax to focus on your goals
Customer service isn't very good They should be more attentive to the needs of their customers.
My coach, Guillermo Courtois, is the best. I recommend him 100%.

If you happen to gain access to an network of gyms through your employer, then tread carefully when going to this location.
Sometimes they let you in and sometimes they do not.
A colleague of mine access this location multiple times under a well-known partner application but now they do not accept this service until a certain date.
I refuse to attend a gym where promises are not kept.

This place is packed full of men and women with some serious muscle. You need to get there at zero dark hours or between 11:00 - 14:00 if you want room to breathe.

Half of the treadmills don’t even work. It gets too crowded upstairs with people for half of the machines to not work. Fix them.

It’s great! It has so much space and gym equipment! You’ll never have to fight to get in something either because you’ll have time after! I recommend totally! They’ve been having sales where you pay only 10$ a month and friends or new comers can pay just a 1$ to join for the first month. If you’re trying to find affordable gym membership or get back in space. This is good!

Parking is more than just challenging, it’s nearly impossible if you come in the evening. This gym is completely overcrowded. If you want to quit, you still have to pay for three months before they will allow it. After speaking to the manager I asked for a phone number for the Corporate office and they said there’s no way to call a corporate office. Let the buyer beware.

I went during a weekday at like 3pm ish and although I love the machines and workout I had… the women’s bathroom looked like that of a teenage skating rink. It was a mess. Debris on the floor, showers dirty with items left behind, white wet naps everywhere. A gym with this much foot traffic needs a midday clean up not just at night or whenever the clean up crew comes along.

Never know what life is going to throw your way. I have been diagnosed with a serious medical condition. I needed to cancel my membership. Last week I was charged the annual fee - and will not be able to attend the year. I had to go to the gym to sign a paper and cancel. And pay for March, again will not be able to use the gym. You know rules are rules but under the medical condition. There should be more human compassion for such circumstances.

This asian girl at the front told me I could not access the gym after another employee said I could with a day pass. Terrible customer service. The email clearly said :"Must have no previous guest pass usage in last 30 days and be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian" but she kept telling me since
I had been to crunch before (as a current member) I could not access the gym and that the corporate rules did not matter since they were a franchise.
What kind of nonsense is this?

Pathetic place as they dont allow you to cancel membership within 90 days. This is just exploitative policy. I have just pay 1 more month without using it to cancel. Also they dont support online cancellation and doent pick up phone.

I've been going to the gym for two months now, and I absolutely love it. As someone who thrives on structure, I really appreciate the well-organized classes like Hot Core, Hot Pilates, and Barbell. The coaches—Angie, Shannel, and Nittaya—are outstanding, making each session both challenging and enjoyable.
The only drawback is the parking, but thankfully, it usually takes no more than five minutes to find a spot. Another issue is that the Hot Pilates area tends to get dirty since people walk in with their shoes on, which affects the cleanliness of the space.
