I had a great experience here! I’m visiting Fort Lauderdale and I’m glad I chose here as my gym. It has everything you’d expect with a good range of machines, well maintained equipment, and an organized space. Every time I visited the front staff were always friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated Ester and Kedren for the help and answering all my questions. Overall a great experience!

I’ve been a member for years but just recently starting working with Sarah, a personal trainer. It’s only been a couple weeks but she has been fantastic! I haven’t worked out with strength training in decades yet she has been patient, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services for any level of fitness.

Sarah is an awesome trainer..one of the best I have had in my fitness journey. Because of her I am stronger and have more endurance during my wourkouts. She is fun, energetic, very encouraging and has the vibe u want to match each and every class..not to mention her playlist kicks ass and keeps u pumped from start to finish. She's also helpful in the nutrition dept to and give tips on what she does to eat healthy. Sarah is a gem in the gym and I wake up at 5a just to attend her HIIT classes😊

Desk staff and managers are really amateur and changes every 2 months. They don't give a damn about what is going on the floor even if someone is hogging 3 machines and not allowing anyone else to work out. Super lazy, hardly greets hi or goodbye. Seems like owner and management allows the manager to make calls without thoroughly check facts or any procedure.

Gym is poorly maintained. Tons of machines out of order. Sometimes they just remove them and don’t replace them. Time for a new chain or new ownership to take over this location.

I signed up online probably a year or so ago and was just assigned this gym as my home gym due to location so that left me having to cancel with them when it's time to cancel. I've always gone to the one in plantation, which is my favorite, or the one on commercial. Anyways I needed to cancel my membership due to situations out of my control. I attempted to cancel online on the app and then I was charged again. Once I realized I was charged again after what I thought was a cancellation I called in. It's already hard to reach them by phone and instead of speaking to someone They gave me an email to the manger to send a cancellation request and clearly that email isn't monitored. After no response for over a week and multiple emails sent I had to call them again. I spoke to a gentlemen who was really kind heard my story and passed it to Alesha who I believe is the supervisor and I was suppose to get a call back. To my surprise I receive an email saying my account is canceled and I'm being charged for another month because my account wasn't canceled 30 days prior. I immediately called them spoke with Alesha who presented as kind and explained to her I attempted to cancel on the app and she informed me the app doesn't work for that and they can't see when attempts are made. This in my opinion is very inconvenient for the consumer. Why put an option on the app that doesn't work. Either way for that being my 3rd interaction with that gym and none in person I personally will never be utilizing crunch again. They already got a couple months free out of me with no complaint and now to charge me again is insane. All in all I'm sure my one cancellation won't make a difference which is why they take advantage like this. This is to inform anyone the app is useless and if you ever have a situation out of your control don't expect them to work with you. Finally always make sure you close 30 days before your next billing cycle because I'm sure none of us remember all the details of the fine print and no one is telling you that at time of activation. I'm giving 2 stars because the gentlemen I spoke to was very kind. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. If you scroll down the reviews you will see reviews similar to mine about cancellation. There certainly seems to be a consistency.

This is my first time here, and I have nothing but good things to say about it! The staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly Ester & Kedren. They answered all my questions with no problem. I loved the gym. Had a great pull-day. I didn’t come at a busy time, but even if I did, there’s so much equipment that I’m sure I’d have no problem getting a good workout in.

Thanks guys, will be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lorenzo Dominguez Cabrera is the BEST trainer at Crunch Oakland Park!

Lorenzo makes every session fun while still making me sweat like crazy! He pushes me to be better without ever being intimidating, and his years of experience show, he knows exactly how to help you focus, stay motivated, and feel confident in what you’re working toward.

When I was recovering from an illness, he was amazing about adjusting the workouts and being flexible with scheduling. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.

If you’re looking for someone who knows his stuff, keeps you motivated, and still gets results, reach out to Lorenzo. You’ll actually look forward to your workouts—he’s that good!

This gym is great until you try and cancel your membership. The management will NOT follow through with your cancellation. You have to email the manager to cancel your membership, and both my girlfriend and I were getting charged for MONTHS after trying to cancel. The phone only works half the time so it’s impossible to get ahold of someone to fix it. I went in there in person and they said they don’t know why it happened and told me I’d be refunded. It has been almost 2 months with no refund and when I just called they basically said they forgot and put me on a list for a refund. The manager is dismissive and tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible. They do not care, the management is a nightmare. I hope the management reads this review and changes something because their cancellation system is so stupid. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO EMAIL TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IF NO ONE IS GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH! Your management is terrible!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK. WHY DO ALL YOUR MANAGERS DISMISS THE PEOPLE WHO YOU ARE WRONGFULLY TAKING MONEY FROM! Jesus Christ you people suck so bad. I hope the other people who cancel don’t get treated like me and my girlfriend. Ridiculous. My name is at the top if you want to contact me. I tried to voice this to your manager but she didn’t give me the time of day for it so here you go.

A Gym That Feels Like Family
We joined Crunch Fitness in Oakland Park two years ago, and it was a great decision. This neighborhood gym truly lives up to its welcoming ambiance everyone is welcome, and everyone belongs.
The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Michelle Britton, in particular, greets you with a warm smile every time, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
The gym is well equipped with everything you need for a great workout, and the equipment is kept in good condition. If anything needs attention, it’s taken care of within days.

Crunch also offers a variety of group fitness classes, and when the studio isn’t in use, it’s available for personal workouts. Whether you're there to train hard or just get moving, Crunch Oakland Park is a place where community and fitness come together.

They wouldn't honor the 3-day trial pass I got online saying it was their gym's policy. I said "I guess I won't be joining then" and the women behind the counter could have cared less. So that same day I got a membership at Youfit which has more equipment and no attitude from staff.

Kudos to Crunch staff for turning away business as it turned out better for me!

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Crunch Fitness Oakland Park regarding the cancellation of my membership and a refund that is still owed to me.
I submitted my cancellation request via email on January 27, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, my membership was not officially canceled for months—and as of today, it still has not been properly resolved. On August 27, 2025, I received written confirmation that my membership had been canceled and that a refund would be processed within 7–10 business days, acknowledging my original cancellation request from January. As of September 16, 2025—over 15 business days later—I have yet to receive the refund or any further communication.
The delays and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I sincerely hope Crunch Fitness takes steps to improve its billing and cancellation processes to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.
Update as of September 17, 2025:
Crunch management has failed to acknowledge multiple follow-up emails regarding my membership cancellation. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach someone by phone (which is a challenge in itself), I finally got in touch with a team member named Stephanie. She informed me that she was now canceling my membership—despite the fact that I had already been told it was canceled twice before, once in January and again in August 2025.
I’m now being told once again to wait 7–10 business days for a refund, even though Crunch has been charging me for the past nine months, including an annual membership fee for a gym I haven’t stepped foot in since December 2024.
I’m sharing this to highlight the legitimate issues and frustrating process involved in trying to cancel a membership with Crunch Fitness. The lack of accountability and transparency is deeply concerning. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding their practices. Hopefully, this review helps others who may be dealing with a similar situation.

**EDIT SEPTEMBER 18, 2025**

Crunch Oakland Park - Owner,
You commented here stating that you take matters like this very seriously and asked that we contact you directly to resolve the issue. I’ve updated my review and included screenshots of all the emails exchanged, showing the dates, the conversations, and the multiple times I requested the cancellation of my membership. Despite this, you and your staff failed to cancel it until September 17, 2025.
I urge you to contact me directly to explain how you plan to resolve this — not just for me, but for the many other current and former members who are experiencing similar issues with your club and its customer service.

I agree with other reviews saying that the parking situation is horrible! Especially, when I have witnessed several employees on different occasions parking in the very front. Even the most unprofessional businesses know their employees should park AWAY from the front entrance.. allowing paying members to have preferred parking.
Before you say you have this policy in place.. it is quite pointless unless you enforce it, for most staff members (if not all) know what vehicles belong to which employees and no one is being held accountable.

This gym is probably the worst gym I have ever been to. The staff the cleanliness the equipment is all well below even the lowest standards. I have been going to this location for years solely out of convenience. Oakland location is dirty , equipment is constantly broken and not replaced or repaired. The staff is not friendly and they don’t know how to handle any situation. The music is so loud that you can hear it through your ear buds or headphones. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Tamarac location which is not as convenient is what a crunch gym should be like it’s clean equipment is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful

Don’t do it! Nightmare gym to cancel with and they have small print high fees you don’t realize. Even after I provide them in writing per instructions with a medical letter that I could not use the gym they ignored it and eventually sent me off to collections. I am not the only with these same issues. Good luck finding a parking space or even getting in the equipment. Very rude and dismissive staff, they do not like or welcome any kind of negative feedback and as soon as you wish to speak it’s manager they get incredibly sassy and state the manager is “not available.” Sent several emails responded. Awful, awful, awful.

Worst customer service ever!!
I cancelled my Crunch Gym membership, and they still charged me the following month. I called, and they assured me everything was fixed and that my membership was cancelled. A few months later, I realized they had continued charging me for over 4 months!

I sent multiple emails—no one ever replied. I went in person to speak with the manager, who admitted it was their mistake and promised I would get a refund. That was a lie. I never got my money back, and after more follow-up emails, still no response.

Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this place unless you want to be charged for nothing and completely ignored when you ask for help.

Also 2 after your response in this comment, I’m still waiting for a response.

I just moved to the area and was comparing LA fitness to Crunch.

When I walked in to inquire about a trial pass or a tour, the young lady at the front said they don’t do that and I would need to pay 16.

I explained that I just moved and I was asking if they have a trial, she stated if I had a FL ID she could give me a three day trial pass. (But wait I thought they didn’t do that)

I haven’t switched over my DL yet and thought that was an odd request (let’s be honest, I already made up my mind at this point) but I decided to go on their website and sure enough you can sign up for a trial day pass and tour. When I showed this to her, she said oh ok, well you can try that.

…I said so do you do a trial pass or not and she said no we are a different franchise.

I thanked her and left. I couldn’t get out of the door fast enough. Made my decision very easy! LA Fitness it is.

I have been going to this crunch since I moved to the east coast. And I have to say hands down that Ivan is probably one of the best trainers I have ever had in all of my crunch experience. His knowledge of how the body works and utilizing that to cater to my specific age group was very helpful in our training. When I had parts of me that hurt or were injured we worked around it. He never let me give up and he never let me slide. Highly recommend him to anybody of any age. And the training manager... Ty... Was amazing when I first came to the gym asking for training. Told him exactly what I was looking for. The type of trainer I needed and he immediately said Ivan was the guy. Both gentlemen are very friendly to everyone that comes in and will even go out of their way to help a non-client with form or technique if they see that they're doing something that they might get injured from or because they know that they are not doing it right and will not benefit physically from it. Hands down 10 Stars if I could

They can register you for a membership online, but you can’t cancel online. When I called in to cancel I was told the only way to cancel is to come in and speak to a manager or email the manager. I emailed the manager using the email address provided by the employee. Never heard a response back and I’ve been charges twice since. Very shady practice. Seems like it should be illegal.

Just had a session with Lorenzo and he absolutely murdered my legs—in the best way.
I’ve been working out for five years, but his approach to tempo and muscle control had me trembling without even adding weight. The mind-body connection he teaches is next level.

If you’re training with anyone at the gym, go with him. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also a great conversationalist. He understands the importance of proper warm-ups to prevent injury, and he builds you up the right way—smart, safe, and strong.

UPDATED June, 27, 2025

After posting this review, I finally received a response—not an apology or accountability for how I was treated by staff, but a letter from the General Manager informing me that my membership has been terminated.

It’s unfortunate, but not surprising: At Crunch Oakland Park, it seems staff can be dismissive, unprofessional, and even refuse to provide their name—but if a paying member gets frustrated after being ignored for over a month, they’re the problem.

I was told my behavior was inappropriate after voicing concerns that had been brushed off for months, and I was penalized while, TY the Manager, who escalated the situation faces no consequence. It sends a clear message: if you question leadership or advocate for better equipment, you risk losing your membership instead of receiving support.

In the manager’s letter, it was stated that they “attempted to reach out.” For the record: I never received a phone call, and the email I sent to the General Manager on June 5 regarding the damaged boxing bags was never responded to. If I ignored a client’s email for a month, I likely wouldn’t have a job—but apparently that level of follow-through is acceptable at this gym.

It’s also worth noting that 4 of the 6 most recent reviews for this location are 1-star. That’s not a coincidence—that’s a pattern. And it points to a broader issue with how this gym handles feedback, accountability, and member experience.

I stand by everything in my original review. If you’re thinking about joining, pay close attention not just to the equipment—but to how this gym responds when things go wrong.

__________
Original Review:
I’ve been a member at Crunch Oakland Park for over a year, and it’s disappointing to see how far this gym has declined—especially if you joined for boxing bags, like I did.

When I signed up, I was told new boxing bags would be ordered soon because most were in poor condition. One year later, the only decent bag is now unusable—lying on the floor with torn straps. The other two are barely filled and improperly hung, making boxing workouts nearly impossible.

I’ve asked staff multiple times about replacements, and finally got an email to contact the GM, Jay. I sent a message on June 5th and never received a reply.

But the worst experience came on June 19th. I politely asked the manager on duty—TY—if there were any updates. His response? “Go away! I am not talking to you about this.” I asked again, and he repeated “Go away!” multiple times, saying, “They’ll be replaced when they get replaced,” and claimed he had a migraine.

When I asked for his name, he refused to give it and actively signaled other staff not to tell me. Frustrated, I left—and admittedly, I lost my cool and cursed on the way out. I later learned from another staff member outside (who wasn’t present during the interaction) that his name is TY. I plan to apologize to the team for my outburst, but I doubt TY will do the same.

It’s unfortunate because this used to be a solid gym. But until there’s a shift in leadership responsiveness and basic member respect, I can’t recommend Crunch Oakland Park. If I receive a reply or apology, I’ll update this review—but for now, it’s a clear one-star experience.

The worst employee staff ever
I went as I guess went my brother and if are a guess you have to give them your ID to hold until you leave. That was no problem for me I understand for security purposes. It was time for me to go the staff handed me a ID that wasn’t mines. I waited patiently for them to find mines because i understand mistakes happen. After a few minutes go by they tell me they gave my ID to someone else who is gone and they have no way of contacting this person. Meaning they never got any info on this person but their ID clearly was not theirs. I ask for a manager and of course nobody never has a store manager when things like this happen. So now I’m upset and they showed no sympathy or concerns no solution. So me and my had to risk our lives by going by this stranger house hopeful that had my ID and the address was correct on hers.

My personal trainer was Justin Brown. Unlike some other trainers, he actually care more about providing value to my sessions by coming to the sessions with a personalized plan for each session. Some trainers constantly look at the clock every few minutes to see if the session is over. Justine actually watches your form and technique like a hawk and pin point areas in need of improvement. I can tell that he enjoys watching his client improve. I can also that he is a true athlete (played football in college I think) because he starts off with pre-work out mobility type of exercises to prevent injuries and post-workout stretch tips to avoid injury. You will learn to incorporate those warm ups and stretches on your own before and after PT so that you can get the biggest bang for your buck during a 30-minute session. He is pretty smart and intuitive. It is a privilege to receive trendy-athletic type of PT at Crunch-Oakland Park. I like this gym a lot - full of warm hearted staff. I've been a member of this gym since 2019.

This was among the best experience I had at any gym I've ever visited. There must be something in the water there because everyone at this gym was so pleasant and helpful starting with the manager. He was so warm and welcoming. Esther, one of the front desk attendants, she was the absolute best. So friendly and helpful. She was the first person I met on the first day I came in to inquire about the gym and was a critical reason as to why I returned and paid to join during my weekend stay in Florida. The gym was well equipped and clean and I was able to get an awesome workout during my few days of rest and recuperation. I especially loved that the treadmills had built in fans. I would definitely go back!

I was a member at Crunch for 3+ years. While the gym is OK, rather busy, my biggest complaint is that I followed the directions of the gym staff to request the cancellation on February 15, via email. I received someone else's delinquent bill (I was paid up to date). So I went and met the manager in person, they confirmed they had my email, and while I was there confirmed that it was taken care of. But it was not, and they have charged me three times since I cancelled. The manager will not reply to my emails for over 3 months now, so if you need to cancel, you should go in person and make a fuss.

This gym only cares about money, not the well-being of its customers. The trainer, Luis Dos Santos, failed to instruct any warm-up or stretching before heavy weight and machine exercises, despite knowing that I had never weight trained before and was physically weak due to my sedentary lifestyle. A professional trainer should understand an individual's needs to prevent injuries, yet he completely neglected this.

As a result, I injured my left elbow during a training session with Luis Dos Santos. Even after expressing my pain, he continued the exercises, worsening my condition. I was later diagnosed with medial epicondylitis and had to undergo physical therapy. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, Jay, and assistant, Taishaun, to request a membership freeze and assistance with medical expenses, I was completely ignored.
On top of that, I submitted a cancellation request for my personal training contract; however, they continued charging me past the cancellation date, with multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card for about $1000, which I am still disputing. Please read other reviews about the same unauthorized charges complains.

This gym only cares about money, not the well-being of its customers. Their lack of accountability, poor trainer oversight, and disregard for injured clients make them completely untrustworthy. If you value your health and fair treatment, stay far away from this place.

Don’t! This gym is a total scam. They offer specials but even If you don’t like it and want to cancel you are still on the line for a $150 yearly fee the following month. They never mentioned this fee when I asked at signup. The lady was rude to me telling me I should always “read the fine print.” This gym is also packed to the point you can’t park or even work out on the machines. I also had a life altering health condition and provided them a letter from my dr and they still sent me to collections. Horrible gym.

This Crunch Fitness location was nowhere near the quality of other Crunch gyms I’ve visited. The equipment felt outdated, and the overall atmosphere made it seem like an old, neglected gym. For example, the incline bench press felt like sitting on a polished rock—definitely not comfortable.

Hygiene was also lacking. There were no wet wipes available; instead, you have to use a spray and napkins, which wasn’t ideal. The cleanliness of the gym itself was questionable. I didn’t notice if there were any locker spaces, but by that point, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible.

If you’re used to well-maintained Crunch locations, don’t expect the same here. Definitely check things out before committing.

They took the money out of my bank account without my permission and I have had to fight with my bank for months and file multiple claims. Worst music in a gym ever! So loud that it even drowns out my ear buds so it feel like I'm listening to 2 stations at once. Music is negative energy and slow and really not conducive to having a positive energy workout. I asked if they could at least turn it down and was told "It is impossible to turn it down and this is the standard volume" like I haven't been coming here for years and know that it is never this loud. Generally a decent gym, for the price…however… Equipment maintenance isn’t what it should be. Every elliptical machine squeaks and groans. Quite a few of the lockers are broken so you can’t lock them. Was told tanning booths were just rehabbed. Booth 1 has 5 missing bubs. Booth 2 has 6 missing bulbs and 6 burnt out bulbs. As a serious weight lifter I can tell you this gym is superior to others in the area that have waaaay less equipment and exponetialy more clientele.I'd go 8.75 /10. Reasonably priced and the most equipment around. This location has 2 to 3 of sets of each dumbell and multiple benches and lift stations. For the price this is hands down the best gym I have found in the area (and I diligently looked and toured each local). Still can get crowded around peek hours and some of the clientele isn't there to work out, talking on phones, socializing or beching with 5 lb plates on the end holding up equipment for no reason while achieving nothing. Thats a people issue though not the gym. Cleanliness is middle of the road, people typically don't clean up after themselves (50/50) on equipment so clean before you use, bring a towel .

When my husband and I recently moved to Florida full time, we wanted to find a gym not too different from the one we were leaving behind in Virginia. We tried Crunch Fitness in Oakland Park and knew that it would be a great gym to join. And so we did.

For the past several months, we've each been training three days a week with an amazing personal trainer at Crunch named Lorenzo Cabrera. Lorenzo understands that someone our age (I just turned 65) doesn't necessarily have the same goals or motivation for working out compared to others half our age. He personally customizes each of the training sessions to maximize their benefit while also minimizing any risk of injury.

We highly recommend Lorenzo Cabrera and Crunch Gym in Oakland Park!

I started back to Crunch Fitness Oakland Park in December after they reached out to me for a free session. I ended up hiring a personal trainer to get back into shape.

Currently I'm paired with this awesome little Daddy Smurf (or is it Sassy Smurf?) named Lorenzo. I've had 3 different trainers and he's the toughest and most intense. I'm not a quitter, but on Day 1 with him I was seriously considering walking out because I thought this guy is trying to kill me or run me off. I managed to turn it into a positive and decided I could take whatever he dished out and stuck with it.

I'm glad I did.

If you're truly serious about getting into shape, ask for him. Says he's been doing it for 25 years. He will push you to your limits, you won't regret it and the results will come quick.

Do NOT gym here.

Tried to cancel and was charged for an entire extra month that I won't be using because of a "30 day notice" requirement that is buried in the fine print. It is NOT flexible month to month. Tried to explain that I won't be using gym whatsoever because I moved, and I canceled before the most recent charge, but nothing - no refund. I also was not able to easily cancel on the phone. You have to email their manager and request to cancel your membership. I don't know who does business like that, but apparently crunch fitness does. Takes your money regardless of use. They'll squeeze every penny out of you that they can.

The gym is also always crowded with multiple people circling gym for same machine. The free weight area only had one flat bench at a time too. The bathrooms always smell, and the toilets/urinals don't work half the time. The splash guard in the urinals don't work at all either. Some gym members take the cleaner bottles for themselves like they're own personal spray bottles so you have to walk across the gym to get another cleaner bottle to clean your machine. You have to walk across gym too to get a paper towel for your machine because the paper towel holders are always out.

I've been coming to this gym for a good amount of time. Every gym has its faults but this is the one I wanted to stick with for now but that is starting to change. Overall cleanliness is pretty good after the cleaners go through. Members could stand to bother cleaning up after themselves.

However the occasional cleaning supply shortage doesn't help at times. Every other day seems like a piece or more of equipment is out of service. Some of the elliptical running machines make an obnoxious sound as if they need oil or something. The foam mats used to lay on are gross and falling apart.

Now the locker room. Locker area doesn't really have any complaints except for the couple of broken locker handles I've encountered. The bathroom, the two urinals are occasionally out of service. Either one or both. There was a toilet (second door down) that seemed to have been broken at one time, fixed but done so in a way where the arm on the inside actually pushed the toilet cover off. You can tell it's hit the floor before because it's broken on the right side corner. MONTHS later (I'm talking a long time) they finally fixed it. The soap dispensers have broken handles. Now the showers. Five showers. The handicap one is on the end. Shower number one works fine. Shower two, three, and the handicap one barely have enough water pressure. Shower four makes a loud sound like the pipe is vibrating in the walls. The soap they provide in the dispensers (if they are filled) are worse than the basic hand soap they used to put in. It's pretty much watered down hand soap. So yeah, make sure to bring your own soap.

I've tried the gym in my area but none of them had these problems. I still go here for convenience of it being close to home and on my way to work, and I like walking into people I know that come here.

I was lucky enough to have an extended holiday in the Fort Lauderdale area and went to Oakland Park Crunch. Thanks very much for setting things up for me Michelle. Very large gym with lots of machines to work out on. Friendly staff and very clean. I'll definitely go here again when I am in the area.

Decent enough gym at a solid price if you get the most basic level. They do have some shady business practices. They have charged me multiple times for fees I never agreed to, hide the true cost with fine print and have been giving me the run around with cancelling as I have been trying for weeks.

All in all I would advise to stay away or at least be very untrusting of the staff and closely monitor your card charges.

Dear Crunch,

My partner comes with me at the Gym almost everyday. Crunch has a new policy in place that your invites need to have present Id after giving the phone number. I didn’t received an e-mail about this new policy so we didn’t have our wallets.

I understand that there’s a new policy in place and we have to respect that. However, when I asked since when we have this new policy? The person working today at (IJ or TJ) 2:45pm took the current flyer and just threw it in the counter so I decided to walk away. If your employees doesn’t know how to deal with people, please send a communication over e-mail so we don’t have to deal with a upset employee. This man was clearly not having a good day. When I came back with the ID he finally provided the name so that’s why I’m sending this communication now.

There isn't a workout goes by that there isn't at least one machine I need that's broken.
They play the very worst "music" of any gym.

Big friendly gym with helpful staff, cool patrons and lots of varied machines and setups for almost any workout you can think of.
Multiples of many of the popular machines means you rarely have to wait to do your sets, keeping the workout going.
