Esta gente que administra este local de Marigold Ponciana es la segunda vez que me hacen un cargo no autorizado de $ 258 que antes lo hacía por pago de personal trainer al cumplir el tiempo establecido personalmente cancelé y firme la hoja de cancelación , sin embargo a3 meses después me
Volvieron a cargar $ 258 y cuando me acerque al gym me dijeron que por ERROR no habían cancelado mi cuenta si no FREEZADO por 3 meses y que ya lo habían arreglado en ese momento y a la vez me dijeron que me devolverían la tarjeta los $ 258 cargados y cosa que nunca sucedió .
Tuve que llamar a mi banco e iniciar un caso de reclamo a mi tarjeta por ese cargo no autorizado.
Pues a todo esto resulta que el día 28 de este mes (hace 3 días ) me
Han vuelto a hacer un cargo nuevamente por el mismo importe $ 258 .
RECOMIENDO A TODOS LOS QUE QUIEREN INICIAR CON PERSONAL TRAINER EN ESTE GIMNASIO QUE LO PIENSEN 2 VECES ,
Por qué una vez que pongan sus tarjetas y cancelen el servicio se van a llevar sorpresas con cargos continuos no autorizados.
Espero que ellos me puedan solucionar mi reclamo y dejen de estar cargando dinero a mi tarjeta que no sea solo la membresía mensual.

I would recommend against personal training, I was told by the manager JP that if I canceled by a certain date there would be no additional charges, I cancelled by the date. These crooks hit my card for an additional 342 dollars. So the trainer Quentin Gaskins should have noticed. When I called to get my refund they only gave me 172 dollar refund one month later. Some other manager gave me the run around, saying I changed my contract which is a lie. I got my money back from my credit card company. It’s easy to pick things up and put things down, it’s not easy for these people to do business with ethics. Just work out and go home it’s unnecessary to get personal training from unethical and unprofessional staff that tries to sneakily take your money. I wouldn't go back here to drop a duce. 💩

Signed up for a 3 day free trial, used the 1st day, then the 2nd day, I was not permitted to use the pass bc of Thanksgiving and that only members were allowed to enter or purchase a day pass. I already drove out my way, so I got the day pass. After showing the lady at the front desk the 3 day trial, I went up to ask for a refund of my day pass because I have a pass that is still valid, but she continued to say that the other 2 days of the pass are void because of the holiday. I will not return here, not get a membership. Even with proof of a service rendered, they chose to not honor it. Makes me wonder what else they just override. There are other gym options out there. Crunch has lost any credibility of honesty or integrity. The lady I spoke with at the front desk claimed she was one of the managers but yet had to text the manager to get further clarification on my pass. So most likely another lie.

Hands-down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. LUZ RIJO doesn’t just run you through a workout — she actually cares. She pushes me past my limits, makes sure I’m eating right, checks in on me, and celebrates every bit of progress. She’s tough in the gym, but encouraging the whole way.

I train early in the mornings, and she always brings the energy and focus. Honestly, she’s become more than a trainer — she’s a friend who goes above and beyond.

This gym is an absolute disaster from start to finish. Walking in feels like entering a musty basement that hasn’t been cleaned since the early 2000s. The equipment is either broken, rusted, or covered in grime. Half the treadmills don’t work, and the other half sound like they’re seconds away from exploding.

The staff? Useless. They stand around chatting, scrolling their phones, or pretending not to see you. Asking for help is like asking them to solve world hunger. No one knows anything, and no one cares.

Cleanliness is nonexistent. The bathrooms smell like a swamp, the floors are sticky, and the showers look like a horror movie set. Towels are stained, soap dispensers are empty, and the air smells like old socks mixed with regret.

The “trainers” are even worse. Unprofessional, distracted, and completely disinterested. I saw one guy texting while his client struggled with weights that were clearly too heavy. Safety clearly isn’t a priority here.

The gym’s “air conditioning” is just a loud fan that moves around the hot, sweaty air. Music is blaring, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and the vending machines are always out of stock.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place should be condemned, not charging memberships. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

Personally I’ve been coming to this Crunch, since June and I can say that I enjoy coming here. It’s my first ever gym I’ve consistently come to on a regular basis and most of the staff here are very friendly and polite and some even remember me when I come in. I train with Andrew here and there and he has been very helpful with my goals and also teaching me more about the equipment and different workouts for certain body parts to incorporate in my routine. Can’t thank him enough for always being so kind and encouraging. The gym can get crowded at certain times of the day but that’s most gyms. I definitely like how it has more to offer than most basic gyms and I can improvise on some days if a machine is taken bc they have so many free weights and multiple machines. Also they do a lot of promotions and their prices aren’t that bad, especially if you bring a guest or friend with you! Utilize everything you can! Don’t ever cheap out on your health!

Came in today and instead of saying it in a nice way the lady at the front desk called me and said come here, do you have shoes? I said no. She said well then leave. I said why? I really want to give a shoutout to Tavion (I hope I spelled that right!). He’s always so welcoming at the front desk, greeting everyone with a smile that instantly makes you feel at home. He has this way of making the gym feel comfortable and approachable, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about creating a positive environment. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and the community he helps build.

Also, I want to recognize my trainer, Joel. We’ve been training together for over six months, and he’s been incredible. He consistently pushes me to reach my goals while also making sure my form is correct and safe. He’s always coming up with new ways to challenge me, which I really appreciate. He allow me to actually love the grind of working out and it has become part of my life now. Both Tavion and Joel make my gym experience welcoming, motivating, and truly enjoyable.

Today when I was walking towards the restroom this girl followed me and told me that I couldn’t train because I was overdue. That I would have to go to the front desk. I told her that Im always getting overcharged and she was being really rude and unprofessional so I proceeded to just want to cancel my membership. I was charged $68 just to cancel my membership. I will be switching to my old gym Just Move. They really need to speak to that girl every time I walk in and see her she just gives you a stank look doesn’t greet you or acknowledge you. Also most of the equipment never works I recently injured my finger, a cable snapped as I was using it all they did was give me an ice pack .

I asked a trainer how to properly use a machine she ignored me and told me that i would have to sign up for personal training! Love this gym! Staff is friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. Wide range of classes: Zumba, weight training, HIIT etc. sauna and showers are clean. Only thing is too often they don’t have sanitizing wipes to clean the machine before and after you sit. I went to the front desk and they offered recycled microfiber towels. I think that’s totally gross and a health hazard. Someone is not doing their job of ordering enough wipes or keeping track when it’s too low. Also, someone should empty the bins of used wipes when they have it before the evening crowd comes in.

This gym is an absolute mess. The equipment is always crowded, so getting a proper workout without long waits is nearly impossible.

Cleanliness is another major problem. Wipes are rarely restocked, so you cannot properly clean equipment, and garbage cans are often left overflowing. Meanwhile, the staff just sit at the front desk instead of taking care of the gym.

On top of that, the "manager", Gabriel, is rude and unprofessional. Rather than helping members, he provokes arguments and creates a hostile environment.

Finally, their cancellation policy is misleading. My membership was advertised as “no commitment,” yet I was forced to wait three months to cancel. Typical of large gyms to hold your wallet for all they can.

This gym is overcrowded, dirty, and poorly managed. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

This gym is very poorly managed. There are not enough machines for the amount of members, and coaches hog multiple pieces of equipment. The biggest issue is people constantly recording themselves like it’s a studio, invading others’ privacy — why should I end up in someone else’s video without my consent? Machines are monopolized for too long, and cleaning wipes are often missing. Overall, it’s an overcrowded, unprofessional, and uncomfortable place to train.

I had gone in personally and CANCELLED my training sessions (NOT froze the account) in April in the Poinciana location with trainer TJ and JP the manager. In June I had $576 taken out of my account in addition to several fees in the amount of $288. All UNAUTHORIZED transactions. The personal training manager JP admitted to me that he had not sent out the document to my cancellation and apologized. He informed me that Justin Marshal the district manager would handle my refund with the accounting department which turns out to be a third party agency not even affiliated with Crunch (what a joke) After SEVERAL emails about my refund I’m told that I will not be getting any refunds due to chargebacks. I will be contacting a lawyer not only for my refund but also for the NSF fees as well. Oh by the way the personal training “department” I was informed was a separate franchise. They won’t give you any information as to whom to speak with directly. Another joke and how convenient. Because they will give you the run around. The only person that provided me a contact number was Curtis the other so called manager. He said he’d call me back also and when I called and left messages, guess what no call back. It’s a sad situation because Crunch Fitness in itself is a pretty good gym. However, the staff that I unfortunately dealt with are a joke and a scam.

I have been going to this gym since it opened. Today I went in to downgrade my membership as I do not use the classes. I was told I have to pay a $20 fee to go to a lower tier. Why in the world would I pay to get a lesser product? The past couple of weeks they have not had wet wipes to clean the equipment except for in one spot, and every other station is empty. That is very unsanitary. They tend to play music so loud that I hear it through my noise canceling AirPods. Good luck trying to work out in the afternoon, every machine is used up.

So let me be honest at first, I thought this place was a whole club in disguise 😂😂. My very first visit was on a Tuesday around 7 PM EST, and I swear I walked in thinking it was either a strip club or some exclusive gym club. You had the BBL bodies on one side, supplement guys with their super buff physiques on the other… and as someone who already has a nice body, I’ll admit,I felt a little intimidated and even discouraged to come back.

But everything changed once I found an amazing trainer and learned the real gym flow. Now I know Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and anytime before 5 PM are the perfect times to go. It’s honestly become one of my favorite gyms.

I love how many different rooms and classes they offer. The sauna room is such a vibe, and the StairMaster has quickly become my favorite spot (it’s where I spend most of my time). I’ve been able to rotate through all the machines and really enjoy how clean, efficient, and well-maintained everything is.

What really makes this gym stand out though? The trainers. They all look like they actually work out and that alone is motivation. Special shoutout to JAI hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. A few sessions in, and I’m already seeing and feeling the difference. He’s the truth!

This gym is genuinely terrible. The staff is so rude and impolite. If there is any problem that you bring to the staff, the first thing that they ask you is if you want to buy a “better” membership. This applies to things that genuinely have nothing to do with my membership. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this gym cares more about your wallet than fitness. They do not care what the people IN the gym do when it comes to using excessive plates or complete ignorance to the people around them. Save your money and your sanity, don’t go here.

The gym was nice and clean for the most part, but the problem comes when you have to break the relationship. I work remote, but was told I have to go back to the office, so I'm moving away. I could not believe the hassle, and stink eye I got from the staff when I went into the gym to cancel.

A week past my year contract and they won't even refund the yearly dues, or the month I was in, even though I hadn't used the gym yet for the month. I would HIGHLY recommend you do your research, and never sign a contract with this gym. Use your local HoA gym.

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake anyway, they pushed people to do 5 star reviews to get a free t-shirt when the gym opened.

I attended Crunch Fitness in Poinciana for the past year. The staff maintains a welcoming demeanor, practices consistent cleanliness, and responds quick to inquiries/equipment malfunctions. Phillipe personally trains me and utilizes his vast knowledge and experience to guide me toward my goals correctly and safely, given that I attend the gym solo. I highly recommend signing up.

an unpleasant experience at this gym, yesterday I went to this gym after several months without going because I think the atmosphere there is very bad, starting with the employees who work at the front. When I was about to start my workout, Stephanie from the front desk follows me to the bathroom to tell me that I did not have access to that gym since I was enrolled in the one in Kissimmee, and that the manager had told her to return to the front because I could not train there. When I returned to the front, the manager told me that he had never given that order. Today I returned to transfer to the gym and a guy from the front desk named Gio tells me that he could not do it because it is only allowed once a year and without looking me in the eyes and ignoring me he continued talking to other clients, when I asked him for the part of the contract where it stated that it was only once he ignored me again and called another guy who supposedly introduced himself as the manager of Crunch his name is Gabriel, and that guy told me the same thing that he could only transfer me once a year, when I asked for my consent they were lying to me, in the consent says that I can transfer up to twice a year. These guys from the front desk are all friends and they agree when they don't like someone to not have them in the gym. First they told me lies about my consent and second they laughed in my face saying that they were going to call the police for demanding my rights and that they were going to cancel my membership without my authorization. I demand answers and that action be taken for this lack of respect. Finally, when I was leaving the gym, Gabriel asked me why you didn't wait for the police ?and he said, "I know why you don't do it, because you're a chicken ." I have all recordings in videos . Worst gym ever and employees

I’ve been visiting as a guest for over a week now and the staff here is phenomenal and consistent. The gym is always clean and well maintained. There are a wide variety of machines available, optional workout classes and massage chairs. Awesome 👏🏽 workout facility!!!!
