I’ve been trying for two months to fix a double yearly fee I was charged after upgrading my membership. When I went to the Wellington, FL location on Wednesday around 7:45 PM to speak with a manager, the young woman claiming to be the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to give her name, wouldn’t provide a corporate number, and offered no real help besides an email address. Very unprofessional experience and still no resolution to my billing issue.

Charged me twice and would not refund. Gave me the run around for 2 months. The staff at front desk is extremely rude . The lady at the front desk basically told me that she is not allowed to give me her name and basically I have to talk to manager which never returns my calls. This gym needs to work on its customer service. Expired passes on the tables and won’t let a member who grabbed one use it for her friend to try out the gym. Losing customers before they even sign up doesn’t seem like a great business model when you need memberships to keep the lights on. Guess we will sign up elsewhere that has common courtesy and cares about getting new members.

My friend has a membership and went on sunday to work out and saw the free day passes on the table so she grabbed some. Today is now Tuesday so two days from when she grabbed the passes.
I just recently moved and am in town for the holiday and she wanted me to come with since she had the pass. When we got there the front desk said this expired 4 days ago and I explained that she just grabbed them on Sunday two days ago. They said all we can do is sell you a day pass for 16 $. That is just unacceptable. And more than she pays for her membership. I could understand if she grabbed it a month ago or something but to have just got it and the front desk doing nothing to make it right is just not good. I also explained I’m only in town for this week. She could have let it slide or something.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to by far. My account was supposed to be canceled a month ago, yet I’m still getting charges. The fees randomly go up with no explanation. Tell me how I signed up for $10 a month and it’s goes up to $18? They only let you cancel in person yet I don’t even live in the country anymore. Worst quality equipment, no paper towels, sauna doesn’t get hot, overcrowded, dirty. So many other better gyms in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the two girls that where rotating throughout the front desk from 4:00pm to 4:30pm on 11/01/25 both short and chunky with dark brown hair and lighter skin I believe one of their names is Jessica. , where the most unprofessional individuals I have ever seen and delt with working at a fitness establishment and it is truly an embarrassment having individuals representing your business that carry themselves that way. “Jessica” from the moment I walked through the double doors did not greet or acknowledge me until I walked up to the desk directly in-front of her as she was playing on her phone and said we would like to do a one day pass to try the gym out. She proceeded to take my husbands ID and then gave it back to him and then tried to ask my 14 year old for an ID (they don’t give 14yr olds IDs) but I guess that was not common sense. So when I told her that she said our IDs will work on his behalf…not sure how that works. So then I asked if a photo copy that I have on my phone of mine would suffice she then told me “no” with a smirk on her face that she needs my ID so I drove all the way back home to get it. Upon coming back another girl had taken her place. This girl tells me I cannot workout due to the fact that my DL is not a FL DL and so I re-explained my situation and so she took my ID and said if I explained my situation to her when I got there that would have been helpful in a condescending tone. And the cherry on top was that I got no tour of the gym I had no idea where anything was and had to figure it out all on my own witch lead to me being extremely overwhelmed and overstimulated trying to complete my workout (Witch I did not complete it I left after one set) And the second girl took my ID but when i spoke to my husband i asked if she kept his ID and he said no he got to keep his ID from “Jessica” the one that made me drive all the way back home to get mine but didn’t even keep his just looked at it (you’d think a photo of mine would work considering she wasn’t keeping it behind the desk like she’s supposed to in the first place) Front desk staff has no idea how to speak to people and should not be working there or even have that job because theirs plenty of people who would love to have their position and would be happy to assist people. These girls absolutely ruined my experience and I did not end up purchasing a membership due to their unprofessional, condescending attitudes.

Angelica is a breath of fresh air—especially on a Monday when the gym is the last place most people want to be! She’s always friendly, always smiling, and genuinely seems happy to see us. I already love my Crunch experience, but Angelica definitely helps me start the week off on the right foot!

Wellington has finally found an amazing opener…Von is by far the best opener. Over the 2 weeks, the mornings have completely changed for the better the gym actually opens on time, and there’s now a line of 20–30 people waiting outside because we know we can rely on her. Before Von started, the gym would often open late or sometimes not at all. Now, we’re greeted with a smile and a “good morning” as she unlocks the doors something none of the previous openers ever did. You can really tell she cares and takes pride in her job. Big props to the general manager for finally putting the right person in this position. Von has made mornings at Crunch Wellington so much better, and hopefully, we’ll see more of her in the future if you’re a morning person like I am! I would recommend joining this gym!!

Wellington has definitely been improving! The new opener, Von, is honestly the best opener this gym has had. She always opens 5–10 minutes early, greets everyone with a smile, cracks jokes, and keeps the music at the perfect volume. The only issue is the gym being dirty in the mornings because the night crew isn’t cleaning properly. The opener ends up picking up weights and cleaning when she shouldn’t have to and no one wants to be picking up weights at 5 a.m. That goes for members too! The night shift plays a big role in how the gym looks and feels when it opens, so it really makes a difference when they don’t do their part. Overall, mornings have gotten way better thanks to Von and the new GM actually listening to member feedback. Hopefully the night crew can step it up next!

Crunch Fitness Gym Classes: 10/10!
I’ve been taking classes at Crunch Fitness for a couple weeks now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The variety is amazing — whether I’m in the mood for something high-energy like HIIT or dance cardio, or something more focused like yoga or strength training, there’s always a class that fits my vibe and schedule.
The instructors are next-level. They bring such great energy, keep the workouts fun, and really know how to motivate without being over-the-top. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall mood since I started going regularly.
One of the things I appreciate most is how inclusive and welcoming the environment is. You don’t have to be super fit to start — every class offers modifications and encourages you to go at your own pace, which really makes it beginner-friendly while still challenging for more advanced folks.
Also, the music is always 🔥 — it keeps the energy up and makes the time fly by.
If you’re on the fence about group fitness or looking to shake up your routine, I’d 100% recommend giving Crunch classes a try. They’ve made working out something I actually look forward to!

Gym rat here and I’ve been trying a few gyms around the area.. but this one sucks. Half of the machines are “out of order” which cut my workout routine in half. Not to mention everyone uses 10-12lb dumb bells. Also this place needs major upgrades compared to other Crunch gyms

Updating my review:

James is definitely missed as every other employee I’ve come into contact with is so unfriendly. If this gym wasn’t the closest to me I would switch. No one greets you as you scan in, which leaves you to awkwardly stare at each other until you walk away. The trainers on the floor take up benches haphazardly, are really rude when you ask to use equipment and their training and are just overall not friendly. I understand you don’t have to be super friendly but a simple smile and hello when I’m walking in is the least you can do. Management needs to do a serious overhaul and training in regards to customer service.

Easily the better crunch gyms in the area. But what makes it stand out is the customer service and employees. They always do a great job especially James!

My experience with this gym has been deeply disappointing from the very beginning. I was pressured into signing up through misleading promises(which I fell for), and unfortunately, the lack of honesty has continued throughout my membership.

The most consistent aspect of this gym has been its eagerness to charge my account, while employees themselves seem unfamiliar with their own policies. I’m a college student going to school out of state and all I wanted to do was cancel or freeze my account. I was initially told I could freeze my account indefinitely until I returned in person to either cancel or reactivate it and I couldn’t cancel or freeze until the three-month contract expired—yet was assured I wouldn’t be charged. Later, I was charged an annual fee and informed there is actually a three-month limit on freezes. Despite these conflicting explanations, charges continued.

It’s clear that miscommunication, inconsistency, and a lack of transparency are common practices here. As a college student who only joined for the summer, I feel misled and taken advantage of. My biggest regret is not doing more research before signing up, as this gym seems more focused on extracting money than providing honest service

Gym was great for a while. However, it seems to have transformed more into a corporate atmosphere rather than a gym recently. The trainers have to carry iPads with them now which look totally hideous. If I had a trainer I would not want them wearing a side satchel telling me how many more reps I have. You find more masculinity at a pride parade. I also witnessed one of the new trainers eating his lunch while “training” a client which was shocking because he looked like he should be the one on a diet getting trained, and not his client. Losing interest in this place.

Tried to cancel my membership (in May) and they told me just to freeze it for 3 months just in case i changed my mind. I asked if i was going to get the annual charge if i cancelled in now versus in 3 months and they said no, it’s doesn’t make a difference. I went in to cancel today (July) because i knew i wasn’t going to change my mind. They charged me the annual fee because i was “within 30 days of my annual charge”. But if i cancelled it in May like i originally wanted to then i wouldn’t have been charged. So now i have to pay an annual for no reason even though they told me when i froze it i wouldn’t get charged when i wanted to cancel. very frustrating

Heads up if you are a member of Crunch fitness in Wellington, check your bank accounts. They charged me months of personal training that I did not authorize then once I caught on and asked for a refund- here I am 3 months later and many phone calls without my refund. They claim that the personal training manager handles it. So I spoke with her which got me nowhere other than a response of “it’s a waiting game”. When I asked who I can speak to above her to escalate this she said that there was no one else who could help me. The refund is over $1000 or else I wouldn’t be making such a big deal about it.

Deceptive Business Practices - Avoid CRUNCH GYM FLORIDA WELLINGTON BRUNCH at All Costs 🥷🏿

I recently had a disappointing experience with crunch gym Florida Wellington branch. One of their staff members misrepresented their packages and pricing during our initial consultation. When I decided to join, I wanted a package with all the classes and amenities however it had a commitment of 3months which I explained to the salesperson that I was only in Florida for a month and I will be exiting for my next assignment, this guy vividly told me i can cancel when I’m leaving & that shouldn’t be a problem, i guess he was desperate to onboard me, he introduced me to a personal trainer which i even paid for a personal trainer session (which went well) - Plot twist, when i was about to leave Florida, i called to cancel my subscription, i was told I can’t cancel over phone I needed to go there in person which I did Twice and everyone told me the managers will reach out to me because I can’t CANCEL before 3 months elapsed - all the states i travel too, i have a gym subscription so I didn’t need to carry crunch membership anywhere, these people refused to cancel my subscription and even THREATENED ME 😳

I was met with resistance and a lack of transparency. The staff member's initial claims seemed to be intentionally misleading, and the gym's billing practices appear to be designed to take advantage of customers.

I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with CRUNCH GYM especially WELLINGTON FLORIDA BRANCH and to carefully review all terms and conditions before signing up. Unfortunately, I will not be continuing my membership and would not recommend this gym to others.

I have been going through the reviews on this page and I can see it’s a consistent behavior of trying to extort and exploit customers.

I'm writing to formally express serious concern about an incident at this gym that reflects not only a failure in customer service but an alarming disregard for safety, professionalism, and basic respect.

On June 20th around 2 P.M., a male individual entered the establishment wearing an "ICE" shirt, filming himself, and behaving in a deliberately aggressive and performative manner. He was loud, confrontational, and appeared to be staging the entire encounter for an online audience. Rather than being stopped or asked to leave, he was actively supported by staff.
What’s most disturbing is that a manager personally unlocked secured doors to allow this individual to make a dramatic entrance, during which he shouted, “Where are 'THEY?' Where are 'THEY' at?", clearly targeting specific people and groups. The fact that this behavior was enabled, and even assisted by management, suggests not just a lack of leadership, but an active promotion of hostility and intimidation.

This went far beyond a lapse in judgment. This individual's, and manager’s, actions actively contributed to what can only be described as a culture of hate. By enabling this individual’s behavior, staff allowed him to weaponize his presence and message in a shared public space, directly undermining the comfort and safety of others. At one point, he was heard asking people questions like, “Where are your papers?”. These comments are deeply inappropriate and unsettling, regardless of intent. Whether framed under the guise of a “joke” or not, this was a clear attempt to provoke, intimidate, and marginalize, creating an environment that was not just unwelcoming, but openly hostile.

It’s unacceptable for any business, especially one that serves the public, to allow– let alone facilitate– this kind of behavior. I am appalled that leadership would condone something so clearly rooted in aggression and division. This gym promotes itself as a safe, inclusive, ‘judgement free’ space, which is clearly undermined by events like this.

I have already reported this, but seeing as though a manager himself assisted in this, I strongly urge corporate leadership to address the underlying culture that promoted this.

Sketchy! Highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. I signed up for a promotion. When I tried to cancel I was charged $100+, which is not something I expected. Two months later, Crunch started charging me for a monthly membership again. No emails or contact warning me of this. I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t check my credit card statements. After admitting to being at fault for not processing my initial cancellation, they said the best they could do is request a refund but that I’d have a 50/50 chance of getting that approved. Reason being because I don't have any proof of my initial cancellation. I was not given a receipt or email confirmation. I guess that’s on me for not doing my due diligence but I’ve never had such an unprofessional and incompetent experience with a gym. This gym will scam you out of your money. Avoid avoid avoid. I will try to dispute the charge with my bank if the refund request is denied.

I’ve been going to this gym for years, always had an overall good experience, but the quality has been decaying lately, the bench presses are so crooked that I have to wait in line for the only one that’s almost straight, if not I get shoulder pain. If you love lifting weights and watching the 90's drama Charmed, look no further because that's all that's played here! I consistently ask for ESPN or anything with a sport to be played to 1, inspire myself and others to work hard and 2, rest your eyes on something other than a cheesy drama in between sets to not look like a creeper by staring at others but also not look like you're enamored by Charmed. Doesn't matter. They are consistent! They 👏 love 👏 Charmed.
As for the gym itself, it's ok. Has what you need minus clips for benches. My only complaint is the functional area is quite small and in the middle of the gym. I prefer the set up of the Crunch in the Fort Lauderdale area that has a separate area for the functional turf area- it's much larger and less busy.

Consistent fraud and no one will help. Manager signed me for a two year contract paid in full. I asked him to print out the agreement for review and it said one year. He told me he could not fix it at the moment. I told him I would not leave until I had it in writing. He then sent me an email in writing included below that I was paid up for two years. I figured this would be good enough, normal companies honor there word. Then that manager was fired. I worked with another manager whom told me it was fixed and then he was fired. Now a new manager who seems like a nice guy, will probably be fired soon too. He also has been zero help, telling me it does not matter what the other manager said, it only matters what’s in this agreement. I was giving the email address of the district manager Jeremy and he is refusing to speak with me. Also the whole reason I signed up for two years up front was to bring a guest and someone changed that in the system and the first few months of membership I was being billed monthly like I did not pay in full. The current managers could not refund me for some reason so I charged back in my American Express. Do not trust a business that fires managers every other minute, has fraudulent billing, won’t speak with customers and does not hold up to there word.

The physical location is fine. Very busy because of the lack of others in the area. However, when I cancelled my subscription in October, 2024 I went in to the gym paid off any remaining payments; no problem. I continued to get emails which I then contacted their main phone line to ensure my account was cancelled, they made a note in the account to cancel. However now 6 months March 2025 later I am getting calls from credit services because they took my payment and never fully closed my account! After multiple calls, emails, and visits I finally got them to close my account. I am currently still working with them after sending documentation that I’ve cancelled they are STILL trying to get payment. Very unprofessional and disappointing because I really enjoyed the gym just couldn’t continue paying at the time.

i’ve had my membership on autopay for a year and a half and have never had any issues. However, for whatever reason this month my payment “didn’t go through” i never got any sort of notification from crunch or my bank so i had no idea. when i asked about it and tried to fix it nobody could tell me why it might have happened and insisted it was a problem with my bank or card ( it wasn’t). after FINALLY being able to pay it ( and being charged a $15 late fee) they charged my card twice and (again) insisted it was a problem with my bank.

BE AWARE!!! I Have been a member for almost 3 years.And after this I am totally disappointed it really leaves a horrible impression on how they do things. Went in to the gym in person to discuss my membership.( Wellington) As a result I was incorrectly charged TWO TIMES for my monthly membership. After being told it would NOT happen. This happened on another occasion where payment was incorrectly taken out of my bank account when ASSURED it would not happen. Has also happened to someone else I know. CLEARLY they have a problem with their system and they lie. The only thing that can be done is to put in a “refund request” and wait for my money to be returned. According to Caitlyn ( one of the managers)” there’s nothing else that can be done”, when she was the one that SPECIFICALLY told me that it wouldn’t happen. Hence why I asked “are you sure they won’t take the money out again”, obviously with doubt because of what happened last time . Mind you last time they DID NOT return the money in one week as I was told and I had to call them several times about it. ( Greenacres) POOR POOR POOR business management and customer service if you ask me. Of course at the end of the day no one cares because it’s not their money! So my advice is PLEASE be very cautious when dealing with CRUNCH unless you want to go through this type of aggravation and be screwed out of your money. Crunch Fitness is stuck in the past, using the same shady membership tactics that made people distrust gyms in the first place. I signed up for a one-month membership while visiting a friend in Florida, assuming canceling would be as easy as signing up. I was wrong. After returning home to Arizona, I realized they only allow cancellations in person—an outdated and unethical policy designed to make it as hard as possible for people to leave.

Even though the FTC recently passed the "Click to Cancel" rule, which requires companies to make cancellation as simple as signing up, Crunch Fitness refuses to evolve. When I called, they told me my friend could cancel for me, but when he went in, they turned him away. They clearly want to trap people into unwanted charges rather than earning business the right way.

This is exactly the kind of dishonest, predatory gym culture people have tried to move away from. Reputable businesses understand that customers should have control over their memberships, not be forced into unnecessary fees. Crunch Fitness, on the other hand, is still using decades-old tricks to squeeze extra money from people.

Don’t sign up unless you want to deal with an outdated, money-hungry gym that doesn’t respect its members. This policy must be changed before a class action suit is filed against them.

The place is constantly packed, yet they refuse to go 24 hours, which could easily solve half their problems. Instead, they keep cramming more people in, making workouts feel like a battle royal just to get a machine. Want to cancel? Hah! You’ll have an easier time breaking out of prison. They milk every last dollar out of you with hidden fees, ridiculous cancellation policies, and a total lack of customer service. This gym desperately needs a culture shift. If they actually cared about members, they’d make it 24 hours to reduce overcrowding, enforce basic gym etiquette, and hire people who actually want to work. Until then, this place is just a giant money trap for people who don’t know better. And don’t even get me started on the parking lot—it’s an absolute disaster. You’d think you were in a demolition derby the way people drive, cutting each other off and fighting for spots. You get what you pay for here. Which isn't much. Consistently overcrowded. To add to the overcrowding issue, there is a terrible problem with people tying up machines while being on there phones. Full blown 10-15 phone conversations without allowing anyone to work in. Staff does nothing about it. You're the problem if you bring it up. Place is run by children. You will be solicited regularly during your workout by staff for additional services, trainings, classes etc. Also be aware, when you've finally had enough and cancel, they charge you an extra month just because! Its in the contract. Almost forgot, the parking situation is lousy and continues to get worse.

This complaint is the Gyms membership fee practices. That one must drive to cancel in person despite moving 30 miles away, massively inconvenient. In addition, despite being a member less than 80 days the Crunch charges a 55 dollar gym maintenance fee, and wants to charge an additional month after cancelation.

Added note: In looking at reviews its apparent that the owner ignores negative reviews and thanks people for positive reviews. One would think that "ANYONE" in management would seek to resolve an issue with a disgruntled member. As such I will a complaint with the BBB, CFB, and Chase for unauthorized merchant fraud.

Place is on the decline. I joined back when it opened and the place was so welcoming and management was friendly and attentive. I had the Peak Results membership because I loved the hot yoga classes. I was Losing mobility quickly

My physical condition took a toll from being a caregiver for my husband and mother.

I couldn’t get up and down from the floor it was getting rough. Everyday life was painful.

I am in my 70’s, I can get up and down frequently during the day, even on the sidewalk (when no one is watching) .

A massage therapist asked if I had signed up for a series of massages because my body reflected such a change.

People over their 70’s and 80’s and even 90’s have done remarkable events, marathons and climbed mountains like Everest.

Taylor has helped me regain my youth, flexibility and strength and realize I have work, travel and feats I can again accomplish.

Taylor gave me back my life.

Been working with Jose as my trainer now for over a month and wow! Not only do I see progress in my figure ; my endurance, strength , and athleticism has increased 10 fold. He is not only a great trainer for me but an amazing person. We laugh and have fun all while he is kicking my butt. At my session on June 6th, 2024, I informed my trainer that I wanted to cancel my sessions. She told me that I could finish the rest of the sessions in my contract, and she suggested that I pause instead of canceling in case I wanted to restart sessions again at a later date. Later that day, I sent her a text message requesting to know how many sessions I had left. She informed me I had 3 left, and we both agreed that I could pause my membership after that date. At this point, I assumed that the charges would be paused until further notice.
On June 30th, 2024, I was charged again for biweekly personal training. On July 3rd, 2024, I inquired about the new charge in a text message to my trainer. She informed me the following day that I needed to sign a form to cancel training and that the June 30th charge could not be reversed, despite me requesting to cancel almost a month prior. July 5th, 2024, when I went to sign the form I was formed that I would be charged for an additional two weeks since I had not signed the form 10 days prior. I showed the PTM manager, Kevin, the messages requesting to cancel and asked to escalate the issue since I was not informed about the form when I requested to cancel. When I requested to escalate the issue, Kevin told me that if I escalated the issue, my trainer would lose her job. He commented that she was a good coach and was attempting to guilt me into not escalating the issue so that the coach would not lose her job. I am extremely disappointed in the way that Crunch has handled the situation, and I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I would like to now not only cancel the personal training sessions, but also my husband and my membership at the gym. I am appalled that the manager would use the threat of getting an employee fired to force me to use personal training sessions that I clearly intended to cancel a month prior.

The gym and the equipment are wonderful but, try to book a class. The policy is 22 hours in advance and you cannot book before. I waited 5 minutes prior to the 22 hours and was right online in the class and it went from 35 people to 0 before I even had one second to book the class. This is a problem it happens very often on this app and I am not happy about paying for a membership having to wait online for the exact moment and then its booked. Went from 35 to 0 in less than 10 seconds. If they are going to sign up the whole world to come to the gym then they should be able to accommodate their members if they're paying for classes.

I’ve been a member at crunch for a little over a month now. I had no issues with the gym until today. When I came in I was asked by Kane, who I believe is a manager, if I was interested in a 30 minute personal training session because the trainer had a cancellation. He said it would be free so I agreed. The training session went well, however the problem started when they sat me down to go over the training session prices. Kane was called back over to inform me about pricing, and he was using highly aggressive sales tactics to try and sell me on another training session. I repeatedly said no, but he continued until l I gave in and agreed to booking another 30 minute “kick off” session which costed me 10 dollars. When I left, I felt incredibly pressured and called to try and get the appointment canceled and a refund. Whoever I spoke to on the phone informed me that I don’t need to attend the session but they can’t give me a refund. If you choose to go to this gym, be careful because they will use very aggressive sales tactics to try and get you to spend more money on top of the membership you already pay for. This situation has me considering switching gym locations or going to a whole new gym entirely.

I had to give a lower rating because, as I explain later on, some employees lack friendliness. When I went to the front desk and asked one of the staff members a question and for advice, he completely ignored me. He didn't even look at me while I was speaking and simply said, "I'm working but I'm listening." I mentioned to him that there were new young people who weren't familiar with how to use the equipment and could potentially injure themselves.

Good gym, does not explain the contract. I needed to cancel my membership then suddenly find out the contract their members just happen to not explain it at all and quickly sign you up. I have to pay 3 months and a yearly fee. I worked at some of the slimiest places, but this is up there. Having to pay to be released from them with only the explanation when I ask to leave. I would go somewhere else.

I look forward to coming into your facility 3 times a week. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Starting with the front desk; Natalie and Magen are always so pleasant, warm and professional. The rest of the staff greets everyone as they walk in. Brandon you are the best. You’re a great listener. Your patience and professionalism speaks volumes as to who you are as a person. Be aware when you sign up for a membership. Read the fine print. When I signed up for the ultimate membership, I was never told that I had to be a member for three months until I can downgrade my membership. Walked in wanted to downgrade my membership I was told I had to wait three months. After the three months was over, I walked in again and this time they wanted to charge me another fee to downgrade my membership, which I was not told at all when I signed Up. They hit you with different small fees when changing membership very disappointing. I find that very deceiving.

Worst experience of my life. They signed me up when I got injured they kept charging me. No customer service. Even upon cancelling kept getting charged. Worst gym ever. Never recommending, managers wrote me off. They don’t care. Scam! They kept charging me even after cancelling

Was told that my guest can’t come in with me today and they would have to sign up for a gym membership because it’s a holiday weekend & their actual members have been complaining that the gym is too busy. I pay for the highest plan so that I have access to the amenities and option to bring a guest to work out with me. I agree the gym is over crowded pretty often but if there’s going to be blackout dates on when your plan doesn’t include the perks you pay for it should be stated in your plan and not sprung on you when you get to the facility. And not for nothing, the gym was almost empty.
