I don't think I could emphasis how great this gym is im 14 years old and I was honestly not too thrilled about going to a gym, but after my parent brought me here I honestly never wanted to leave, the gear is clean and in perfect working order, the staff and trainers are super nice and there is even a sauna In the bathroom, I would highly advise everyone to get a membership here.

It was not real offers and non professional employee , i’ve contacted them to make 1 month membership with no commitment by phone they told me you have 3 options : 15$ and 24 $ and 30$ month by month , when i reached there the manager was insisting to let me take 3 months with commitment for 90$ and he was telling we dont have monthly membership !! Unlike what was mentioned in website and also by his colleague

This gym is not what its cut out to be. The gym is not big enough for the amount of people that are in there. Its so pact that is becomes a safetly hazard and feels like you can barely move. Theres too many teenagers who come in groups just taking up space and holding up the machines. It takes 2 hours to even complete a workout because every single machine is taken and theres always a waiting line. If you try to cancel your membership they are going to charge you over $100 to do so which to me seems like a scam. Not all but some staff are very rude and not helpful what so ever. Save your money and time and do not go to this gym.

Tried this location out for the first time on Halloween after a TERRIBLE experience at the Ocoee location. Staff member “Ash” was very kind and listened to me explain the bad experience. Even though it wasn’t her fault, she apologized for the situation and encouraged me to submit a review/report.
My friend made the switch for WG to be her home gym instead of the Ocoee one and Ash was very helpful with that process and it was super easy for my friend.
After taking care of everything for us, Ash wished us a “good session!” with a friendly attitude and smile on her face.
Ash restored my idea of Crunch as a company and we are now happily attending this location for our sessions each week.

One of the worst gyms I’ve ever been a member of. I pay extra for the multi location membership and nothing ever works. I am told different things by the crunch wintergarden and the crunch I originally joined. Never fails wastes my time and none of the employees are helpful in the slightest bit. And it’s impossible to find a proper place to call or email to actually resolve anything.

The GM and OM at Crunch Winter Garden have a noticeably poor attitude and seem overwhelmed in their roles.
