Amazing workout! Coach Dee was so encouraging and knowledgeable, she explained each exercise clearly and made sure I had proper form. I really appreciated her spotting on the heavy squats and all the stretching throughout the session. Awesome workout, I’ll definitely be back!

We have been training at D1 (adult program) since it opened. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and the facility has everything you need. The programming has met our needs, and the coaches are amenable to feedback and request it regularly. Additionally, they are doing a great deal to promote the community which is important to us.

Beware of the fine print in the waiver! The staff and training facilities themselves were fine, but the real issue is with the predatory contract. Once school and football season started, our schedule simply didn’t allow time to continue training. We had planned to return once things slowed down, but instead we were hit with a policy requiring 30 days’ notice plus another 30 days of billing after cancellation. That means we’re being charged $400 for training sessions we can’t even attend. This feels like a money grab and left a very bad taste in our mouths. Because of this unfair policy, we will not be returning to D1 Training in Oldsmar, nor will we recommend them to anyone else. After this post the owner did reach out to us and apologized. He also stated that they would make this right if and when we do have time to return. I appreciate the effort to reach out and receive feedback as well as fixing the issue.

Fantastic place to be a part of.
Every member, no matter their age, is here working towards a goal and this location has quickly become a small family/support group to hit those goals and cheer on others reaching theirs. Great location and equipment, Coaches are knowledgeable, workout plans are not boring and repetitive - its a perfect formula for success!

This place is a scam and money grab.
I will try to summarize my story so that everyone be careful
not to get into this. So before they opened, they called me
because I was searching online and they said that they will
have their grand opening I think sometime in April. They
kept calling me everyday convincing me to get my children
In and do a membership. Also she said that to reserve their
spot I should do a one week payment for them all.
I was surprised later that my card was in auto pay without
my permission and without any signed documents as it was
only a phone call. I got my kids there for one week, and then I told her I don't think we can do it for the other two weeks that
u auto charged because we are traveling. She said that is totally fine but don't take the refund decision now and wait until u r back and if u still can't do it, then we issue u the refund. I was absolutely fine with that as it was ok for them and they promise with the refund. Now that im back, I called and said the kids will jot have time to make so please go ahead and refund back my two weeks that you withdrew by mistake. She said oh sorry we can't do it now because it is been since April. That was a nice trick from this scamming place. Before you step there, don't ever take their words and make sure that you read their policy well if you have to sign.
I don't recommend this place at all because they don't respect their customers, liars, scammers, disrespectful and all what they care for is to grab your money.

So happy to have D1 so close by. I’ve had the privilege to train and workout in a lot of cities and a lot of facilities. D1 Westchase has got to be the cleanest, friendliest, and most competent experiences I have had. From the owners to the coaches to the fellow members I see a consistency of encouragement, positivity, and reliability. They take a customized approach to the holistic health of the members.
I took a complimentary class with one of the owners and I have seen that this is not just a gym, this is a family made up of many individuals in our community.

I’ve had the most amazing experience with D1 Training in Westchase. My kid absolutely loves the training he receives, and the coaches create such a positive and supportive environment.
