First thing you need to know is you DON’T need a partner . Most people come alone and the format changes partners every few min so everyone dances with everyone. Second thing is , it’s a LOT of fun ! No pressure , everyone is kind and helpful. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment, the owner Kristina has an energy and exuberance that’s positively infectious as well as an uncanny ability to meet each student where they need and find a way to communicate the lesson. YES you CAN dance ! And haven’t you always really wanted to ??

We had such a fantastic experience working with Kristina! She is an absolute ray of sunshine—warm, patient, and so much fun to be around. What really sets her apart is how clearly and simply she teaches. She breaks everything down in a way that makes it feel completely effortless and easy to understand, even with no prior dance experience. Every class was something we genuinely looked forward to. When I was young, I had the chance to take dance lessons and I resisted, I didn’t want to look foolish. In later years I’ve watched people enjoy themselves and wished I could dance like them. So, now I’m taking lessons. I found Dance-ology in Ormond Beach, run by Kristina. With her patience and expertise, she is teaching me the dances I had been watching others do: Rumba, Cha-cha, Swing, Waltz, Foxtrot. It’s a fun studio, I find all those there and in the dance community friendly and helpful, I’m not worried about looking foolish. And I like the way Kristina is involved with the community. I won’t say I’m an expert, I have a ways to go, but I now have the confidence to continue and grow with her help. I should have done this years ago, but it’s not too late.

I've been taking salsa and bachata intermediate classes at Dance-ology and it's been such a great experience! Kristina is amazing—very patient (trust me) and knowledgeable.
Love when she give me feedback on specific moments where I didn't do the move correctly.

Those little details is what separate an online vs in presence classes.
She break down the moves in a way that's easy to understand, making each class both fun and challenging.

Kristina is such a great dance instructor, I’ve really been enjoying her intermediate salsa and bachata classes. It’s by far the most challenging classes I’ve taken in the Daytona area. She gives us good patterns, and I appreciate that she dances with all of us students and gives us helpful tips on frame, connection, resistance etc. If you’re looking to improve in your dancing then this is the place to come!

Germine is the sweetest, most patient teacher I've ever met. He will teach until you get it. HE gets 5 stars, but the studio is alright. The other teacher is not very nice, not "rude" but not nice. She doesn't acknowledge anyone, kind of a snarky attitude. The space is small, but you can learn a lot if the teachers play the same music.

My fiancé and were wanting to take dance lessons for our wedding. Joe the man is a fantastic instructor. He really cares for us as his students. To help us understand more about his experiences as a teacher and dancer he was able to show videos of him and his previous students. They have an amazing atmosphere in their studio and because of his experience with dancing he shows us different methods of how to learn the choreography. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking to learn. They do private lessons, which is what we’re doing for our wedding. They also have group dancing lessons and different shows if you would like to watch. I believe they are doing a dance to ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ sometime next month. I saw a possible client yesterday and he was very welcoming and has great customer service! Thanks for everything Joe!

It was my first time attending a Kizomba class with the fantastic dance instructor Joe Mounds. My friend Joan and I went there with great apprehension but came out all smiles. Everyone was so friendly. Joan and I will be back for more and more classes. I loved the place and Joe mounds. Kizomba is such a sensuous and passionate dance. People who don't know how to dance it are missing out on a fabulous dance.

I've been to so many dancing classes. I already feel like I learned something that would change and improve the way that I dance for the rest of my life just from the first free 30 mins dancing class. The coach Kristina knew exactly what mistakes I was doing and helped me understand in a simple way on how to improve it. She was really talented, knowledgeable and knows what she was doing and she made it a fun experience for me as well.

Cristina was a unprofessional busniess woman today. All businesses on beach street are very into local building and community work and were happy to post a free backpack giveaway flyer in their windows or anyplace in their place. An event for kids on the street just behind this dance studio. We asked her to put it in her window for those to see if they needed free bags for kids and school supplies we are giving them out for free. Before i could even finish speaking she nose up brushed me out the door saying we are soliciting cause we want somthing and us asking to put this in your business is wanting somthing.... Thats not true but ok thanks for being so rude, smh interested or not there is a way to treat people especially when your at your place of business. Beware! Dont ask them to support the community they do business in cause it can get ugly.
