David has been a fantastic personal trainer and physical therapist for me. He’s extremely hard-working and develops personalized workouts and meal plans focusing on the particular strengths and weaknesses of each client to reach their fitness goals. My results after over a year of training with him include: enhanced lean muscle mass, increased endurance, increased energy and overall he has brought back the joy of working out for me. He remembers each client’s particular pains/ ailments and limitations and always takes these into account when building programs. When I tore my shoulder labrum earlier this year requiring surgery, his vast knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation was a god send and he complimented my standard PT exceedingly well to get me back to high performance workouts quicker than ever. What can i say…After ankle/foot surgery non weight bearing for 3 months, I went from poor stability to solid stability…from an e-bike to a road bike. I was asked if i had a motor on my bike because of my sprinting speed. Even kayaking people commented on how fast i was. I no longer side stepped stairs. I learned mind and body connection, what a difference when the connection is made. I can write a novel of all the benefits and achievements I’ve made training with David, so much so that I chose David as my PT for recovery from surgery. If you are looking for whole body and mind results, David is your guy!!!

I’m almost 80 years old, a bit wobbly. I’m not diabetic but I do have nerve damage on my feet and lower legs. You certainly wouldn’t call me very active. I knew I needed guidance if I wanted to reach 100. David is beyond knowledgeable. He has helped strengthen my arms and legs and (what’s it called) my core!. He has made me aware of the foods I eat. I’ve reduced my sugar intake tremendously (heck there’s sugar in everything) - he would like me to do better . . . . He’s well versed and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He cares and invests his time with each client. The training and meal plans that David provides are not “cookie cutter” as that of many other personal trainers out there.

Hands down the absolute best fitness coach and trainer. I was honestly skeptical of having a trainer, I would think what can he teach me or show me that I can't learn or find online? However, I have been in the gym for years, trying different workout plans from pilates to weight lifting to just cardio with minimal or temporary results. So, I took a leap of faith and decided to sign up, but only commited myself to once a week. David has gone above and beyond, he listens to my concerns and tailors my plan to help me reach my goals. I have noticed a lot of progess working with him. I have also stuggled with hip and back pain for over a decade and made sure to tell David. He acknowledged my concerns and is cautious to make sure we do not aggravate the symptoms anymore but still have a tough and effective workout. I enjoy working out with David a lot and because of that and my results decided to increase my plan to twice a week. I admit, I was completely wrong about trainers and if you are looking for one make David your first choice.

I cannot recommend David enough. He is very well educated in the fitness department. I can tell that he is very passionate about what he does and truly cares about helping people reach their goals. I have had some injuries due to car wrecks and he is helping me strengthen with what I struggled with. I went from being in decent shape to being forced to take a year off from fitness - so it almost feels like I had to start over. Since we have started training, I have started to gain back some confidence. He knows how to push me without pushing too hard. I’m excited for future results! David has been my trainer for just over a year and there truly aren't adequate words to explain just how impressed I am with my results over this last year.
I've worked with a couple trainers in my lifetime and David far exceeds any trainer before him. He is 100% professional and his passion for health and fitness shows in every aspect of his training methods. Scheduling with him is always a breeze.
I can tell you that as a maturing woman that had basically lost the will to live, David and his training has given me "life" again. He is caring, kind, passionate about health and fitness and goes above and beyond in everything he does. David is an excellent fitness expert within the industry, he focuses on your individual goal(s). I have not found many coaches that have the experience/qualities/education and professionalism along with his patience. For instance, David has worked with me to improve my body fat reduction, nutrition, bodybuilding/fitness, as a 55-year-old he's created alternative exercises during those times due to random body restraints that naturally happens. Whether you are new to the gym, a seasoned athlete, struggling with injuries, or just looking to learn more about health and wellness, David is the best coach for you. Prior to working with him I was intimidated by the gym and the idea of lifting weights/lifting heavy. Now I am confident taking up space and lifting safely to get results.
He is extremely dedicated to the personal goals and health of each of his clients and his comprehensive knowledge of nutrition, anatomy, and physiology sets you up for success. David asked me if I wanted to learn how to kickbox and later told me it was because he wanted to teach me how to defend myself and improve my stamina. While each session has a specific focus, they are also a full-body workout focusing on muscle engagement, improving balance, and perfect form. Every workout is different and personalized towards you, what your goals are, and how your body moves. He makes you feel safe and confident while working out with injuries because he knows every modification and machine.
The best part about working with David is how he has improved my confidence both inside and outside the gym. Before David, I had a flawed relationship with fitness and exercise. Beyond cardio and strength training, David is helping me grow physically, emotionally, and mentally. Now the days I work out with David are my favorite of the week. David is hands down the best trainer I’ve worked with. He is very professional and knowledgeable in body mechanics. He knows how the body works and the proper techniques and exercises that will get you the results you want. He is also very excellent at handling injuries. I have been working with him on rehab of my shoulder after surgery and I have achieved tremendous results and progress in gaining strength and mobility. The added bonus with working with David are the healthy lifestyle choices that he advises and is great for anybody at any physical level. My biggest takeaway from being trained with him is his advice on recovery and healing from sports related injuries. I've always suffered from back, neck and shoulder pain, especially from tennis and basketball. David really helped teach me to properly stretch and understand how to respond to stresses.
