Rob Samson is the most dedicated personal trainer I've met. He really cares about his clients and works hard to customize a program to meet his customer's fitness needs. You don't have to sign a contract, his packages are pay as you go. Definitely give Rob's a shot, you won't be disappointed.

On my 43rd Birthday my wife got me some personal training sessions with Rob. I hate working out and have pretty much been going in the wrong direction health and weight wise for a while. I'm been going twice per week for about 3 months now and I'm down about 15 lbs. The best thing was these sessions got my mind in the right place. I go to Rob 2 times per week and have been exercising more and more on my own. If you really need to get in better shape this is the best way to do it.
