The fitness center is top notch. It's small but literally has every toy you could want to up your fitness game. Went through a recent ownership change and had some issues with canceling my account but the owner was responsive and settled the issue. I would highly recommend if you want a place that is intimate and has all the tools you want to succeed in your fitness journey.

This gym served its purpose but it seems like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Some of the equipment is showing signs of heavy usage. The wipes for the equipment did not look like they did anything. The women’s locker room was clean.

This was a perfect little gym to stay on track while on vacation..had most everything..I liked the anytime access versus other gyms in the area with limited hours and required me to go in only when the front desk was manned. I will say some people are not good at putting their weights away, though the owners have signs saying to put away weights. But I would definitely work out here again.

If you are looking to get in your workouts while on vacation this is the place. They offer different passes and are open 24hr if you need that option. Owner and others working out there were so friendly and helpful. Will come back next time I am in Destin

I bought a week pass for the DAC while I was on vacation at Miramar Beach. The cost of the pass was very reasonable for what I got. I ended up working out Sunday through Thursday around 6 or 7 in the morning. The gym was never overloaded with others, so I was able to get to everything I needed. Although this gym is small, there is more than enough for you to knock out just about any workout you need. While I was there, they had a morning circuit class going on, and it was encouraging to see how hard everyone was working. I met the owner who was really nice. Overall, I would come back here if I were back in town.

Came from out of town and wanted to at least get a workout in while I was here. I powerlift and they had open racks and machines that I needed to get my workout done. I got a day pass that's $15 but they also have a week pass that's $40, which I think is fairly priced based on other gyms who charge the same.

I’m visiting from out of town and I’m so thankful I found this gym! The owner is named Zoli and he welcomed me right in! They have a phenomenal price point for a week pass! Plus, you can have access to the club 24/7! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I came to visit Florida and saw that this gym has very good ratings. Let me be the one to say that our experience was amazing. It was a wide variety of weight and different machines that you wouldn’t see in a modern day gym. The owner was very nice and overall we felt as if we were at home. The only downside is the size but other than that everything else was perfect. Definitely will go back again when visiting this area.

This place is great and very accommodating. Me and my husband have memberships to workout anytime and we’re from out of town. We went to the workout anytime and they turned us away because my 10 year old daughter was with us (we’re on vacation and have no sitter). We immediately left there and came here- the owner had no issue with her being with us and made us feel right at home. They had all the equipment we needed and a welcoming atmosphere to go along with it. Definitely recommend Destin athletic club! 10/10

Love this place. Owner is friendly. Only charged $40 for a weekend pass. The gym has basically everything you need for vacation. Only things missing are a crunch machine and a standing or seated calve raise machine.

Low key gym, which I love. Owners were very friendly and helpful when my wife or I had any questions. They have equipment for any type of workout: body building, CrossFit, etc. Drop in fee is very affordable too. Would definitely recommend this gym for vacationers.

I visited this gym daily while on vacation. The rates are very reasonable. The owner is a super nice guy who is knowledgeable and accommodating for your workout. This is the best gym I’ve ever lifted in! Great atmosphere... great energy.... I was down on vacation and got an awesome weekly rate. The best part is Yoli the owner.. that guy is amazing!! He is so friendly but will not bother you if you have you on workout plan... he will help if you need it. I loved this place and when on vacation I will definitely lift here and only here!

This is place if you want to go get a workout and be left alone. Not that it was ever busy but I usually was alone for over half my workout. I loved it. The owner is a super nice and is set knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition it was great to chat with him while training at times. He even showed me how to work the stereo and listen to whatever I wanted. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

I was on vacation here in Destin, and needed to stay in shape. I ended up at the Destin Athletic Club, and I could not be more satisfied! The owner is very friendly, and welcoming, which allowed for a great workout experience. The gym itself is slightly on the small side, but it has everything you could need, and is not crowded. If you're in Destin looking for a gym, this is where you should go.
