Geoff is a phenomenal trainer. I have worked out with Geoff on and off for the last 10 odd years and have always been incredibly happy with the results. His workouts are short, concise and to the point but full of structured action. There's no fluff here. During your consultation he'll ask you what your fitness and health goals are and he'll tailor the workout towards your goals. My wife and I keep coming back to Geoff because he keeps us accountable; we always get results; and we always have fun time doing so.
