On vacation this week and was looking forward to yoga at the beach. Checked the class schedule and the weather updates before showing up five minutes early. Couldn’t find anyone on the beach at the address listed for the class. Called the number on the website and no answer. Just a waste of my time! And a big disappointment

This is a MUST. In July, you meet under the pavilion for the 8:30 am sessions as it is too hot on the beach. Teacher has new mats, blocks and straps. A nice mix of locals or visitors. I have done a class or two for the last few years when we visit Destin. It's only $10.00 and WORTH it. Great, great yogi. Good for all levels. Incredibly relaxing. Remember to bring a towel and some water. Two thumbs up!!!

After practicing yoga for the past 10 years, I can say that Rhonda's class is my favorite. Her experience, and the atmosphere outside by the beach make it a great class for all experience levels. The class is offered in a public spot daily, and subject to weather, with only 1 instructor, so it is necessary to check the website for updates before attending. All classes are a vinyasa flow style, and get down to business without the weird yoga spiritual group participation. Wednesday, Holy flow, is the only Christian based spiritual class. Give it a try!!!..... you are only out $10 and an hour if you don't enjoy, and you can quit and hang on the beach if all else fails!!!

I'm not sure if this place even exists! I tried contacting the owner several times with a few questions I had about the class. I tried calling both numbers and left voicemails, and I sent several emails over the course of 2 weeks. I never heard back from them. Since I never got a response I didn't want to waste my time or time of the group of people I intended to take to the class as well. It wasn't worth the risk heading all the way over to the location if no one was going to show up. If this place does still operate it would be a great idea to respond to questions from potential clients, rumor has it that its great for business!!
