I began a workout program with Daniel in early June. I cannot be more pleased than I am with his excellent program, his knowledge of anatomy and nutrition , his professionalism and his sense of humor. He makes working out fun. And I always learn something.

I have been being trained by Daniel for approximately 4 months now. His knowledge on both workouts and nutrition are vast. He’s a great motivator and holds you accountable. Who doesn’t need some accountability? The cleanliness of the gym is very impressive. My strength and mobility have improved greatly. I look forward each time I go. I also use him to stretch which has been great. I would highly recommend DNA for everyone, no matter what level you are.

I have been working with Daniel for some time now, originally for assisted stretch and now strength training. I have serious health issues and began using Daniel for assisted stretch to help with neuropathy. His holistic knowledge of fitness has proved critical for my recovery. While I continue with my traditional medical treatments, I have found my most noticeable improvements in mobility with Daniel’s assistance. I have also found Daniel to be an excellent source for nutritional and supplement advice. Over the long time I have worked with Daniel, I have considered him a coach, mentor, instructor, and truely a personal friend.

I’ve worked out with many “bodybuilders” in the past. Daniel is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. Much more than just bulking, he understands rehabbing injuries, truly gaining balanced fitness, and adapting the workout to your specific needs. I wish my parents lived closer so I could get them to train with him as well.

I have been using Daniel as a personal trainer since October of 2023 after hitting a plateau on my weight loss journey. During this time he has coached me on healthy lifestyle changes that I needed to make along with creating an exercise regimen personally tailored to me, my needs, and my goals. If I could leave 6 stars I would, this guy is smart, experienced and will tailor exactly what you need for you to hit your goals.
