It's like American Ninja warrior. All the things you jump to and swing from mostly upper body and it's very good for the kids. They have all kinds of classes

The Dragon Fit team did an incredible job setting up and designing the new location. Spectator considerations and use of space are exceptional. As a Ninja gym owner, I was extremely impressed with what they have done. If you are new to Ninja, a veteran or just thinking about it and you live in the area, definitely check them out.

We took our kiddo for an intro class and we were immediately blown away by the cleanliness and by the various obstacles that appear to be incredibly well built. The staff was amazing and you can tell that this is a close knit community and haven for people who love ocr and overall health and fitness. I can't wait to see how this gym grows, we are excited to be apart of it

Ralph is great coach and very patient working with kids. He is former ninja warrior competitor and has black belt in taekwondo, so his workouts are great. The gym is really cute and unique, as Ralph built it by using mostly the wood.
