East Coast Flames All-Stars is a family-oriented competitive cheerleading program that trains athletes between the ages of three and eighteen. While we nurture the youth through skill development and progression, we also foster character development by instilling principles and values that will endure a lifetime.

East Coast Flames is the premiere Allstars cheerleading gym in South Florida! We thoroughly enjoyed the cheer showcase this evening as the teams prepare for the start of competition season. The owners and coaches are top notch, and instill great values in the participants. If you're looking for an Allstars program, this is where you want to be!
