Completely disorganized. I signed up my son for soccer lessons here and it has been a horrible experience for the both of us. He attended 3 classes and for all of them we were sent to different groups with different coaches. Each time we would ask who his coach or group was they would tell us "just go to this group for today and we will solve it later." Even though I paid for the season, he never received his shirt. Initially I tried contacting talking to Julio in person and on Team Snapp and he always avoided addressing my concerns. When I talked to other team members about my concerns they tried to assign my 9-year old son to a team of 6-year olds and said to "just try it out." I demanded a refund and was told that Julio would contact me in a few days. He never did. Once again, I reached out on Team Snapp with no response, and when I emailed him all he said was that he wasn't willing to give me refund but he was able to address my concerns. He never responded after that. I have been waiting for a month now to speak to someone that actually cares and still haven't been able to do so.
