I love what MK has done with the space! She has created such an inviting, communal place where you can go to workout, but also build friendships. Community is so important when you get back into working out and the vibe she brings is one that will keep you coming back. Her pricing is very reasonable and she is always hosting events to bring other businesses in the community together. Highly recommend trying one of her free community rides the last Saturday every month so you can see what I mean!

This place is fairly new but such a great atmosphere! Mary Kate is the best and I did the booty and sculpt class and it had me sore lol you can find workouts everywhere but the people here are always happy and welcoming and that’s what matters 😊❤️ can’t wait for line dancing’

Mary Kathryn is very professional and sweet, and the classes are spectacular. Calm atmosphere and good vibes. I’ve been going to Power Pilates and yoga and believe me, the change is evident. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental abilities.

ELE is like a 2nd home! The instructors are so amazing and encourage you to do your best and at your own pace. I love the variety of cycle, TRX, Pilates, and yoga! There is also a sauna to relax in after class. The playlists the instructors have are awesome and definitely get you in the zone! I have accomplished goals that I never thought I could achieve. They are the best and I highly recommend them!

MK is the heart and soul ofthis studio! If you’re looking for a Fitness studio that delivers both Energy and balance, look no further this place is a gem! MK teaches most of the spin and Pilates classes and she is truly exceptional. Her energy is infectious. Her playlists are always on point, and she somehow knows exactly when to push you and when to encourage you.
The spin classes are high intensity and so much fun. It feels more like a dance party on a bike than a workout parentheses that trust me, you’ll feel it after! . Then the Pilates sessions are the perfect compliment, MK‘s guidance helps you build strength and improve posture and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
MK creates such a welcoming and positive space. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, she meet you where you are and helps you grow. You don’t just get a great work out here you become part of a supported uplifting community.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mind-body reset with a coach who genuinely cares. MK is the real deal!

The new studio is such a breath of fresh air, from the calming atmosphere to the warm welcome one receives from the owner and trainers. They are all so skilled and passionate about their craft and in inspiring others to be the best version of themselves. I feel so lucky to be able to share in this space and community to work on achieving my goals. The workouts are challenging but also great instruction is given for any modifications that one may need. There are many types of classes from cycling, Pilates, yoga and TRX; something for everyone. Also a sauna for relaxing after class. Be sure to check out this wonderful locally owned fitness and wellness studio!
