We are a locally owned Gym. We offer Children's Fitness, Small Group Training, Personal Training, Bootcamps, Tribe Team Training, and open gym times. We are a function fitness gym, we invite all levels of fitness to join us in their fitness journey, whether you are new to fitness, or have a background in fitness/sports. We have a team of nine personal trainers on staff, two who are Master Tribe Team Training Coaches. We look forward to growing with and serving the community.

I wanted to do a Spartan DEKA event and found Element online. The date and time worked so i figured the 2 hour drive was worth it.
I could not have been more happy I made the drive to Element. First of all, everyone in the gym from the owner, to the staff, coaches and members could not have been nicer. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. In Less than an hour I felt like everyone there was an old friend.
They also do an outstanding job keeping the facility spotless. They were constantly cleaning
If I lived anywhere near Element I would have signed up on the spot.
My only regret is I didnt buy a shirt to support such a great facility. Can't wait to visit again.

The highlight of our vacation!! Tisha, Don and members welcomed us like family. Fun and challenging workouts. We wished people in our hometown gym were this friendly, but thats another story :)

While visiting in Vero Beach I was looking to see if I could find a good health club that allowed walk ins. I choose Element based on their website and description of classes, etc. I could not have been more pleased. A phone call to determine which times were available gave me a great first impression. In my first visit I immediately felt like a regular. I was welcomed by not only the owners but the members. Element has a great vibe and I felt immediately at home. So much so that I came the next four days until I left for home.
If you are looking for a great place to workout, cardio, core or strength I would highly recommend you give Element a go. I know I'll be back next time I'm in Vero visiting my folks.
