Completed the two week trial and I just became a member. The gym is relatively small but is never packed and the people that come here truly workout and do not just hang around taking up space. It has fantastic equipment that you will not see at most gyms. Staff has been very friendly, especially Jose and Alonso. Out of convenience I had been an LA Fitness member for several years, but this gym has given me a new sense of motivation to put towards my goals.

I am seeing amazing reviews for this gym and since I recently moved to the Shores I wanted to check them out. However when I try to call, it re-routes me to a promotional line and they want to force me to give my address and personal information in order to get the real number to the gym. I have to say this was uncomfortable and I don’t understand why I can’t just call the gym directly without offering personal/private information.

7/15/2025 edit: The gym changed this and now they have a direct line!!! Also, I tried it out and it is an amazing, intimate gym setting.

Elev8tion in Miami Shores is seriously one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The vibe here is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and respectful, and it just feels like a great place to get your workout in.

Moved to Miami 3 days ago. We’ve been to Elev8tion in Boca as well. Been trying out gyms here locally this week. As you can see on my reviews lol. This fun has size and a nostalgic vibe to it. Reminiscent of a vintage Gold’s gym. The issue and reason I would save myself the trip again is because it’s pointlessly priced. Not competitively priced. Fot the aesthetic, this gym has, it needs to be SUPER competitive with pricing. And no specials for couples is a scandal. If this were an elite gym ok, but it’s a franchise corporate gym. So we joined Powerhouse today immediately after getting off the phone with Elev8tion. I wish Elev8tion the best in their new facility.
