This gym is your old school bodybuilding gym. Its staff is so helpful and friendly. Equipment is always in working order and the place is VERY clean. Wide variety of weight machines and classes if you want that! Membership prices are really great too! Don’t pass up on this gym it’s really nice!

The best gym I have worked out at, the staff are incredibly kind and I was personal training there with Rich for about 2 years. Lost about 100+ lbs here and the staff make it all worth it. You won't be treated this kindly at any other gym. The Zumba classes with Sheena are fantastic and so are the other classes.

Accomodations are made if you have any physical ailment or restriction in personal training and a lot of the classes offer a slower version and its helpful having those accomodations after surgery. I love coming here.

I felt my best training with Richard for personal training. Couldn't understand much about the machines when I first started and everything was explained to me in the tour and trial session and his plan for what we were doing. With my ADHD it's hard for me to comprehend or stick with one thought when training and it's the most sore and best I felt when working out with him. Did 100+ sessions and was consistent in it, lost 100+ lbs and learned so much along the way. Best gym, best trainers, a family to me.

I was in town for a short visit and had the chance to work out at Elite Fitness Center in Palm Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the machines were clean and in good repair. There was a good variety of exercise classes as well to appeal to a wide variety of interests and ability levels. The gym is big enough to move around in but not so big that you feel lost. I will definitely work out here again when I’m in town.

I'm glad I found Elite Fitness! I needed a place where I could workout while on vacation and this place fit the bill. There's something for all fitness levels and the staff was top notch. I love the coffee nook where folks could grab a cup and chat after (or during) their workout. Elite Fitness seems to have really grasped the concept of community. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

I was in town for a week on a work trip and needed a place to work out. Great local gym with just about anything you could want. There is even an outdoor area to work out and do sled work. I’ve been a member for the past year and it is a great fitness center. They have a spacious layout with all of the equipment you need, free weights, benches, cardio, squat racks, cables, floor area, and an outside garage for a change-of-pace/cross fit style set up. Classes are available too. Everything is always clean and the owner (Rich), keeps the place spotless. The staff (Juan/Alicia) there are always super friendly and helpful.
The members there are all very nice and it’s a very comfortable place to exercise regardless of your fitness routine (beginner/maintain/weightlifting).
They do a weekly football pick competition every year which is pretty cool and makes you want to go more. They are very communal and have numerous events throughout the year from a huge Halloween make over, to toy drives to working with the special Olympics who work out in the gym. Just a fantastic family ran place that serves as a second home. 💪

Honestly a great gym with good people, Rich, the owner is a great dude,they usually will give you a 5 day free guest pass, prices are pretty good when you start your membership, honestly respectful place 100x better than Planet fitness, another good thing is they've got vending machines, showers, a hot sauna, free coffee, and classes you can go to. During your first week of the membership, you can get a day with a worker to help set up a plan to help achieve your fitness goals, if you're confused on something, there's usually someone who can help, (Juan, Rich, Alicia, etc..)

This place saved my life!
When my son committed suicide February 14th 2018 I was lost. It seemed as if I was stuck in a place that I couldn't come back from. Instantly, I had p.t.s.d. finding my son in the closest with a gunshot wound to his head, I understood in that instant what our troops go through in the battles of war. I searched for months seeking anything to ease my pain.
When I first came to the gym I was out of place. Didn't really have a plan or purpose. Slowly I started to gain strength. Realizing that I could beat myself down in here and sleep better at night.
The people that work and come to this gym are amazing! Telling my story to new friends has been healing. Hearing different stories of loved ones being lost to death has helped me realize. Everyone has a story. We will all face the reality of death.
Six years have passed since i first stepped in. I'm here nearly every day. I've formed a habit through weight training that I will always be grateful for. I'm slowly coming out of the fog of my pain. When you work around strong people, you have no choice but to grow and be strong. Thank you to all of the staff and patrons of this gym. You saved my life.
For anyone who is suffering from similar pain, I encourage you to start training. The most important day of your mothers life was the day that you were born. You owe it to yourself to fight! We only get a short amount of time. Be one of the elite! You are worth it!

Ok, where do I start?
I have been a member of several gyms. This one Elite Fitness is by far the best one. The gym is kept clean, the employees are friendly ( like family ). The gentleman at the desk, who greets you is Juan. It starts here. You get personal greetings every morning.
Rich, The manager, personal trainer, class instructor is good at what he does. He can find your weakness and help you to make gains. His classes are structured so that anyone can attend.
James, personal trainer, class instructor. He is also good at what he does. He gets you to work muscles you never knew existed.
For a good class both Rich and James team up to instruct a class on Wednesday mornings.
All and all I recommend this gym to anyone, any age. You can get your body in better shape, and healthy.

I recently took personal training sessions with James, he is great. I was pretty nervous when I started but throughout every session he was professional and very helpful. Each session started out with him asking me what we wanted to focus on and then he would design the training sessions to fit. He offers great advice and is very knowledgeable. I can’t wait till I can start training with him again. Also, he does an awesome class on Friday morning. It is not for the faint of heart. He is the one who told me I could do this class, again I was hesitant. But here I am still going. It is hard work, he focuses on all the important stuff to help tone and strengthen your body. And he has fun doing it and everyone in attendance seems to be enjoying it, though you might hear lots of moaning and groaning. Give it a try.

This place is great for so many reasons. I visit family often in the area and it's perfect for weekly passes. They don't call you or bother you constantly with contracts and free training like other gyms. I can go in, pay for a week and I'm good to go. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The female owner is rude and seems to only care about getting elders money. They do not have updated machines. Very old and some machines are just gross. Not sanitary as they have one rag that the same person uses over and over again on one machine. Too cheap to supply paper towels or clean towels. They have Zumba classes that are so full that often times there are ladies standing to the side with no room to dance. They don’t have a safe distance between members and we are scrunched in like sardines. Rather than hiring more staff to do more classes she would prefer to allow paying customers to go without exercise. They seem to cater to certain paying members and give them special privileges and encourage clique behavior. Too expensive for older run down machines, and a studio room that is over capacity.

Overall a good gym with a reasonable price tag. I originally started here in 2019 before the pandemic and it was very clean with very nice staff. I just came back and overall still has really great staff and is relatively clean. My only concerns being some of the equipment is getting tired and in need of a replacement, as well as the gym itself becoming a bit overfilled with people. At night especially there are some downright rude customers who I believe to be high-schoolers, who show no respect and are really loud which makes it genuinely uncomfortable for me and everyone else.

Been going to this gym the past couple of years. Overall, it was a solid investment. I will say, in recent months, some problems have started to appear.

This gym is starting to suffer from a capacity problem. ALL hours of the day (except 11pm-morning) the gym is packed with people. Over time, this gets annoying. I just want one workout where it’s not a zoo.

It’s a family business, so I’m happy they’re succeeding, but it’s hard to recommend.

If you’re an advanced lifter with a structured workout plan, I’d avoid this gym. Not enough equipment, tons of “bro-science” and steroid hulks in the late evening.

Not enough room for so much muscle.

If you’re super casual I’d recommend.

I've been training here with Rich for about 2 months and, as a busy mom, I highly recommend this place! They are open 24 hours and Rich is more than flexible in working with my schedule. This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to, someone is always cleaning and the staff is super friendly. Most importantly, I'm overweight and I have never once felt judged...only encouraged. Everything about this gym is the best. I joined 2 years ago and I know it was the best decision I made. I use the personal trainer program. The personal trainer I has shown me how to work out properly. In the two years I have seen a major improvement on myself.
The gym is super clean and everyone who works there is amazing and friendly. Makes everyone feel right at home.

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. One of the best things is the 24 hour access. I can workout whenever I want and I don’t have to worry about fitting my workout during regular business hours. Hands down the most comfortable gym I have ever been too. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Don’t ever feel judged or awkward. Love it here. I've been to all the gyms and this one is in my top 3...Staff is wonderful. Contrary to another review saying the equipment is old/outdated/ and only for beginning lifters...simply not true, I've been lifting for 10 years and you'll have everything you need (if you don't know what you're doing, just say that) 🤣🤣 if you go to any gym during peak hours it's harder to get a workout in but if its important to you you'll figure out a way to get there when it's quiet, can't fault the gym for that. It's 24 hours so they literally give you ALL day and night to get one in. They offer an inside with free weights and cardio equipment as well as machines. A garage with squatrack and other equipment plus an outside with a rig. Classes and training and more.

Joined 15 months and it was one of the best decisions I've made.

The gym is sanitary, someone is always cleaning. The staff and atmosphere of the place is great, everyone is kind. You're always greeted with a smile.

I have been training with Rich weekly since I've joined and have had pretty incredible results.. I feel the strongest I have in my whole life, I move quicker and more importantly I feel a lot healthier. Having someone in my life to keep me on track has honestly improved my life tenfold.

Been a member to Elite fitness for roughly 5 months now, and what can I say I just love it! Having switched from a more commercial gym this place better aligns with the goals I want to achieve, and all the equipment is there for me to meet those goals. I take advantage of the 24 hour access and no matter what time you go it always has that friendly family vibe to it. The owner rich does an amazing job on the upkeep of equipment and cleanliness. Add the free child care in the morning and this place is irresistible for your fitness needs. It provides no excuses for you not to want to get that work out in. Big thumbs up 👍🏼 for Elite I will continue to be a member as long as I live in the area.

I love working out at Elite. Usually their 5 days a week working out. Great environment with a family like environment where you can workout and not be judged. Where members help each other out and don't judge one another. Lots of encouragement towards each other and a great Stuff. Everyone is greeted with a friendly smile and a greeting of the day. Doesn't have all the new High tech equipment, but it has was you need to get the job done.

I have been to other gyms in the area, and Elite hands down is my favorite. Let me start off by saying the staff is amazing. It’s a family owned gym and they are so sweet each and every time I come in. They always greet you with a smile and ask how you’re doing. They answer all your questions and never rush you. Not only is the staff super friendly, so are all of the people that go here. I was slightly freaking out inside when I was doing an inclined leg press because I didn’t know how to get the handle back so the press would stay up (so I could get up) and one of the members probably saw fear in my eyes and came over and taught me how to do it, at 5 am. If you could rate cleanliness on a scale of 1-10 this place is a 20. Rich, the owner is literally always cleaning something, whether it’s mopping the floor or changing towels out on the equipment. They offer free childcare between the hours of 9-12 on Monday-Saturday which is great when you have kids (no excuses why you can’t go)… and they’re open 24 hours so I can hit the weights before the sun comes up and before a 12 hour shift at work. The showers are awesome! They’re super clean, hot steamy water, and great pressure! The equipment is well maintained. They have everything you need to target any muscle group you desire. They don’t have a large area like crunch where you can do deadlifts but they do have a “garage” and outdoor area where you can do HIIT types of workouts. They also have classes everyday that are also included with your membership!

The entire staff is professional, nice and welcoming. The trainers are great, knowledgeable, and really keep you motivated even when you are discouraged.
