I am so much stronger and feel better since Bennett has been helping me get my 71 yr old body in shape. He is very patient and attentive and knowledgeable. Also the equipment is top notch and safe and not painful. Great that the sessions are 20 min but produce results.

I am 68 years old and was diagnosed with osteopenia. The next time I went back for a bone density scan I no longer had osteopenia. Thanks to weight baring workout twice a week for only 20 minutes each time. Bennett is my personal trainer. He explains what each machine is doing for each body part and encourages me to do better each time. In the past I hated working out but look forward to this type of workout because I am toned and stronger that most 40 year old. Give them a call to find out what they can do for you. My metabolism has skyrocketed. My balance is better and my agility is great. Heck, my hormones have increased in all the right places, adding to a better quality of life, feeling great in-between the work outs. I have NO FEAR of injuring myself on these machines. The trainers are the best I've seen... OMG! Can't beet these 20 minute workouts!
