This is my favorite gym. Mt go to place when I’m in town. Come on and get what you need. This is a straight up gauntlet. Everything you need to become a better you as long as you’re willing to put in the work.

My son (high school age) has been training at the Elite gym with Coach Lewis for the past 3 months. His transformation is incredible. We drive 45 mins to the gym for several reasons. Coach Lewis’ sessions are top tier and as an additional bonus the fitness community is incredible. My son’s fitness journey has blossomed from so many ppl interrupting their own training to pour knowledge into him (from MMA fighters, International Wrestling competitors, weight lighting competitors, to Bethune Cookman athletes, to former college pro athletes). So grateful for the village that is shaping my son.

Best equipped gym in the area for the serious and slightly insane. Lil messy tho, but that will happen. I'd avoid that cold plunge until they sort the sanitation issue tho.

I spent the better part of a year here with my Fianceé and if it wasn’t for us moving out of state we would be there much longer. This is a gym that feels like home, everyone is friendly, and lots of people here love to share their knowledge with you. The owner Rich is an amazing guy, not only is he a great coach and extremely friendly, but he also gives the most unreal suggestions for food places.
Bonus: free access to cold pluge and sauana!!

Hands down the most welcoming gym in the county if not the state. Owner Rich is fantastic guy that you can tell puts his heart into the place and the atmosphere shows. If you’re looking for a place to better yourself without the distractions this is the place to do it.

Rich has built & maintained an incredible, raw style gym. Love the honor system for coming & going. The community is easy going, welcoming & chill. Definitely isn’t for the commercial gym people. We love taking new people here whenever we can 🤘🏼💪🏼 highly recommend

Lots of equipment for strongman and powerlifting. Logs, sleds, stones, etc. Cheap, owner is cool and a great trainer. Also there's CrossFit if you like cults. :P

hard to find equipment like :mono lift, reverse hyperextention, and safer professional benches with safety bars and plenty of squat racks.

Love the atmosphere. The owner is a cool dude and the prices are great with no contracts. This gym is not for you if you don’t like to get down and dirty. Stay at Golds or LA fitness if you’re a pretty boy.

It's a great gym with great equipment and people who are serious about why they're there. It's not comfortable and that's the point. But it isn't intimidating, either. Solid gym, great owner, and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.

Great facility, lots of room racks and weights and pretty much anything you can't think of related to lifting they got. Geared more towards powerlifter and intense workouts. It ain't no planet fitness :). Highly recommend
