Having a health condition barely known by most trainers and physicians I was trying to find a way to work out without major exertion that would accomplish a full body training and toning. This is what I’ve found at Energy fit. Daniel has been great at understanding the kind of pacing I need to exercise correctly and so far it seems that with his guidance and with the high end equipment / suits they provide, this will be possible. I love the fact that you can opt in for private lessons as well. Best ems training I’ve ever done, eyes closed, 100% recommended. If you live in Doral, don’t miss this chance.

Daniel has worked with me for over six months, and I am loving how I physically feel and look now. The confidence I have now is indescribable. My husband and I literally tried every fitness center in our town and finally found the spot for us. Energy Fit and Spa is everything we wanted to kick off our fitness journey. The training is personal with a hyped up and motivated instructor who truly cares about your fitness goals. EMS is new to us but we’re 3 sessions in and hooked. It is truly a full body workout in 20 mins. Our body feels like we did a 45 mins weight exercise every time. Combine it with their conventional classes to reach your goals faster!
