I've loved attending the yoga classes at Engedi Mind•Body with Scott and Jen. They are such amazing teachers, and I am in awe of how much I have grown under their guidance. From day one, I have felt a positive impact on my wellbeing. I can see just how much progress I have made, and it motivates me to continue working on my flexibility, stamina, and strength.

Today I decided to go to my first yoga class, I searched yoga studios near me and I noticed there’s one in Bartow I had no idea about! Wish I would have known sooner. The drop in price is very affordable. I chose the Vin & Yin led by Jenn. It was amazing and she is amazing! I booked my next class before I left the parking lot! I’m looking forward to trying the other classes!

What a gem! This is a truly above average yoga studio. Jen and Scott manage to create an atmosphere that welcomes every skill level. If you are thinking about starting a new work-out routine, this is the place to go!

Great experience, relaxing atmosphere, and very skilled instructors. So beneficial to let go of your stress for 1 hour, just as much as the stretching and exercise. I have also enjoyed meeting new people in the community.

I felt so welcomed by everyone it being my first yoga class ever. Jennifer is so sweet did such an awesome job teaching the class. I have had hip pain from riding my bike and the stretches we did I swear it helped so much! Definitely looking forward to going back again!

Scott and Jennifer are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and patient. They take the time to explain each pose and offer modifications, making sure everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their skill level. I appreciated how they have created a peaceful and non-judgmental environment where I could learn at my own pace. Scott and Jennifer push me to challenge myself and I have notice so much progress in my strength, flexibility and balance!

I genuinely look forward to going to class each day and can't recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a welcoming space to start or deepen your yoga practice, I highly recommend giving this studio a try!

I have been attending classes at Engedi since they opened and I am obsessed! I have noticed so much improvement in my upper body strength and flexibility already. I have taken classes from both Jennifer and Scott and they have both been amazing teachers. I’m so thankful they opened a local Bartow studio because I never wanted to drive the 40+ minutes from my house to try yoga in Lakeland. I can’t wait to build on my practice and continue growing in my skill level. Thank you Jennifer & Scott for taking a chance on Bartow and opening this fantastic studio! 🩷 Krista Greene
