I had this membership for 2 years but ended up canceling. Anytime I called front desk the receptionist was rude, I called about personal training and the guy that help “answered” my questions didn’t help much. I asked to speak to a manager twice and got told no once and the other time was that my reasoning to speak to a manager was pretty much unnecessary that someone else was better off helping fix my issue.

I joined this gym b/c my coworker who is a member spoke very highly of the gym. Upon visiting the first time, my husband and I liked the club and the amenities offered: 24 hours, various classes, swimming pool, sauna, recovery room and a good amount of equipment.

Con: be careful of sneaky charges added to your account. Sadly, their representatives are not honest during membership sign up! Need more older staff members that has ethics and customer service skills.

On the first visit, we met with a rep & got a tour and then the proceeded with a 45 min talk register for membership. Keep in mind they were running I no a 7-day free trail promo. We were informed with a gym membership, a 1-complimentary trainer session is included. My husband was interested 8 in trying the complimentary session, but then handed a form to sign (that's weird) and I asked why is formed needed for a complimentary trainer session, the rep then said it was "standard protocol". And now, I'm getting billed for a service we did not agree to nor utilized; and of course the club can't fix this issue. They can add account and services, but cant removed.

I appreciate honesty. It's great they offer trainer services, but do not be dishonest about signing members up who did not request so that you can make an additional sale bonus. You're just adding more reasons for guests to not like nor recommend your trainer services.

Sadly, the reviews for this location all seems to be the same. I really hope their corporate headquarters really audit this location for their unethical practices and unprofessionalism. They have a high turn over of employees, all very young, and a general manager is never available. This location needs a complete overhaul!

I never set foot in the gym - and they still charged me 150$. Do NOT even think about using this gym, they will milk you for all you worth. If im ever in need of a gym, it sure as hell wont be EOS.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this gym is definitely false advertising there services.

I walked into the Coral Springs EOS Fitness October 23rd, 2025 excited to sign up for a gym membership, I have never been into an EOS before, after leaving YouFit I figured I would try a different gym and I’ve heard good things about EOS.
I did not realize shortly after that I signed up I would be this upset.

I signed for a gym membership that day, After I signed up for a membership the guy who was helping me asked me if I would be interested in a personal training program,
I said I’m not sure but I would be open to hearing about what they offer.

When I sat down with the personal training manager he was very nice but I felt as if I couldn’t say no he tried getting me to pick the more expensive plan and was telling me I had to lose almost 100 pounds (95.5 to be exact) to be “in range” whatever that meant, I felt judged and pressured into signing up but I did sign up for a basic plan for once a week because I figured it would be good for me.

He scheduled my first training session for the following week, the 29th of October-
Which would be,
6 DAYS AFTER “SIGNING UP”
for the program.
He clearly told me once you have your first personal training session, if you don’t like the training for whatever reason, you have 3 days to cancel and get your money back.

On Monday of that week I had a family emergency and I had to go out of town &
I could not attend my first class and I had to cancel my session. I called this afternoon to cancel the personal training program because I’m very overwhelmed with my current family situation and I don’t know when I will be back in town and the billing is every two weeks.

He said it’s a Florida law that I can’t cancel and I had 3 days after signing up to cancel. But that was not stated to me AT ALL & honestly I feel very upset as this was falsely advertised as a stated to me in person, and feels like I just got trapped into paying and I don’t even feel Comfortable attending the sessions anymore…

If we booked my first class 6 DAYS AFTER signing up for the program…., HOW COULD I HAVE CANCELLED if I didn’t like it as he stated… he blatantly lied to me saying three days AFTER my first personal fitness training session, logically doesn’t make sense how I would have cancelled if my first session wasn’t until the following week!!
Now this is making me re-think even keeping my actual gym membership with EOS. Now I am forced to wait for them to go over my cancellation request and hopefully approve it!! After reading all of the other reviews on the same topic it sounds like they do this very offer and mislead people very often which is very upsetting to say the least!!

Disappointed with the functionality of this gym. Only one rower was working for the majority of this year. Currently both rowers are out of service. Front desk has no idea when repairs will be made. Replace the equipment if you cannot repair. Too many pieces of equipment are frequently down for long period of times. This is a busy location and the members deserve full use of amenities with limited inconveniences because we are paying for it.

Horrible customer support. I was an inaugural member at the West Boca Gym and waited through all the BS excuses when it took forever to build. When we finally started I found that I had the “all inclusive” membership and my wife had the basic. They informed us we would have to wait a year before we could switch. Got a call to come in so we could switch and after an hours wait were told we couldn’t switch. They said we would have to sign back up ( at higher price). The whole experience was like buying a car, all this craziness for a gym!? When I said we were going to cancel they were just fine with it. That would be a horrible business plan, except there are suckers coming through the door every day so who cares. If you don’t care about being treated poorly go here but , In my opinion, I would rather pay a little more ( or in this case the same rate they were going to charge me) to be treated like a valued customer.

It’s a separate company and website that does the payment processing and the website for that is awful and emails to the gym or corporate about billing questions are ignored. Started out good, but 2 months in found that staff continues to lie and bills for more than they said they would and it is virtually impossible to get any billing assistance. regret ever walking into EOS Fitness. From the beginning, I felt pressured into signing up for personal training. Instead of feeling supported in my fitness journey, it has been nothing but a frustrating and costly mess.

The trainer I was first assigned to left, and then I was reassigned to another trainer — who also can no longer train me. What was supposed to motivate me has become completely demoralizing. All I wanted was to get back into working out, but EOS has turned it into a nightmare of billing issues and broken promises.

The only person who has even tried to help me is Noah, so thanks Noah- but even he can’t give me a clear answer on when my PT will finally get cancelled. In the meantime, I continue to get charged. Every time I call billing, I’m told there are “no notes” on my account, as if none of my complaints or requests ever happened.

This is unacceptable. I was pressured into personal training, not given the proper service I paid for, and continue to be charged with no resolution. It feels like a scam. EOS Fitness is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about its members. I will be reporting this to the BBB and taking legal action if it is not resolved immediately.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress — avoid EOS Fitness at all costs.

The gym is great. The attention at front desk, discounts, machines, environment, people, everything is amazing and I would give it 4/5 stars. However, I’m very disappointed with the personal training program. During the first 3 months I was getting double charged for a free trial I canceled and for the plan I chose, I had to go countless times to fix this issue and they always told me “next week check” or something like that without clear fix. Secondly, if you don’t keep up with your sessions, they just forget about you and keep charging. I have friends that use personal trainings in other gyms and they and their trainers basically plan everything together. Here, it’s not like that, nobody checks up on you to plan the next session, if you have a busy life and forgot about it, too bad, we’ll keep charging you regardless. I don’t know if it was just my personal trainer (Jacob) but if the staff were more engaging and cared more I would be more satisfied. I’m never paying for this service ever again.

This gym has been one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I’ve ever had with a membership. At first, signing up seemed fine, but the nightmare started when they pushed a personal trainer on me. I made it clear, repeatedly, that I was not interested. I told them I work out on my own, that I come late at night, and that no trainer could realistically work with my schedule. Despite my refusals, they kept pressuring me for over an hour until I finally felt forced to agree—just so I could leave.

They reassured me it would only be $19 a month and that I could cancel in 30 days. I even explained that I’d be leaving the country for two weeks, and they said that wouldn’t be a problem. But when I went in the very next morning to cancel, they told me I had to speak directly with the person who signed me up. After returning from my trip, I was told I now had to scan a QR code, leave a message, and wait for a manager’s response. I did that and heard absolutely nothing. Eventually, I found out that the person who signed me up had quit—and now I’m being told I can’t cancel until after six months of payments.

So instead of being able to cancel like they promised, I’m trapped in a contract for something I never wanted in the first place. No one ever disclosed these terms to me. Now I’m expected to pay nearly $1,000 for a trainer I never asked for and can’t even use. The way this gym misled me, ignored my cancellation requests, and withheld crucial information feels like pure exploitation. What should have been a positive place for fitness has turned into a source of stress, anxiety, and financial burden.

I’m visiting Coral Springs for the week and, wanting to keep up with my fitness progress, I signed up for a 7-day pass at EOS on University Drive. First impression of the gym? Impressive. Clean space, great equipment, solid vibe. As a tourist, I was excited to keep training here.

But that excitement dropped real fast after my interaction with a front desk staff member named Sean.

When I arrived for my leg day, I gave my phone number like I had done the day before. The young lady at the desk couldn’t find me in the system, so she called Sean over for help. From the moment he approached, his tone was cold and aggressive. No hello, no courtesy, just straight to “Who signed you up for the 7 day pass?!”

Not only was the question irrelevant, but the delivery was completely out of line. The tone, the posture… it was like I had disrespected him personally. I tried to keep calm, but the back and forth felt hostile. It drained my energy and left me feeling like a victim, not a customer.

Eventually I asked to speak to a manager so I could get my workout started. Sean said he’d call her “to find out what was going on with my account.” When the manager arrived, it took her two minutes to fix the issue. That’s all it took.

I won’t go into every detail of the conversation, but let’s just say: the ego was real. At one point during our exchange, Sean said, “I have a lot of energy,” after I told him I didn’t appreciate his energy. That says a lot.

After my workout, I waited to speak with the manager again just to clarify how things would go for the rest of the week. As Sean was leaving, I tested the waters and said, “Hope to see you tomorrow?” He replied, “Yes, for sure,” with a kind of smug confidence, like he owns the place.

I paid $35 USD for a pass, which makes me a paying customer like anyone else. I came in with good vibes and respect. I expected the same in return.

EOS, your gym is great. But no matter how good the equipment is, one staff member’s attitude can ruin the entire experience.

This isn’t just about ego, this is about how you make people feel.

And today, I didn’t feel welcomed.

I bought my boyfriend a membership, he ended up canceling it and we were fine paying the last month’s fees even though he decided not to go. It’s been 3 months and they’re still charging me $30 a month and we had the basic membership package. The people at the front desk continue to lie and say we won’t get charged and we do. They won’t remove the payment nor delete his membership and continue giving us hush talk. It’s becoming a problem because not I will have to call the credit card company and charge it back. We canceled it in May and it’s now August and it just charged our credit card. This is actually the most unprofessional and worst gym, management wise, that I’ve ever encountered. The two stars are for the equipment and staffing. I got a weekly pass to this facility while I was on vacation. I do have a 24 hour gym at my job. I wanted to like it here but the facility is way too overcrowded and people do not put equipment back. I was previously enrolled at Crunch fitness right down the road where they would also be crowded but they would utilize their space better and they would craate a second floor platform. I do believe that at this facility they need to focus on quality over quantity and for now I will be traveling the extra 15 minutes to get to my work gym. I do appreciate their time though.

Second worst gym experience ever from never having a member of upper management on-site to not honouring my health insurance membership benefits to billing me even though personal training has been cancelled for over 3 months. Overall customer service stinks and I totally regret ever signing up at this gym and would never resign at this gym in the future.

Not getting my name back in their database again and my attorneys would be seeking retribution in about 3 weeks from this company.

I attend yoga and Pilates classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays with instructor Norma, and I want to let you know that she is the best of the best. She has a lot of experience, is very professional, and her teaching style is very gentle and calm. She makes the classes excellent, I enjoyed it a lot

Today I went with my friend to try the day pass to see if I would sign up for the gym, but unfortunately the person at the front desk was not friendly and told me I couldn’t enter because my ID didn’t have my new Coral Springs address, as I just moved on Saturday. I told him I could show other documents to prove my new address, but he said no. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there was no manager available at the moment. They’d rather lose a potential new customer. Terrible customer service

We had a very bad experience. Yesterday, we requested the pass because we wanted to try out the gym. My friend and her mom moved to Coral Springs on Saturday. Today, when we went, we were told we couldn’t use it because their IDs didn’t have the Coral Springs address. We told them we could show other proof of address to confirm they do live in Coral Springs, but they said no. We don’t think this is the right way to treat customers. Very poor service.

STAY AWAY!!! They know how to get you in when you in you get charge all different types of hidden fees. I was promised one thing by their team member Julia and received the complete opposite. No one up there seem to know what the hell is going on. I didn’t even have the membership 30days and I was charged 152.98 +156.00. When I called for clarity no one could explain what I was being charged for. The only good part/experience was my trainer (Jacob). He was amazing and really push you to accomplish more.

We signed up for a family membership and attended the gym for a week. After a week of going to the gym, we were told that children aged 12 and 14 are not allowed to use the gym with us, even though when we signed up, we were assured that everything was fine. In the end, we were also charged $120 for using the gym we couldn’t properly go to. I find this kind of service unacceptable. Do not go to this gym.

Signed up for a 7 day trial on and they called me right away to book a tour for today prior to workout out. I booked it for 3:30 and showed up a few minutes late at 3:33 due to traffic. The front desk guy said it would be ten minutes before the lady I spoke with on the phone would be able to activate my membership and give me a tour. After about 15 minutes, I asked if she would be available soon because I have other things to do and was just trying to get a workout in. He said he would check with them, but just stood there for another 5 minutes talking to his coworker so I left. As soon as I left, they called asking if I could come back. I’ve been to eos at another location and loved the amenities, but unfortunately the staff at this location makes it a dealbreaker for me not to return and find another gym instead.

As a Black membership holder, I primarily utilize my membership for gym access, with my wife as my guest. While the membership offers various benefits, we mainly use it for exercising together. Recently, while I was traveling internationally, my wife was denied entry to the gym using my membership due to my absence. I understand the business model revolves around membership sales; however, the primary reason for maintaining the Black Card membership is to facilitate gym access for my wife and me. We do not typically utilize the additional amenities, such as the pool, sauna, or EGYM facilities. The guys at the front desk know my wife because we go there very often.

i’ve been going to this gym now for about 3 years. and i’ve watched this gym slowly fall apart. at first i loved going since they provide so much, the pool, massage chairs and lots of gym equipment. but then i started noticing all the machines are always being worked on. i do the stair master after every workout. and out of all their stair master machines there’s only a good 3 that work well. which means most of the time they are being used. they have four massage chairs and only one of them work correctly. and doesn’t matter what time you come in the gym is always packed and you’re waiting for machines. and on top of that i noticed a huge increase of children coming to the gym. which is fine until they are coming up to you and asking you for your number constantly. not to mention there was also a personal trainer there that went by the name david. he used to stalk me (constantly messaged me about getting me to go to the bar) to the point where i had to let a trainer know so they could keep an eye on him. and SO MANY people record themselves while working out. it’s ridiculous. hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs change.

What an awful experience truly. I just recently moved in the surrounding area. Trying to get a feel of what gym I would like to join. But because my license hasn’t changed the address, the guy at the front was not willing to give me the free 7 day pass. I asked him if I could show him proof of change of address with bank statements, USPS, etc. Not at all willing to work with me. Even if I would join this gym, it put an extremely bad taste in my mouth.
