Really bad. Gym was nice in the beginning, but it became crowded and crowded. I was told I could go with my daughter as a guest (she has always been at the gym with me). I have been a member for 1 year. Yesterday, they said she could not enter the gym because she is 14. They told me she should be 15 (today at the phone David told me 16). So, they really do not know the information. Anyways, they told me it's liability reason, but she could get her own membership. So, there is no liability issue if a 14-year-old goes alone to the gym, there is if she goes with a parent. I don't see how it makes sense. Anyways, tried to call now the location, and front desk told me the manager was busy, so I needed to call in 30 minutes. I'll do that, but meanwhile, I decided to make some reviews in social media as well, to alert other people.

Weights thrown everywhere. Members don’t rerack or wipe sweat off equipment. Dirty sweat paper towels left everywhere on equipment for days or weeks at a time. They have 5 team members at least and no one cleans or enforces members to keep the space clean.

It’s hard to find a clean gym. Which is crazy. But most members here it’s their first gym experience. And they have zero etiquette or respect for the other members that also need a gym to go to.

Recently, I had a slip and fall accident in the ladies' locker room because of a wet spot on the floor. Unfortunately, the Floor was very slippery, and I ended up getting hurt. Additionally, there was no support or assistance from the front desk to help me feel better. Overall, this experience has not reflected excellent customer service.

Gym membership is a great deal! Clean facility, a bit crowded with the Lycra-and-silicone set, but what do you expect in Boca? Beware of the personal training. It’s a six-month commitment. My signature was forged on one of the documents and I’m still waiting for the contract to be voided (sales guy mysteriously no-longer-with-the-company) Overall, staff are helpful and want to do the right thing. Nice selection of equipment. Plenty of free weights.

Update - It took over a month but the new training manager, Gustavo, voided the contract and refunded me the recurring charges. I'm grateful, but a whole lot of stress could have been avoided in the first place!

Chloe was the worst receptionist I’ve ever talked to. Everyone else at the front was fine to talk to but she was extremely rude. She turned us away for the free 7 day trial after we provided ID. She then said we can’t use EOS because our addresses weren’t in Boca. On the terms and conditions it says you can use any EOS location. This was a horrible experience. Once again Chloe was horrible and she should be fired immediately.

Charging me $99 for one month trainer never told me about yearly charges in first month. Said if I don’t like in 30days you can just cancel and we won’t charge you anything! Machines also are always dry and sticky. Gym every hour is packed nothing available and full parking.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at EOS Gym in Boca. I can only go to the gym at 6 AM, and when I arrived to use my 7-day pass, the operations manager told me I couldn’t use it unless I first got a tour. I get that tours are important, but the manager didn’t even try to help me figure out a solution, she just flat-out said "no." There was no effort to accommodate me, no offer to schedule the tour for another time, she just said "no."Since no one was available to give me the tour, I ended up having to buy a day pass just to be able to work out. After finishing my workout, I went back to the front and asked again if I could get the tour since the only time I have available to go is at 6am. The manager and a few other employees were just standing around chatting and despite that, she still said no, claiming no one was available to give me a tour. It was really disappointing. I was thinking about becoming a member, but based on the terrible customer service, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere.

We ,My son , my daughter-law been coming to laurie classes every day Monday thru Friday 5:45am classes they are amazing. Spinning class bike, and intervals classes they are amazing we keep coming back because of her.. she does an awesome class very intense, deep skillful. Professional and she does care for each of us ..
She makes sure we all here and keep us coming back.
You can tell she loves what she do she enjoys teaching the class. Thank you laurie keep up the amazing work. That makes us 3 coming back every day.

I’ve been in this gym for almost 7 Month. every class is new , but I like being more in the interval class at 5:45 AM . Sharon Siu is the best trainer. She is always making sure we are in the correct form. Always new routine never bored . Always feel like a productive workout at end of each class - Sharon is a true trainer at heart . She is passionate about her craft - she is always making sure we maintain proper form for each exercise ensuring ultimate results - thank you Sharon for your dedication

I joined the gym about four months ago and have been enjoying great classes with wonderful and energized instructors:

I enjoy Body pump with Jessica Hanson. We are working very hard in a very fun way. We leave the class all sweaty with a huge smile.

I take three different amazing classes with Bebe Alyanak.
Forever fit, Strength circuit and Ab lab. Different types of work outs and she is doing an excellent job explaining everything and making sure we are doing it right.

I also take Yoga with Lisa Sefton. An excellent instructor, she teaches every position with different levels, focusing on the correct breathing making sure we are doing everything right.

I've been taking Pilates and yoga classes with Norma Steel for a few months and she is amazing! Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing. She really knows how to explain movements clearly and make everyone feel comfortable, no matter your level. I always leave feeling stronger and more refreshed.

Eos fitness estoy poniendo mi queja por este medio en Diciembre del año 2024 me registré en en este gym EōS de Boca Ratón y me ofrecieron un entrenador en cual firme un contrato de me dijieron que por el primer mes se cobrarían $ 18
Y el segundo mes ya serían los $80
Pero eso fue mentira en el primer mes retiraron las dos cantidades
La entrenadora solo me dio dos sesiones
1 sesión fue para conocernos y realizarme algunas pruebas físicas y le di a conocer que yo había tenido una cirugía de dos disco de mi columna y que no podía hacer ejercicio con peso
2 sesiones ya realizamos ejercicios esto fue ante de Navidad cuando nos despedimos ella me dijo que me llamaba para hacerme la cita. Nunca más supe de esta entrenadora pasaron los día las festividades y ella nunca me llamó me acerqué algunas veces al gym y no tengo respuesta de nadie e hablado con manager y me dicen manda un correo que tampoco e obtenido respuesta ya el contrato finalizó por qué era de 6 meses y ahora ya me mandaron un mensaje de colección por el cobro total del contrato
Espero y alguien de este departamento me dé alguna respuesta
Por favor no hagan contrato para un entrenador la verdad no vale la pena

I have been going here with my husband since it opened. We both got the top level membership because we really enjoy the massage chairs after a hard workout and because with our membership, we each can bring in someone for free ever time. We bring our daughter from college when she’s home because she loves it as well.

Overall, we have been very happy here. The gym equipment is mostly Nautilus and they pretty much have ever type of weight you could ask for. I enjoy the cardio equipment also and love having the option to do cardio while watching a movie in the big screen movie room. It’s easy to lose track of time and go over your planned cardio time (not a bad thing when trying to get in shape) when watching a particularly good movie.

The only issue and it’s not the gyms fault necessarily is the amount of high school and college-aged kids that go. They’re all generally nice, it’ just seems like they travel in packs like wolves!!! It’s funny sometimes but when you’re trying to get your own workout in and there’s4 kids working out together you could be waiting 15min for the machine to free up. That and the fact that really no matter what time you go during the day, it is always packed.
I have food that Saturday after 6pm is a good time to go and Sunday mornings. During the week, your best best is eating in the morning or late at night. My husband and I have the luxury of both being retired so we can usually plan our workouts around whatever other things we have going on.

We haven’t tried any of the classes yet vs but I’m interested in checking them out sometime.

Sometimes with the amount of people that workout there on a consistent basis, the equipment breaks but they’re usually pretty good at getting it fixed rather quickly.

All in all, we love it here.

This gym is absolutely horrible and it's no surprise that the ratings are so low having just opened. BEWARE OF MATT especially, who is supposedly the manager there, he is so incredibly rude and obnoxious and when you call with a problem regarding an issue that they should have corrected, he mocks the customer and talks down to them. Absolutely no manners and no respect whatsoever. For a moment there, I was questioning who is the employee, and who is the customer? In addition, everyone at that gym is rude and sounds like they just woke up when answering the phone. Beware they will charge you for PT, even if you specifically stated you did NOT need that. And beware of sounding angry when after a month of dealing with the same issue becomes too much when no resolution is given, they will threaten to call the police on you. Just an utter nightmare overall. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Coral Springs location. They are so much nicer there and they actually care. I had to call them to resolve an issue with Boca. And when going to the bank to dispute the charges that this gym ran through without my authorization, the banker stated that I was not the first person going there with an issue regarding this gym. If you like giving your money away like candy then gladly sign up, if not, go elsewhere trust me.

Avoid EOS Fitness Personal Training — Unprofessional and Untrustworthy

We’ve had a terrible experience with the personal training program at EOS Fitness. My wife signed up for a bi-weekly training plan at $88 per session, but was charged $280 twice within a few weeks — far beyond what was agreed upon. Jason, the manager at the time, admitted the mistake and promised to cancel the plan and issue a refund. That never happened.

We followed up multiple times and were met with nothing but excuses. Jason kept saying the refund was “in process,” but we’ve now waited over a month and have been charged again — totaling over $1000 for sessions not used or authorized.

We have multiple recorded conversations with Jason clearly stating that a refund would be processed. Still, nothing has been done. We’ve also made numerous attempts to reach Brian, the personal training team manager, but he has been completely unreachable, with nobody ion the gym being able to provide his contact information. The front desk has been unhelpful and Angela, the local manager, left my wife on hold for over 30 minutes without ever resolving anything.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be taking legal action.

If you value professionalism, transparency, and customer service, avoid the personal training program at EOS Fitness at all costs.

Horrible experience. Signed up for regular gym menbership, first billed got charged for personal trainer fees, came in spoke to desk people they said they canceled the personal trainer er. Next month got billed again, I returned and spoke to desk person, they apologized and said my card would be refunded back. 3rd month goes by no refund , and they gave me a QR code to cancel and daid that the only way, not to mention the two people that spoke to me gave me about 30 seconds and literally tuened their backs to me and walked away. I questioned when someone comes
To sign uo theres like 10 people to sit down and sign you up but when want to cancel or discuss refund items they should not have charged, none can sit with you and help. This place is a scam. Wont be around for long. 30 years on this town been theough a few different gyms, this is from begging the worst ever.

Stay far away from this place. It may look pretty like a shiny new object, but the staff are rude, disrespectful, insulting and they don't care about you. The app is a joke. There is no class schedule- there are so many issues - don't do it. Not worth the hassle. I belong to other gyms and there is no comparison. This gym is NOT welcoming and has a bunch of "children" working there. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and dint get me started on communication- NONE, NADA, ZILCH. They leave you on hold till you give up after an hour. I say stay far far away or stay away till they hire grown ups who are properly trained to communicate respectfully to people and get their act together. Because right now it's a cluster...

We signed up over one week ago. My two (2) teenagers and I chose the package for 3 persons with all the benefits costing $68. Plus $45 yearly membership fee. Imagine my surprise when they later charged me 24.60 for each person and individual membership fees ( so my 2 teenagers and myself were charged for membership despite choosing a package). I had a word or two with the manager who did not care or gave any satisfactory explanation.
So disappointing since they are only opened for one month now.

If I could give this place -1,000,000 stars, I would. This gym operates in a predatory way. Even after canceling my membership, they continued to charge my card, despite assurances that they wouldn’t. I was also never informed when the gym actually opened, it was months after the initial promised date, and I only found out by accident. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from this shady business. They’ll take your money with zero transparency or accountability.

I signed in with the early enrollment in January 2024. When the gym opened September 10th 2024 I got billed 24,60 $ as agreed but for some reason the card didn’t work so the same day I went to the gym to fix it and the next day I still got billed for late fee anyway I complained right away and was told it would have been canceled, but it did not.
Yesterday I got regularly billed for 24.60$ (it shows in my credit card account) and today I got billed again for 39.60$ as late fees!!! I was at the gym at 7 am and spoke to David, assistant manager, who did not know how to manage the issue and said I have to call a third part that is responsible for the billing !! I have a contract with eos and still they don’t want to take responsibility of the wrong billing and won’t refund my money. And this is not happening only to me, while I was at the desk complaining another guy came up with the same problem.
I already did a complain with the federal trade commission fraud report.

It’s been almost two months since I started my workout at EOS gym with my personal trainer ,Lonee. I love this place and Lonee is a perfect PT.She knows what your body needs and gives you the courage you need. I don't understand how the time quickly passes with her. Eos is trying to scam its members. I signed up a year ago and they kept stating a false opening date. When I tried canceling my membership they were insanely rude and held me on the phone for half an hour just to falsely tell me the front desk worker is the Manager of the store. Went there the first weekend it opened. No issue. Had to pay the day pass because they weren’t accepting the trial passes until Monday. No problem. I had already signed up for it but figured I would still get to use it. I made sure to call ahead and asked front desk staff “hey I didn’t get to use the trial pass initially, if I came in today would I be able to use it?” Front desk person says yeah no problem. I drive 30 min get to the desk and 2 staff members simply say I have to pay a day pass OR sign up. I explain what the person on the phone told me and they say it’s not there department. I called the front desk, you’re at the front desk, it’s you department. I know the ABC system they use. I know they can check and see if I ever used it. Very incompetent staff. Which will only hurt them in the long run…

Nice enough gym , but HORRENDOUS customer service

Gym opened months later than promised, I had signed up for personal training based on them telling me they would open shortly, but the opening was immediately delayed months. I went in and canceled it after a second indefinite delay. When they Finally opened MULTIPLE months later, and months after I canceled my training , they charged me for training anyway. I called multiple times , with no return call, and Went in in person and was not able to speak to a manager. Finally, I got someone on the phone , And I was told that if I did not hold the documentation of cancellation they would charge me and hold me to a 4 month commitment. I was supposed to get a call back and , of course, did not.

I am the only one that hashad issues like this with them. I have spoken to multiple people with a similar experience.

Gym is poorly run, and extremely disorganized. Management is poor

Been going to EOS for two years [Coral Springs] went to check out the new one in boca it was nice they offered the compression boots which was never offered in Coral Springs location when I signed up. I wanted to just try them out one time since I’ve never done it before upgrading my membership. I asked staff if I could just for today and they asked one of the managers if I could he didn’t even think about it and said no the trainer proceeded to tell me that she wouldn’t be able to let me and that I should upgrade since it is really good for never got my name never looked up my membership to check how long Ive been a customer of this gym nothing guess this is what happens when you have children running your gym should really work on customer service and sales lacking very heavy here.

I got in contact w/ some knowledgeable people finally at this gym. They said they were planning to open within 10 days. Around September 10th. The guy told me that the reason why it has taken so long is that the roof at one point caved in and delayed everything. I don't know why they didn't tell people that in the beginning. Would have saved them so many bad reviews that they earned from how they handled this opening.

I signed up on Oct 12, 2023, and was initially told Dec for a soft opening. It's May🧐; communication is wild. I validated my membership the week of my alphabetical letter; I usually don't follow protocols, but I did this. However, I still received a phone call asking me to come in to validate my membership. There must be a glitch in the matrix.

Signed up 6+ months ago and was told it would open by the end of 2023. Then it was Q1 2024. Now they’re saying Spring 2024 so I decided to drive by and saw the window had no covering so the inside was visible. There’s absolutely no way they are opening by even the end of the Spring. I’d be surprised if they open by the end of the year.

Edit: you can tell these 5 star reviews are fake/entered by EOS employees. Two of them start the same way with “very excited” and one of them is so proper that they made sure to write “EōS” correctly.

Edit edit: added pictures 3-5 taken on 4/13/24. The first 2 were taken on 3/9/24. Being told that the gym will be open in 1 month 🤨

Edit x3: 4/13/24 they said the gym will be open in one month. It’s 5/30/24 today and we were told grand opening would be this weekend. Adding the last 2 pictures which was taken today of the pool area which is still bare down to the concrete with unfinished drywall and the parking lot full of debris and equipment. Whatever date they tell you they will be open on, just know they are lying.

Edit x4: it’s 8/8/24 today and there is still no indication of when the gym will open. Go sign up somewhere else if you need a gym.

Very frustrating. Bought a membership in NOVEMBER. The guy that sold it to me said “yea quit your other gym. We will be open in late December or January” smh. A year later I’ve gained weight. The service at the new gym, which has not even been opened, is ridiculous. They keep lying to us, and every month, there's a new excuse. The management is terrible and should be fired. I work in construction, and if my project were delayed for over a year, all my managers would be held accountable. It's unacceptable that in 2024, they cannot effectively manage a construction site. Went from opening fall 2023 to winter 2023 to early 2024 to spring 2024. At this point I don’t know which email timeline to believe. My entire family didn’t renew their current memberships because Eos should have been open before they expired. Now they are stuck either paying double to renew an old membership or not having a facility.

Edit: It is now April 2024, and I have still not been told when this gym is actually opening. And to the Responses from EOS saying that this is not how they intended things to go....yeah right... you did the same exact thing with the Kendall opening. Delayed 2 years but kept selling memberships as if it was opening tomorrow

Edit: It is now May 19th. I received a text message begging me to come to the enrollment center to get ready for the GRAND OPENING on May 31st. I drove by the gym this morning. It is filled with boxes, has zero flooring, and the parking lot is full of debris. There is a 0% chance the gym is having a grand opening on May 31st.
Seriously though, what is the point in lying about the grand opening? We have waited this long right? What is going to happen when May 31st comes and the gym is not open?

Edit: it’s almost July and still no update for when the gym is opening.

Edit: It is now July 25th. Last update I was told "hopefully August". We all understand their are delays, the key is in how you relay those delays to your customers. Constantly lying and moving the goal post on a monthly basis is not the way.

I really hope everyone who is responsible for this 18 month delay have nothing to do with running the gym once it actually opens.

I just went in to cancel my two memberships, and they gave me a piece of paper with cancelation written with a pen. I told the person that this sounded like a sketchy and ghetto company that does this, and he said that they don’t have a way to give me a print receipt. I came on June 13, and they said they would open on June 24. I have called daily, and the answer is the same in 2 weeks: stay away from this gym. It is not trustworthy.

This is absolutely ridiculous. To be told this gym would be opening in December and it didn’t open. Then was told it would open during the spring of ‘24 and once again IT DID NOT OPEN. I signed up in August 2024 with an expected fall opening date for the gym. Finally, after waiting almost 1 year, I went to the enrollment center on June 1 to cancel. I was told they processed it and I would receive confirmation in a few days. Fast forward to June 23 and I am still getting the run around. I've sent them numerous text messages and been told it takes 7 to 10 business days and then that if it's not processed In a couple of days to follow up. I'm still waiting 22 days later. I followed all terms in my contract to cancel yet they refuse to do so. Looks like I'll have to take this up with corporate (Impossible to get in touch with), the BBB and my credit card company.

I am extremely disappointed with EOS Fitness due to their lack of seriousness and failure to meet promised deadlines. People was
informed that the new gym would open in Q4 of 2023, but as of late June 2024, the gym remains unopened. This delay is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of commitment and professionalism from the company.

While I acknowledge that the staff has been friendly and tried to keep us informed, the company has clearly failed to meet the promised dates. The lack of transparency and continuous delays have caused significant frustration and distrust among future members.

Received a phone call from EOS stating May 30th was the opening date a week prior to the 30th. Again they lied. Called today and they played stupid about not knowing there was an official opening date and state they don’t have their certificate of occupancy and have no projected date to open. Signed up in 2023. What a joke. They also misrepresented cryo therapy on their initial advertising. Once I asked about it when I got the call the grand opening was May 30th (lol) While, they claimed that there was no cryotherapy in there “yet”. Run!

So the problem isn’t their construction delays. We all can understand that. The real problem is that corporate instructs their staff to dangle the carrot by misinforming us. Had they been honest about delays, I would have joined another gym and been happy to wait for them, but because they kept saying one more month, one more month, I kept thinking one more month isn’t so bad to wait. But now it added up to 9 months. I quit my gym in October in anticipation of an October opening, then they said November, then December, then January, February, March, April, May and now June. Again, if they were realistic about timelines, then no problem. But instead they lie to us and keep us in a holding pattern. Plus they keep blaming permits and when I look at the Palm beach county permit search, there were no inspections requested all those times. Lying to customers and dangling the carrot is just bad business.

Signed up @ $10 per month 6-8 months ago. Much like all legit reviewrs on here (reviews from jessica, carley, and stephon are fake they reviewed and gave 5/5 all the eos in the state) was told eoy, then jan, now it’s may and i am still not 100% sure it’s open or will open soon. I ended up cancelling my membership when there was no clear opening time back in march/april.
One star for easy sign up process and great monthly fee, but again still no gym.
I heard from a friend that he was told it’s open, but I drove by 441 on 5/12 afternoon and noticed there were construction vehicles and no cars.

I was okay-ish with the delay after they told me in January when I signed up that all the delays were due to bureaucracy with the County and, as a person who hates such things, was empathetic. But after seeing the pictures taken in March of a half-baked building, that will likely take another few months to finish, the trust and empathy I had with EõS is now gone. I am probably going to sign up for another gym and maybe in the future I'll revisit signing up again on EõS. My two cents here is to improve communication with your customers and, most importantly, don't lie to them, be transparent.
