I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received today from Manager Gabriel Hernandez and the associate at the front desk. The interaction was not only unnecessary but entirely unprofessional. Rather than making any effort to resolve my issue, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect.
It is unacceptable that I had to return and speak with a different manager simply to receive the assistance that should have been provided from the start. Gabriel’s conduct made it clear that he has little regard for customer service or for retaining long-standing members—members who have been with EOS far longer than he has been employed there.
This experience was frustrating, disheartening, and entirely avoidable. EOS deserves leadership that reflects the company’s values, and today’s interaction fell far below that standard.

The front staff at the Kendall EOS location is allowing members to bring in their pets especially extremely large dogs. This is absurd. Why is this happening? Service animals are ok, of course. They are very well-behaved and do not bother members.

Also, there are several young women using the equipment in a sexual manner and staff doesn't seem to care. These are the same girls who enjoy filming members for content. They record members illegally for views and likes. My niece has expressed to me that these girls like to cause tension with other members because they hog up the machines. Influencer wannabees should not be using the gym as their set. That is what the social influencer room is for. This gym has really gone downhill.

I went to EōS Gym really excited after seeing how great it looks online, but the experience was the opposite. When I asked if I could take a quick tour, instead of showing me around, they told me I could just “take a peek from the entrance.” Seriously? That’s not how you welcome new customers. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less about making a good impression. Terrible customer service — I walked out immediately.

The distribution of the machines of the gym seems to me that it is wrong they should be located according to the area of the body that you are going to work in the middle of the gym there is a space to recover that no one uses and the few who use it are not for a long time that could be relocated to the area where the leg bench press is. I also see that there is no control with the adolescents and children that are in the gym I also see and felt a lot of smell of marijuana in the men's bathroom and in other areas. I have also seen that several machines are broken without q to fix them for days, weeks or more. the salt The massage chair room can not rest well first why they play music very loud and it is not the best music to rest or relax second the chairs are lacking maintenance since some do give a good massage but there are others that do not feel anything

I joined Eos Fitness Gym at Mills Drive December 2024 and I want to compliment how great the Service, Cleanliness, and Group Training Classes have been. Overall the experience has been beyond my expectations! I want to mention Elizabeth Lopez that works in the Cleaning Department for going above and beyond in keeping the facility clean and organized. She courteously always greats me and asks me if everything is well. The front desk staff is always welcoming and greats me each time. Primarily I attend the group training classes. Each of the Instructors teach us on how to properly use the equipment and remind us to keep proper form to avoid injuries. Also, the Instructors transmit amazing and positive energy. They push us so we can keep our bodies and minds fit and healthy. I want to mention a few of the Instructors and I want to thank them for looking out for our well being, always having a positive and energetic attitude, making the classes fun and providing 100% of there dedication, time, and positivity!

I love working out at EOS Fitness! The energy is always great, and there are so many machines that I never feel limited in my workouts. The classes are fun and the trainers are super supportive. A lot of potential in the facility is sad the staff is not professional or transparent. They are not clear when you are enrolling and if you need help doing some changes on your membership they will not help you. Some of the most unprofessional staff Danny and Jordan . This place is SCAMMY.

I visited this facility, having been offered a complimentary trial pass through their online website. Upon arrival, my attempt to redeem this pass was immediately rejected by your staff on the grounds that my zip code did not qualify for the offer. Keep in mind that my house is no more than 10 minutes away from this location.

My issue is not with the existence of geographical restrictions, but with the deceptive marketing practice. Granting an online pass without verifying or filtering based on the stated zip code restriction, only to reject the consumer upon arrival, serves one purpose: to lure potential members into your facility under false pretenses. Instead of understanding how this can make potential customers feel deceived, the supervisor simply stated that “this is a business and they want to drive traffic here.”

While I do understand business, I also understand that a reputable business must operate in good faith. The company’s actions and the supervisor’s lack of accountability demonstrate a clear failure to uphold care for the consumer.

When I started gym and classes everything was fine, until due to financial problems I decided to speak with the manager and the instructor to cancel the classes. Since then everything has been a disaster, people calling me, letters, emails with the intention that I pay something that I cancel. I have written to the instructor, manager, instagram, website and called for months to file the complaint and no response. It is disrespectful to the client, I was more than 6 months without going to the gym and they do not care only about charging, and what happens to the clients? ... if they see that the client has not attended, investigate, something is wrong ..... No, for them the important thing is the money .... do not even think about making plans with trainers, it is the biggest disaster you will make and you will lose money.

I have been going to this EOS since the day it opened. It was definitely really good at first. The main reason I come is because it’s the nearest 24hour gym to me which is a great plus considering my late work hours. There can definitely be improvement in organization and cleanliness but that honestly dependent on the gym goers to clean up after themselves. I usually come from 9p-1a and it’s definitely super messy at that time. It also is always packed which is nice for safety as a woman but sometimes it’s like okay why is it packed at midnight lol. Otherwise pretty well equipped. Has everything you would need plus a movie theater. Gave three stars because definitely can be improved. A suggestion would definitely be to open up the group class room as more space to workout. Many times I do not want to workout on the turf and just want some extra floor space.
