The gym features some of the best amenities in the area, making it clearly stand out in that regard. However, it does not meet my core fitness needs. I joined with the expectation of early-morning group classes during the week, ideally at 6 or 7 a.m., but those classes have not materialized. Despite asking the front desk several times, asking class instructors, and emailing multiple staff members about the possibility of adding earlier classes, I have not received any responses or indications of progress. For anyone with a standard workday, this missing element is a significant drawback.

I was also counting on the spinning studio that was initially advertised, but that feature was removed by the time construction was completed. It was one of the main reasons I signed up, so not having that offering has been frustrating.

The gym often gets overcrowded to the point where it can be uncomfortable to be there. Broken machines take a long time to be repaired or replaced. The bathrooms also require more frequent maintenance, as cleanliness has declined with the increased traffic.

Overall, it is a great-looking facility with a lot of potential, but it hasn’t aligned with my day-to-day needs, and I have been given the runaround on my request for early-morning classes on weekdays.

I begin in this gym when they open in Feb last year. I'm in love with my classes, Tommy Guadalupe zumba, Erika Unda our yoga and pilates instructor, Tevvie Mixxed class, I missed her, Pher love her class too...please move her class on Tuesday at 6...she is really really good, Jorge and his body balance and body pump classes i love both. This gym have amazing instructors that make your exercises and new fitness plans 💪 to another level, is amazing. Please do those minor changes...Pher class on Thursdays at 5 30 could be moved to 6 for more people to join her class. All the instructors are very dedicated and you come out of their class with energy and motivated w your new fitness life. The massage chairs, the movie theater is also another great features this gym has. So far this is my place to keep going...love it.

I’m not sure why there are so many Karen’s in the reviews, but I recently signed up for an EOS membership about two weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. I’ve gone during both afternoons and late evenings, and the gym has never felt overcrowded. If you’re used to regular gym environments, the traffic here is very manageable. The equipment is well-spaced, so you never feel cramped or on top of other people.
The facility is clean, the machines are up to date, and the staff clearly works hard to maintain the space. Regarding comments about “hidden charges,” learn to read your membership agreement carefully—everything is clearly outlined, You’re adults.
I’ve been a member at 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness, and LA Fitness/Esporta, and EOS stands out by far. The movie theater and outdoor amenities are also a huge plus. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations.

If you want to have paper towels to wipe down equipment in the morning (trust me you want to here) then bring your own. I ended up packing sanitizer wipes in my bag. 7 employees sitting up front doing nothing and for the second week not one working dispenser on the cardio side(4). You can’t change in the locker room unless you want to be in someone’s selfie (we have signs on the body length mirrors in the San Diego, Encinitas and Murrieta locations) not to mention the two teens making out with their hands in each other’s pants making a few of us uncomfortable. Ive seen a woman dying her hair in the large bathroom stall which smelled interesting. I’ve been a gym goer my entire life and worked corporate for several gyms in California including UFC Gym & 24hr Fitness and have never seen so many teens with no home training allowed to overcrowd a facility beyond capacity in the summer making the experience less than desirable. I’ll be going to the Lake Nona gym for my next bi yearly work stay. I’d rather pay more and not have kids yelling next to me while using recovery equipment. Hopefully we get paper towels in the morning through the holidays.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this gym twice to check out the facilities before signing up, and both times I was completely ignored. The first time I waited over 25 minutes for a “tour” and no one ever attended to me. I decided to give them another chance, but the same thing happened again. They asked me to sit and wait, and after about 8 minutes someone came out — only to start chatting with the front desk clerk instead of helping us.

It’s unbelievable how poorly they treat potential customers. A family member of mine had the exact same experience here, so it seems this is a pattern. This place is losing business and word-of-mouth advertising because of their lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

Solid gym, few weights not in place but it's a rather large gym, what would you expect... comparably speaking, this gym has everything you need and more, there's like 3 areas with dumbbells too. People are mostly polite with a few clowns but much better than all the other local gyms. I legit travel 30-40 min from davenport because there's nothing else as good, cant wait for the new posner park location though it would be a 10 minute drive instead.

In mid-August 2025, I froze my EOS account due to my upcoming shoulder surgery at the end of August.
Representative Christian Vasquez confirmed the freeze for September and assured me that if charges occurred, they would be refunded. Despite this, I was charged after the freeze period. When I contacted him, he refused to correct it—showing no consideration for my medical recovery while I’m still on pain medication.
This isn’t the first time EOS Fitness; at Hiawassee location where I signed up originally has mishandled charges. I’ve previously had to dispute incorrect billings with them—once denied and later approved by another staff member.

Truly a five star experience from the moment you want through their doors you feel like you are in for a luxury workout experience and EōS didn’t disappoint. Yesterday, I went in because I was having an issue with my membership charges which I had downgraded from the $29.99 plan to the $9.99 plan and was unexpectedly charged extra. You can sign up for a 7 day trial to see how you like the machines, I liked it enough to buy a membership and I come everyday, my membership allows unlimited guest passes, and has access to other amenities like massages! It’s nice and normally kept clean, at times it’ll be busy, but if you time it right it’s great.

great equipment. but don’t sign up for the body scan they will harass you until the point of tears if you don’t sign up with a personal trainer. talking with Michael, the trainer manager, has me rethinking if i even want to continue my membership here 👎🏾 ruined my day & workout.

I had originally given this Gym 5 Stars
Management was great when Mike and Tiera were here but the last couple of weeks it has all gone to hell. Staff just stands around and talks to each other or on their phones, bathrooms are dirty, place is disorganized and when you report it to staff they look at you like your bothering them. The Management is very unprofessional and child like.

Also I originally recommended 4 friends to join and I was told I would get a free year but when it came down to it they just gave me 3 months free.

My husband and two adult children signed up to EOS Fitness about a month ago and we absolutely love it! When I went in I was only going to get information about the gym. Justin is the gentleman that helped me and as he was giving me the tour he gave me great information and was being so professional answering every question I had and bc I have past spinal surgeries I was looking to maybe get a personal trainer. He not only suggested the perfect trainer but bc of her background in physical therapy he felt she would help me and Maria has been a true blessing. I can’t thank these two for all their help so far and love that whenever we walk in they treat us like friends. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a great gym they will love!

I love this gym its crowded but if you get there super early you beat all of that and can have a long workout.
One thing is bring a lock my wallet got stolen here and my seaworld pass was used. And the gym did nothing about it. No cameras in the locker room so just being your things with you or get a lock.

Joined this gym after my old one went downhill and I’m so glad I did. Top tier facilities and equipment, everything is in neutral upscale colors and clean at all times. People here are here to work out and not creep on you for a date, music is at a nice background volume. Can’t say enough good things

The employees of this club are very irresponsible and do not know how to work, especially the Manager! The machines charged a lot of money from the card for 3 months, although I didn't go, it's just a terrible place in my life!
