Dorian and the front desk staff consistently greet me and my family graciously everytime we come and say bye when we leave. Not to mention "Tree" taught my son how to shoot a jump shot when he was in the kids club. Not only does this gym have the fundamentals down, but they have the above and beyond part as well.

Unit 1 in the woman’s sauna is broken, still, PLEASE FIX IT.

It’s 24 hours! That’s most of the stars there. Nice amount of equipment, front desk is pretty much worthless. Several times I’ve asked for assistance or just questions in general and the info was incorrect. They take along time to fix things when broken and the Wi-Fi sucks.

Been coming to EOS for almost three years an always get a great workout every time i come in. I have the basic membership which fits my needs perfectly. Out of all the employees there Tree is definitely one of my favorites. The man is a gentle giant with great energy and always greets me an asks me how i am an welcomes me back every time. I’ve been a loyal member of this gym for six years, and I’ve decided to cancel my membership because I no longer feel safe or respected here. During a recent visit, I was threatened with the police over a billing issue that wasn’t my fault. As someone attending under my doctor’s recommendation for MS and brain cancer recovery, that experience was humiliating and completely unacceptable.

There have been ongoing fights inside the gym and even a stabbing outside involving gym members. The environment no longer feels secure. Many of the machines are broken, the air conditioning barely works, and the facility isn’t properly cleaned. Management seems to ignore serious safety and conduct issues, and the staff make members feel uncomfortable instead of supported.

This used to be a place where I could focus on my health and healing, but now it’s stressful and unsafe. I truly hope corporate takes action to fix these serious problems before someone else gets hurt.

I have been having nonstop issues trying to cancel my personal training, I haven't even been to a session and they are refusing to even entertain the idea of voiding the contract. I would recommend a scent machine in the BBL Room, it seemed to have no air flow causing a sweaty, stale smell. The Recovery Room was hot, not sure if the air was just out, but it was pretty toasty. Overall, very clean and great atmosphere.

Where do I even begin. I had a horrible experience signing up for this gym. I’ve been a member since October 2024, and only recently realized I’ve been charged twice a month for nearly a year. That’s over $400 in extra charges.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the associate I spoke with was kind and helpful, but when their manager, Zack, was looped in, he refused to speak to me directly. Instead, he spoke only through his associate and essentially shrugged the situation off, saying “too bad.” I was then told that I would most likely not be receiving any refund because I “signed up for two memberships.”

The lack of accountability and customer care here is staggering. Even if this was a system error or a mistake during signup, a reputable gym would work with their members to make things right. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, ignored, and financially taken advantage of.

As cool as the environment might be, the distress, poor communication, and lack of resolution make it absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the headache — I wish I had.

I’ve been a loyal member since 2021, rolled with the punches, and never complained about the changes in hours. But now, I feel like I’m being forced out of my membership with the recent locking of the pool. I swim a minimum twice weekly, it’s a part of my split. Andsince it’s been locked, I stopped enjoying coming to the gym. I didn’t even receive an email of the changes, came ready to work out and was denied access.

EOS is trying to get me to pay more monthly for access, but instead it’s forcing me to sign up with Crunch Fitness, who offers the same amenities for the same price, more classes, but at more locations across the city, state, country and even in Canada. I understand the company is trying to increase revenue, but instead it’s abandoning its loyal, advocating customers in the process to the competition.

I loved the gym and had no complaints until now, but the right thing to do is to cancel my membership.

Was being followed and harassed by a member for months! The member even attempted to follow my girlfriend home from the gym. He is on camera in the back of the gym and rides up at full speed when he saw my girlfriend leaving the gym, waved her through a stop sign and followed her 9 minutes down the road. When I initially reported the incident nothing was done. They continued to allow this member in the gym. I approached the member to speak about him following my family from the gym. I was finally contacted by EOS to let me know i was receiving a verbal warning. Imagine that i was contacted in less than 3 days about incident to be reprimanded but this member is allowed to bring guns in the gym and follow members. They literally have video evidence of this man waiting behind the gym for my girl to exit and follow her. But contact me to give me a verbal for asking why he would be following her 9 minutes down the road. Ok EOS

I decided to give at least 2 stars.Because I do enjoy most of what they offer like the t v room! But what draws me to the facility is the hot tub. I wish I would find the overly disgusted black greasy ring around the hot tub. I cancel my 9 months membership After complaining for several weeks, what no type of actions! I had Refused to get in such filth with all of the diseases that's going on these days. I decided to go back recently Thinking that the conditions were different since nearly a year have passed and they was not! I used to wonder why my skin burned and itch when I got in the hot tub. I was thinking maybe too much chemical now I know it's too much filth! Imagine getting into water and you instantly itch or burn. 1 day the hot tub was out and and what you see in this picsure There's nothing compared to the black ring that be around the hot tub. That os pier dead skin! The jets were not working, so all the water had settled, see all the filth. Just think when the jets are working.All that i've filled is bubbling in your face knows pores, up to throw up just thinking about it. Now I know the reason why I was burning and itching was everyone's germs was on my flesh. After That I Decided to cancel again and i'm completely pissed because they have took my yearly fee! If I can go to a resort and they have a clean hot tub with hundreds of people in and out constantly Why can't this gym that dont have nearly as much foot traffic to Keep it clean! I have now joined the y and I will really miss that t. V room but I have to think about my health because obviously they don't care.

There are better, more professional gyms out there that respect both your time and your money.
My daughter, X.R, signed up for both a gym membership and a personal training program at EOS Fitness in October 2024, with the expectation of receiving consistent, professional training support as promised. Unfortunately, our experience with the personal training services has been deeply disappointing and has revealed serious issues with how EOS Fitness manages its obligations.

From the start, X.R faced a pattern of training sessions being repeatedly canceled — not by her, but by the assigned EOS trainers. Despite paying monthly fees for these services, the gym continually failed to deliver on their end of the agreement. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a breach of contract. EOS Fitness charged for services that were not rendered, demonstrating a lack of accountability and disregard for client commitments.

What’s more troubling is the lack of transparency and responsiveness when we tried to address this. Repeated cancellations with no clear policy or remedy in place raise serious concerns about the business practices at EOS. Continuing to bill clients for undelivered services isn’t just unethical — it borders on fraudulent and may violate consumer protection laws.

We’ve requested immediate action: stop the billing, refund the charges for missed sessions, and provide a clear explanation of the cancellation policy when EOS staff are at fault. If the issue isn’t resolved promptly, we are prepared to escalate the matter to regulatory authorities.

I was asked to give a 5-star review but I’d rather give a good one. I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 months now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s got everything you need equipment-wise and some solid amenities too. It does get crowded a lot, but I’ve found my little time slot where it’s not too bad—though, let’s be real, it is a public gym.

That said, I really think the staff should do more regular check-ins, especially in the locker rooms and around the gym floor. Cleanliness is a big deal, and Pine Hills deserves a space we can all enjoy without feeling like we’re working out in a mess.

Also, the front desk could tighten up their professionalism a bit. I work in sales too, so I totally get the hustle of pushing memberships. But sometimes, people just want to vibe with the space first before committing to anything long-term—no pressure needed. Let folks ease into it!

The welcoming staff often speak and make everyone feel comfortable without being over bearing. I really enjoy the movie theater when working out as they play very updated interesting movies. I attend both gyms in such a Florida area and recommend for anyone in all stages working out. The staff Marco, the tall guy with long dreads, and short guy with dread at the Ocoee branch is very welcoming and friendly. It's unfortunate to say this, but the men's bathroom looks like a prison bathroom. The floor is filthy, the hairdryer doesn't work, and the shower area clearly hasn't been cleaned in days. The bathroom is disgusting-terrible. I will never return to this location.

If I could give this EOS location zero stars, I would. As a guest, I experienced pressure, deception, and serious misconduct. An employee aggressively pushed a tour on both me and my friend (a paying member), despite us clearly declining — then later confessed going into the women’s bathroom looking for us, which was completely inappropriate and made us extremely uncomfortable.

After being manipulated into a membership I never wanted, I spent hours trying to cancel. I went back and forth with General Manager Brandon and Personal Training Manager DT, only to be ignored. I was assigned a trainer without proper communication, only to be told she had surgery and wouldn’t be available. In actuality, she was there the day i tried canceling the membership in person, but instead they insisted that i connect with someone else that i didn’t want. To cover up their lack of communication, they offered me additional “free sessions” I never asked for. I remained calm and respectful, but it’s becoming extremely difficult to stay in character when I’ve been completely dismissed.

This facility has demonstrated poor ethics and even worse management. A formal complaint will be made, and a third-party company (ABC FITNESS) will be involved to hold them accountable and resolve this situation.

Guests beware: EOS will pressure you, mislead you, and trap you in a contract you never wanted. This experience has been stressful, manipulative, and entirely unacceptable. Don’t ever consider a gym that is money hungry and doesn’t have your best interest at heart! if you can run…. RUN!!

This place is much better and closely knit because the staff are so kind. When I first signed up, Omari gave me a tour and let me feel like I wasn't alone in the nerves of a new gym and helped me to get accustomed and I'll be coming here for a long time!

Not only it is a clean and nice environment for workout, their equipment is also top-tier. I love going to the massage room as for the staff some of them will go extra mile to help you, I had an issue with my membership thankfully Joel and Stanley were there to help me by talking to the manager they were able to fix everything for me. Nice and educated people

EoS is the most premier place to work out in all of the United States of America. I lived and worked out at various clubs in the states and none compare to this. For example, there are so many special rooms to work out in not to mention bicycles in our clubs movie room. The club is huge and the establishment has spared no expense in fully equipping the club with several bench presses, several squat machines, several abdominal machines, and the list goes on especially due to the volume of members who work out at this unprecedented club after work. There is an enormous amount of cardio equipment. The amount of value added with superior customer value goes to the management and staff here at my club as well. I’ve worked out since I was a child growing up and members who work out are quite clearly serious about their bodies. There is even a section of equipment dedicated for a full circuit workout which is a Godsend in and of itself. And, when you’re done working out you can go into a unique massage room and relax after any given days workout. All of the staff members a wonderful and I must especially mention one staff member named Joel, who on my first day gave me the 5-star grand tour of the club, and afterwards I knew hands down I would sign up for full membership. In conclusion if you’re in the Orlando or New York area or other places to work out at EoS, this club offers everything and way more than then some hands down than any club could even imagine to offer with the value added and superior membership value. I highly recommend you come in and ask for Joel, and he will happily give you a 7 day free pass to try out our phenomenal club for a week. I personally guarantee you’ll be impressed and sign up too.

The equipment selection is okay, but it’s hardly enough when the gym is so packed. I don’t even bother trying to lift past 5:00pm at this gym because there are groups of 3+ people hogging equipment for over 30 mins at a time. There’s only one of certain machines, so it gets really annoying having to wait for them the entire two hours I’m there. The google meter is also wildly inaccurate on how many people are there, since regardless of how low it is, I always end up having to wait for something because it’s packed. Even parking becomes a struggle. It is also hot as ever in here now, I can hardly breathe just trying to work out.

It's a decent gym but the set up and the weight machines are not up to par. 1st it's the complicated weight system like setting your weight for workout, it's crazy how to figure this out. But they do have extras like pool and hot tub they even have a movie room.

Always friendly and accommodating. Joel helped me out and hooked me up with a tshirt. Always a smile everytime I come in.
