It's mostly a good gym but dont sign up for towel service. They have no intention to actually provide towels consistently. When I asked about towels they said they wouldnt have them for entire week despite there being a pile of dirty towels ready to be washed.

Incredible gym, super clean facility, variety of everything. However, when u have to wait 37 minutes just to sign up, we have a problem. I am not sure how the online sign up works, but if you go to sign up count in doing nothing for 1hour to 1 hour and a half….. Ridiculous because it’s not that the gym is packed, it’s cause they have 1 salesperson from what I was told. I seriously thought about just leaving and going elsewhere…

I’ve been coming to this location when it was LA Fitness and I use to dread to come to the gym . LA Fitness was rundown dirty, unorganized unmanaged and when it shut down I had no choice but migrate to the St Lucie West gym which was also a disappointment!. I have been so excited to work out since EOS has presented itself in this location. No matter what time I go in. It’s always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The updated machines have made my work out much more effective. And I never see staff just laying around. Specifically a staff member there by the name of Leo. Since I walked in the door. He has helped me with not only my Referrals, benefit questions, and finding where things are but he’s always been a friendly face to motivate me with kind words and smile in the morning. Which is important at 4am! This is definitely my home. Gym and I have canceled my LA membership.

Amazing! This is more than just a gym. It’s an experience. First- It’s super clean. Everything is brand new. The trainers are very knowledgeable and there are lots of great classes. So if you are a gym newbie like me they offer lots of structure and they make it easy to stick to your plans. Sometimes on my recovery/rest days I come in just to enjoy the sauna and the massage chairs. Affordable but it feels very upscale with all the amenities. I would highly recommend!

This place is a scam. I came in for the free trial and they pushed a month for a dollar and then don't tell you that you have to give a 30 day notice plus you will pay for an annual fee even if cancelling. So two months for $129 if you don't want to continue. Be warned. Over crowded and the sales people are looking to make the sale with out the details.

Great gym. However I hate the aggressiveness of the “trainers” approach me and hugging machines with their clients. I pay for the space just as much as they do and I deserve to workout just like the others do. I spoke to a manager about my concerns and he said he would “talk” to the training manager but I doubt it hence as to why I’m making a comment here. The gym has become overcrowded and resembles more of a social hangout. Young people come to work out in pairs or groups of four. Everyone tends to work out in groups, creating a social atmosphere. It is excessively crowded, and one would need to work out during the early morning hours. 1 a.m. or 2 a.m. has turned into an overly crowded hangout spot filled with individuals who are not serious about their workouts and prefer to exercise in groups, utilizing a buddy system and taking up space.

So I got a membership here and it started off great from grand opening and the first two months. Amazing facility. Everything you need. It was busy during peak hours, but you could still get a good workout in. Now is is so.damned packed at the peak hours 5pm-9pm that a membership is useless. I swear, you walk in and every single piece of equipment is taken and there are even people waiting. And it is like that all evening. Despite this, they are still pounding out new members???? Then on top of that there are 50 guys to every girl. This is not mentioned for dating purposes, but rather because men typically use the same equipment. So bottom line, they need to halt any further memberships or they will start really losing people because we are all complaining about the lack of access. Places like LA fitness have the exact same stuff and minimal crowds.

The gym is fine, but they have a massive problem with people blasting audio from their personal phones. It's especially bad up in the treadmill area and it's loud enough to get through my noise cancelling headphones. I don't even mind music or audio coming from other sources but it just loud and whispy from a crappy phone speaker. They need to crack down on this or if it's something they don't care about I need to switch gyms.

Terrible ! I had high hopes for this gym but that was very crushed by over a month and a half since onforseen illness and injury from a car accident 5 days after I signed up for the gym I was hit and I called and asked for my membership to be put on hold ! Two weeks after asking for my membership to be placed on hold I then called back and asked for my membership to be canceled. I was told I had to write a letter asking for my personal training to be canceled. I did that call my local club. I did that it’s been over a month and a half since I followed all protocol. I was told that my membership will be canceled. I’m still receiving calls about me owing a bill and to update my payment. I’ve called multiple days multiple times for matt who is supposed to be the manager there left several messages and every day he’s in a meeting. Cannot have the courtesy nor the kindness to ever call back. I was in a car accident like I said After that maybe two weeks later I had an emergency surgery so I was unable to even use the gym I’ve never stepped foot in the gym other than the day that I’ve tore the gym and they are trying to charge me money for a gym that I’ve never used based on their policy. I submitted medical documentation and they’re supposed to waive that fee and I’m still receiving notification despite being told I’m canceled and I’m not happy so I wanna write about the gym at this .id rate them a -0 if I could, and I’m very disappointed that a manager or any type of manager could not call me back and I’ve called several days left several messages and I’m very disgusted And you need to cancel my membership as you stated that that’s not right ! In this gym only been open for a month and I’ve called prior to this Jim even opening to have it canceled and submitted documentation proving that I am on restriction. You need to cancel my membership as you stated you would. I’ve submitted everything that was supposed to be submitted and I’ve never stepped foot in that gym only for the tour so I don’t know why you’re trying to charge me a bill when I’ve never used your facility not one day not one second what not one minute not one hour so you can’t get not one dollar so cancel the membership. This is just your typical large chain gym. They run insane promotions to get you to join and then don't explain any of the fees associated with it.

My wife joined and I watched them lie to her about everything just to get the signature on the dotted line.

She bought a personal training package from them and was unable to get a hold of anyone to get anything scheduled. We even went in to the gym to try and schedule and the employee who helped us just punched something into the system and said someone would reach out. They never did. Obviously she got charged for all of this without actually ever getting any training.

They also have a four month minimum as we found out today when trying to cancel. They lied about that as well.

All in all the gym itself is a really nice space and well equipped, but this is just your standard chop shop corporate gym and you are just another signature to them.

This gym is definitely the best I’ve been to. I am actually motivated to go and workout. Love that they have massage chairs and a couple for cold or hot therapy. Even when it’s crowded, dont find myself waiting a lot for a machine or anything. Lots of weights and options to workout. Also, membership $$ is very reasonable for the amenities you get compared to other gyms.
My only advise is that they should stay on top of towel availability. I’ve come various times to no towels avaible and a handwritten note “towels available soon” but no towels after an hour or two goes by.

Obviously Eos does not need me as a customer. I have made 3 attempts to join. The first was during the pre-opening membership drive. I was told because of my SilverSneakers membership I needed to wait until the gym opened to join. No problem. 1 hour of my life gone. Attempt 2, I waited around 30 mins. No membership obtained. Attempt #3, I was prepared to wait. I signed in at desk as is standard procedure. I waited 1 hour. I left again without a membership. In a word, I am DONE.

We signed up for a membership with a “personal training” that we never agreed to, and even after explaining the situation multiple times, they continue charging us without providing any real solution.
