with friends. I especially love the variety of group fitness classes they offer including step, body combat, body pump and ZUMBA which is my absolutely passion! I was thrilled when I learned that David Oliveira, one of my favorite zumba instructors, was teaching at the Ehrlich location again!! He is so energetic and has a passion for teaching. His class is the best hour you can spend working out that doesn’t feel like you’re exercising. You have so much fun you end up feeling like the hour went by way too fast! ❤️I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to make exercise and fitness a part of their healthy lifestyle!💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️💃🏽💯

This EŌS location has gone steadily downhill since it opened in Tampa Bay. The lack of maintenance is noticeable everywhere. I’ve pointed issues out directly to a maintenance employee, but nothing has been fixed.

The backyard area is completely neglected — the equipment (see photo) is rusting and falling apart from years of exposure with no real upkeep. The sauna and hot tub are also out of service what feels like every other week, which is frustrating when members are paying for those amenities. Inside, the aero bike technically works, but the control panel is a pain to use and makes it difficult to set up any real cardio-focused workout.

The rule about the dance floor also makes no sense. EŌS allows special access to the pool depending on membership level, but says the dance floor is “only for group classes.” The inconsistency is disappointing, especially for members who pay more expecting more. Not everyone comes here just to lift weights.

Overall, this gym needs better attention and better management. I drive from Clearwater to work out at this location, and based on how packed it is every day, the gym is clearly profitable. With that in mind, I expected a much higher standard from the first EŌS in the Tampa Bay area. Instead, the problems just keep adding up.

I’ve only been training with Chili at EOS for two weeks and I’m already seeing real results! He’s not just knowledgeable — he’s genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Every workout is personalized, challenging, and motivating without ever feeling intimidating.

I’ve been training with Chili at EOS for just two weeks, and I’m already seeing incredible results! He’s extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable—you can tell he truly knows what he’s doing. The gym is a great place to work out. The equipment is mostly working, and when there is an equipment malfunction, it usually gets fixed pretty quickly. The things to be aware of are the times that you come because it can get rather crowded which leads to longer than usual. Wait times for equipment. They do have multiple locations so definitely try the others to find which one fits you the best.

I love eos but this location is... not like eos. Basketball court closed, sauna broken, hot tub broken. Even called before showing to confirm everything worked, but staff was wrong. Everything is dirty and run-down. Hopefully this location can turn around.

It’s a gym. If you know how to workout you can get a good workout. But water fountain has been broken for a month. Sauna constantly broken. Machines are constantly broken.
You can easily tell nobodies yearly fees ever go back into making the gym better for the gym goers.
I have only kept going to EOS because it’s close to my house and open when I go early AM.

Way too many people go here. The parking here is worse than Walmart. Also, constant pressure sales to get you to get a private instructor or buy protein shakes. Young adults constantly slamming weights because there too weak to pick them up.

I was hoping to join this gym and schedule an appointment to check the place out.

The young lady at the Check in counter who wasn’t very knowledgeable, looked like she’s didn’t want to be at work and rather be somewhere else.

A gentleman who assisted me with checking in for my appointment who didn’t greet me or anything. Also displayed an attitude of not wanting to be there as well.

I decided to leave after waiting approximately 10 minutes after my appointment time.

If a business who don’t respect appointment times and have employees who don’t want to be there. Doesn’t deserve my money as well.

Three weeks ago, I was charged by EOS Fitness for more than $150, which is an error. When I asked about it at the front desk, they confirmed there was indeed a mistake but said they didn’t know how to fix it. They gave me the email of the branch manager, Sam Neal, whom I contacted a week ago, but I haven’t heard back. When I call customer service, they tell me that the front desk at the branch needs to correct the erroneous charge.

At this point, I want to cancel my membership, but first I need to be refunded for that incorrect charge (my monthly membership fee is $28, and the charge was over $150 — it’s not my membership renewal fee, since I paid that six months ago).

I’m really shocked by the terrible customer service this EOS branch is providing — this isn’t just a mistake anymore, it feels like a scam!

It is a nice facility - large with different areas for cardio, weights, etc.

A couple things I'd recommend, check the swimsuit dryer (it didn't work) and put a sign on the door leading from the pool into the locker rooms "Do not stand in front of door."

That area is not a hang out!
