Our studio is focused on building community and everyone is welcome. You will not be intimidated walking into a fitness class here.
We have physical therapy, massage therapy, exercise physiologists, infrared sauna, ionic foot detox, and biofeedback scanning available to help you with all of your health needs.
We have specific hours that the doors are open to the public. We also offer massages and private appointments and often will lock the doors for safety purposes. Please contact us if you are in need of a private massage, personal training, etc.

Candace, with Essentially fit is amazing! I attend private training with her every Friday morning. I realize I need to work out more, but it's a great start for me and my busy schedule as a business owner. I feel that I can see some physical changes in my body and I can definitely tell I'm getting stronger. Candace offers great support and encouragement. She pushes me to try hard, but always allows open communication for me to tell her if I feel the weight is too much. She has helped me step out of my comfort zone of very low weights. She also does great work in our community for women. I would highly recommend using Candace as a personal trainer or using her app. Her app is a perfect way to get workouts in from the comfort of your home without needing to purchase an entire home gym!

I have know Candace for many, many years. I am a local chiropractic physician. I have been training with her for years. I have also been referring patients to her for years. I can not speak highly enough about her skill base, knowledge of exercise therapy, nutrition, and for her overall sense of what the human frame needs from a musculoskeletal and nutritional basis for improvement and wellness. I look forward to my workouts in the morning here. They are easy enough that a beginner can do them. You get an awesome workout in a smaller class setting. Would recommend for all fitness levels! Candace is so nice and helpful! βΊοΈ

Candace is a great trainer. She is knowledgeable and plans activities appropriate for the age and fitness level of her clients. I am a mature client and have been very pleased as she pushes me just enough to increase strength, flexibility and balance. My husband, who is in much better shape and younger, also goes to her. Candace is a caring trainer and super effective!!! I trained with Candace for over a year (with sessions twice a week). The exercise combos she creates allow you to work more than one muscle group at a time. Also, she helps you understand exactly how much of a food group to eat (carbs vs protein vs fats aka macros). I lost 20lbs with Candace and was able to maintain it when I kept the macro regimen.
Candace always has a positive attitude and makes you stronger before you know it. She has her own way and itβs awesome! Youβll get stronger and still look feminine! Also, you can do her workouts without going to a gym!

I have been working out with Candace for Pumped up Strength since April 1 22 for 3 days a week, starting July 1 2022 i started doing all 5 days a week. The classes have really helped with staying active each and every day... Everyday she has something new to offer with the exercises. The classes are fun and challenging. She will help you to modify if you need it. I personally enjoy the classes for the physical aspect, but also for the Mental aspect as well. You meet new people that also become new friends and fun to work out with....
