Phil has been strength training me for more than a year. Having had several trainers at different clubs I was able to make an immediate comparison: Phil has superior knowledge about fitness which he imparts in a respectful and motivating fashion. He is a natural teacher. He has shown the desire to listen and then adapt his plan to address my needs and goals. In other words, his instruction is individualized for me. This is very motivating and encourages me to try harder, work longer, and come back for more!

My husband found Everlasting Fitness through a Google search, so I was skeptical. I prefer to work with a female trainer, but I agreed to try it anyway. I am so glad I didn’t let a preconceived ideal keep me from working with Phil! He has been such a tremendous benefit for the both of us! We train separately, and because we are different, our workouts are different. Phil is intuitive about what our bodies need, individually, and he tweaks the workouts to keep them challenging. I was so impressed with his encouragement that I asked him to start training my older mother.

I started working out with Phil Tomeo 2 years ago. It was after my second torn meniscus surgery. 68 years old, limping, huffing and puffing, and very limited leg function. I have endured six years of injections and treatments for lower back pain and none have given me any relief. One year ago, I started to use Phil Tomeo at Everlasting Fitness for a personal trainer to help strengthen my core and back muscles. He is also working on my balance, posture, and proper techniques when using gym equipment. He is knowledgeable in his training techniques and is a great listener. Phil is highly motivating and has developed an individualized program for me. Not only do I enjoy my twice weekly training sessions, but I am pleased with my progress. I highly recommend Phil Tomeo as a personal trainer.

This place changed mine and my husband's lives. We called Phil on a Tuesday and within a few days, he had us in the gym, working out and on track to better health. He is a great trainer, one who listens and crafts a custom workout that will be beneficial for your body type and your goals. My husband and I work out together and it has been nothing short of amazing to see our bodies transform the last few months. I started working with Everlasting Fitness because I hadn’t been seeing the right results with the workouts I where doing myself. After taking a blind risk on a personal trainer, I am so glad I did (and not just for the physical results). I have really enjoyed working with Phil (my personal trainer) and find myself laughing through each workout, mostly due to my lack of understanding of the equipment. They make you feel welcomed and personalize each workout. If you are considering a trainer, I would say take the plunge and invest. Best investments I make both time and money through the week days. I was so lucky to find Everlasting Fitness. Phil, the trainer and owner, has created a great affordable program to get fit. He takes his time with you and guides you through all the exercises he creates. Every workout is different and challenging. The gym is private and he cleans each machine after every use, which is so important during this time. I’ve never had a better workout. Phil gives you a week free to try his program. I started working with Phil Tomeo as my trainer about three years ago. I am a female, senior citizen and needed to address balance and strength issues primarily related to hip replacement surgery.

Phil was recommended to me through my club and I started working with him twice a week for 30 minute sessions. I have been very pleased with his efforts and my results. Phil is young, enthusiastic, professional and experienced. He has developed a creative exercise plan that is focused on my current ability and goals.

The facility is a very comfortable place to work out. It is well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. The staff pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. I always feel better when I walk out.

I am very pleased with the progress I have made with Phil. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

I had such a hard time finding the motivation to go to the gym but once I started working out here it was a totally different story. I always felt uncomfortable at gyms because one, I didn't know what I was doing and two, I was just embarrassed and intimidated. However, working out at Everlasting Fitness, completely changed my view and opinions on gyms. The workouts are structured so well, fit exactly to my needs and I feel absolutely comfortable here.
