This is a great place for beginners like I was 8 years ago. The classes have a variety of exercises for whatever your goals are. Morgan wrote a program especially for my specific needs. She also offers personalized training. She is great at what she does.

I have loved training at ExerSize Lab. Morgan has given me the accountability that I have needed, and the skill set to know what I need to be doing. I love showing up and having the circuit ready to go. No need to think about what exercises I will do for the day, Morgan has it all ready. Every day there are different work outs, therefore the variety is what keeps it from becoming boring. It’s challenging, yet rewarding.

It is nice to go into the gym everyday and your workouts are all setup and you don’t have to think about what you need to do. It is like having a personal trainer but in a small group setting. We all help each other and we check our egos at the door.
