If your looking for a good “home” Gym this is definitely the place. I think what sets it apart from most gyms is their team. The team is super nice, helpful, motivating and encouraging. They literally all are amazing. Gym is extremely clean and follows all safety guidelines. Also has us sanitize after every station. As for the classes I like them because during the time I’ve been there I have definitely noticed a change in my body and got a lot stronger. Definitely worth it!

During the pandemic our world is currently in, this gym constantly does not follow ANY of the CDC guidelines in order to stop the spread of Covid-19. Their instagram posts many pictures where their staff and members not wearing masks, which not only endangers the people in the gym and keeps the number of cases rising, but also influences people that this behavior is okay. I commented on their picture and their excuse was that “it’s too high intensity training” however I play varsity field hockey and we are forced to run 5 miles at a time with masks on. That is not an acceptable excuse. My older sister who lives in the Tampa area and was recently diagnosed with cancer was blocked by this gym for calling them out, and after I commented they attacked me, a 17 year old girl, and then went on to block me. If the owners of the business can not handle confrontation, they should not be owning a business in the first place. They have responded very immaturely to my comments on their posts, which were very nice and straight to the point, and I am extremely disappointed. This is a very unprofessional business, and I would not recommend going here to anyone, in which they are putting lives at danger with the excuse “there’s a 99% survival rate”. If you want to stop the spread of Covid and not go back into lockdowns, attend a gym with better precautionary measures.

Amazing gym! High energy and full of positive vibes. The workouts are challenging, but doable and there’s enough variety in the exercises to keep you motivated! Highly recommend this place.

Love this F45 location! The staff is incredible and super motivating. Very spacious and clean facility with sanitation stations all over the entire place. Not only a great staff but also great customers and it really feels like you are a part of the family the second you walk in. Some of the most difficult but fun workouts and circuit training classes that I’ve done. Highly recommend signing up here. Love the F45 family! Xx

This energetic team and atmosphere will help you achieve all your fitness goals!! I've always struggled finding a workout that I consistently enjoy, especially cardio. F45 workouts are the perfect balance of being both challenging & FUN. Absolutely love this gym!
