AC is barely working. The lack of plates near the squat racks sucks. The workers go around pestering you about clamps while you’re working out. Gym has too much potential and the base ruins it with terrible hours. There’s also screaming kids in the play area and parents dont care to shut them up

I like to work out with my kids. Thought I'll go to the place that says family fitness center to teach my kids how to workout properly. Says family fitness center but you cant take your kids here to work out unless they are ten or older with id and take a class. The old man at the front was super rude about it. Id Go somewhere else if i were you.

I really do enjoy this gym. I only have 3 critiques:

1) No mirrors in the weight room. Mirrors in the gym are not intended to be there for vanity or to get a selfie. They are there to form check during lifts. Not being able to do so is a bummer.

2) The men's locker room. For those of us that are there early then head to work, I wish there was a little more space to change after a workout. Even a larger bench would help.

3) I wish it opened just a little earlier. 0530 would be optimal for me personally. Sometimes, I have to rush or skip sets to make it to work on time.

The staff is kind, and the place is clean. I plan to continue to be a patron of this gym for years to come.

It was great overall. The only suggestions get better lockers for storing stuff. I love the punching bag though.
