Vic is amazing! I have more Injuries and surgeries than most.. he worked with me in order to not only protect my injuries but to help. Hold the muscle around my injuries to help prevent a re-injury..:

Can't say enough great things about Fight For Fitness. Coach Vic has transformed my physic in the last 6 months. I have a partially torn rotator cuff and bad knee's, Coach Vic modify's my workout and I am still able to achieve my goal.... its a great place to transform.
