Drove by today and regretfully this location has already closed. It was close to home and intriguing to try but just way too expensive for me. I couldn’t t afford a gym membership that competes with a car payment. :(

I have been a member for a little over 2 months at FBBC River Crossing and am very grateful for all the help the coaches and other members provide to help me reach my fitness goals. Seems like every day there is some new method of torture to get our heart rates up, burn fat, and build muscle.

WOW I say it is the most exercise in 30 minutes.
It’s been over Two years that I’ve been attending FitBody I’ve shed 50 lbs+ and have gained an incredibly supportive community that celebrates each other.
The new owners have really brought their knowledge to all of us at this location with
great changes!
There's monthly challenges that help focus on just improving my whole body strength.
The 6 Week transformational focused on fat loss & muscle gain and understanding macros and nutrition.
And there are the Knowledgable coaches who help with proper form, in correcting my mistakes, as well as bringing an upbeat energy to every class.
I already know I will keep on coming.
The hidden Gem of Gym! What a great environment and welcoming atmosphere to get strong, flexible, and stay motivated. Husband and I are in the trial phase and already know we are joining.

I was a founding member of FBBC when it originally opened but due to a knee injury that required surgery I had to take several months off and cancelled my membership. At the time this was with the original owners. I honestly did not have plans to ever return to FBBC when I left (Sept 2023).
However, with the encouragement of a friend, who also returned to FBBC recently on a trial basis, I gave it another shot under the new ownership and let me tell you, it’s so different, in a good way. The coaches are very engaged all through class. They are providing modifications to accommodate the members who may have an injury or are recovering, like I am. They correct your form, when it needs correcting. To summarize, they are being coaches!
I was really scared I would just be standing there like I was when I had to cancel several months ago but I’m able to now have a full workout that accommodates my recovering knee injury that I’m continuing to rehabilitate.
I 100% recommend giving FBBC a chance. Everyone is like family and they truly want you to succeed with your fitness goals. Tell them Mandy J. sent you!

My daughter and I absolutely love FBBC!!! We were a little apprehensive at first but everyone makes you feel so welcome! It’s such a great community of people! It’s so great going to workout and not have to do any thinking of what to do each day- they do it all for you! All you have to do is show up and workout! We are so glad we found FBBC!

I have been part of another boot camp for several years. The programs are similar. I enjoy the structure with organized warmups while the stations are explained. The variety of the workouts is amazing. I also like the coaches. Each accommodate my needs for substitute exercises due to my back injuries.

Update - After a year, the 5 stars still stand. This “little” gym, that was already fabulous, has gone through so much growth and transformation. Come give them a try.
I LOVE this little gym. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. Of course the trainers push you to do more than you THINK you can but they are knowledgeable of all fitness levels and make modifications when needed on any move.
Perhaps most impressive though is the potential impact attending can have on other areas of your life. For me it’s the only time I get to shut the endless todo list in my brain off and escape from being everyone’s anything for 30 minutes. The more I attend the stronger I get both physically and mentally.

This has been by far my favorite boot camp experience! The entire coaching team at Fit Body is amazing! Everyone is so upbeat and encouraging! I’ve also done their Ultimate Body Transformation 6 week program and had great results and have continued to work with them on reaching my macro and nutrition goals! I’d highly recommend this gym.

I’m an introvert and don’t normally like working out with other people but the loud music is so fun and makes it feel like you are alone cause no one can talk to you! I know I can get a way better workout in 30 min at boot camp than me trying to fumble around at the gym by myself and being around other people who are out of shape giving their all just like me helps me keep going. It’s pricey but worth it. My only complaint is not enough workout times and options!

I visited 10 gyms and met with multiple trainers when gym hunting, due to a prior very bad experience. Riverside Fitbody Bootcamp was one of the gyms farthest away, so in my lower considerations. But Adi, the owner, was my top trainer choice after talking with her, so I made the drive. I HIGHLY recommend this gym/program to anyone, especially people wondering if they can do it. I am now a true believer, due to their great professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and care. Love Fitbody!!

Its been a while since I did bootcamp it feels good to be back. Im an introvert person, so i love that even if its a group stations at the same time i feel like I'm just doing my own thing. I also love that even if theres coaches they let you do your own speed and strength and at the same time will be there for you and would even give you your personal space. Since from my past experiences they're always in your bubble and makes me uncomfy. I love it here! Very welcoming and Coaches made the environment less intimidating for first timers

When I went to Fit Body Boot Camp at River Crossing my A1C was 10 and now it is 8.4 because of exercising there. It's a positive way to start the day as the staff sets the tone for healthy living. My oldest son passed away a year and a half ago and there have been days it has been hard to get started knowing he's not around. I do not recommend going to FBBC in lieu of grief counseling but I am so glad to have something to look forward to each morning 🌅.

When I first thought about boot camp I wasn't sure that I could do it. I was dealing with neuropathy from years of Chemotherapy. The coaches of RCFBBC are knowledgeable, encouraging and uplifting. They show you how to get to your goals safely. I'm amazed with this boot camp...I'm amazed with my body being in the best shape I've ever been in. I give them 5 stars because it's fun and they make it possible to reach those goals. I would highly recommend this place!💪🤸♂️🦸🏻♀️

I was so nervous to go to a gym around people, as I like working out on my own. I felt welcome and comfortable the first day I was there. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have gone back. That’s just how I am. I love how it’s only 30 minute workouts. You get a full body workout in that short time. All the coaches are awesome and very easy to get along with. Coach Tina is the head coach of the gym with a lot of background knowledge and experience. I work with her personally on a meal plan. We all have our days where we don’t want to go, and that’s ok. When you come in they don’t question you, and they just help you and support you. They can modify any workout based on your physical limitations. After the workout you will feel refreshed and happy. There are all different age groups, and I have made a few friends since I joined. I highly recommend Fit Body Bootcamp River Crossing. 30 minute full body work outs!!! 💪🏻

I started going to River Crossing fit body boot camp in September. I immediately felt welcome and loved the atmosphere, the workouts and the people! I knew on my first class that I wanted to keep coming back! Every day is something new, so there’s never boredom of the same routine! The coaches are amazing, motivating and a lot of fun! They treat you like family! It’s like having your own personal coach while you are there. They are right there helping and motivating you to keep going. The workouts are challenging and the 30 minutes goes by in the blink of an eye! I have definitely seen a change in the way I feel, my strength and my body since starting. They also help with nutrition! You will not regret trying them out! It’s a home away from home where you can focus on improving yourself, your health and your wellbeing!

I highly recommend River Crossing Fit Body Boot Camp. I have been a member for over 3 months. The coaches are awesome, motivating, and work with you every step of the way. There's no judgement and it doesn't matter what your fitness level is. It is fun and different every day. You won't get bored because you never know what to expect...and it's only 30 minutes! There are lots of different class times offered so you can easily make it a regular part of your day!

I heard about boot camps rough and tough. Not here you will find the entire staff is welcoming and supportive. All the others that train there welcome you right away and help you as well. I would highly recommend this location due to the coaches and team. I attend everyday and believe or not I may looked wiped out after class but I'm not the energy comes right back within 10 minutes. Don't be hesitate and give this place a try.

I saw the Facebook ads about this new gym opening soon so I said what the heck. I entered my information. When Coach Joe called I think we spoke for close to an hour (guess I was a tough sell, lol). I will say that the last 7 weeks have been fantastic. Being at the gym at 6:15am every day was definitely not in my plans 2 months ago. Coach Joe, Coach Adi, Coach T and Coach Rambo ( my NY kegeling buddy) are the best. A great blend of personalities who push, encourage, drive and make each session a blast. Weight is slowly coming off but my clothes sure are loose. Being a diabetic with high blood pressure, seeing the changes in the scale and my wardrobe makes me very happy and motivated (not that I need more motivation than I get from all the coaches). I would recommend River Crossing Fit Body Bootcamp ti anyone who is even thinking about changing your life! Show up once and it will be enough to bring you back a second time. A second time and before you know it, you’ll see your name on the board! Thank you RCFBBC!!!!
