I have been attending Megan’s workouts for over a year now. She is extremely knowledgeable about postpartum issues women face and has helped me strengthen weak areas after having three kids. She takes the time to plan unique workouts each week for the mamas and always has something fun planned for my son to do as well.

Megan is an incredible teacher and understands how to engage learners at all levels. She provides varied workouts for people of all ages and fitness levels and explains correct form in a way that maximizes the benefits of each movement. Even though she is incredibly fit and knowledgeable, she is patient with those who are not and genuinely desires and pursues growth for everyone. This program is awesome!!! Not only do I get to feel like I got some me time in by working out, my kids also get to enjoy their time too! The workouts are always just what I need. Stretching and balance are really important especially after having a baby. Barre and yoga together just makes sense! I feel like I did yoga for relaxing but also got a good workout in too! Cardio day is my favorite! We really sweat! Megan really pushes you to do your best and has modifications for all. My daughters enjoy the activities and hanging out with the other kids! It’s a really nice group of ladies! I am so thankful I found them! 🥰
