The fit20 training method was built on decades of scientific evidence, and by utilizing this science, fit20 has created the most efficient and effective way to improve your health and fitness. The movements are slow, and the resistance is optimized for each person. Together with a personal trainer, our members work towards maximum effort on six pieces of specialized equipment. Also, training at fit20 is by appointment only. This has made the transition into a socially-distant environment seamless and allows us to maintain the highest levels of safety and service possible. Best workout ever! 20 minutes is over before I know it. Then I head into work wearing the same clothes! I appreciate that convenience. And, body my didn't scream at me the day after moving potted plants around the porch, 5 months after starting at Fit20. I'm a convert. Thank you!

Fit 20 provides excellent service! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Attention is given to modifications that may be necessary due to physical limitations. Zac is an excellent coach who is very personable and is attentive to details.. I have made significant progress in a limited amount of time! I would highly recommend Fit20.

Fit20 has been just what I needed. In only 20 minutes a week I am seeing and feeling my body transform. I am thrilled to find that I I could lift that large bag of potting soil so much easier. I've dealt with chronic pain over the past 10 years that has made strength training difficult. The Fit20 workout is designed for maximum injury free results in just 20 minutes a week.
