This place has helped me with my limited physical limitations. I find it in a great location. Unfortunately, some have complained about the automatic debits to their monetary accounts.
The ceasing of the automatic debit / payment can be difficult with all kinds of businesses, such as utility companies, cellular telephone companies, etc.; not just gym memberships
I suggest not to do automatic payments / electronic payments. Pay with a manually written check, if you can. It is worth it. Pay for the stamp.

This gym is nice and low key. But the billing here is garbage. I had called roughly 6 months ago to cancel my membership as I was moving and was told no problem. I didnt even realize they kept charging me each month and when I called their billing they told me that no we handle cancellations. They have no sense of how to handle billing issues. The rep I spoke with said it doesn't matter what I was told, they have to have written request. They should really talk to their billing and get on the same page.

Very convenient location at Weaver's Corner. Also storefront bus service. The gym itself is a moderate size but still has enough equipment to keep a good size crowd busy. A negative for me is the nonstop badgering to sell me more than I wanted.

Do not go to this gym! Manager Tony is a total arrogant meat head. I joined the gym and was told i can cancel any time. I went 3-4 times a week for the first couple of months. My job changed my office to an hour and a half away and my car recently broke down so ive been having to get a ride to work. Even tho I couldnt get to the gym, i continued to pay every month for months. I went in tonight asking to cancel and explained why. Ok so he gave me a hard time and charge me for an extra month. But Then he proceded to say "i dont know why you people join a gym and dont bother coming every day" first of all, as long as he's getting paid, why is it any of his bussiness? Should i have quit my job So i could continue to go to his gym? They have basic gym equipment, nothing fancy for $25 a month. Only Two bathroom/ shower combos. Not even a water fountain. No sauna, no steam room no extras at all. They have televisions to look at while you are on the treadmills but no way to connect so you can hear them. They claim to have internet and tanning units but the units are broken and are being used to store junk and the internet doesnt work. And a nasty judgmental attitude to boot! Do your self a favor and dont sign up with this gym.

I really like this place! The owner is extremely helpful. He sat me down and went over a meal plan, helped me figure out what foods work best for me and my workout goals, and even offered to go shopping with me. My personal trainer Nathan is absolutely amazing. He constantly pushes me further than I ever thought I could go, and he's extremely encouraging and motivating. I'm amazed how quickly I'm seeing results. So glad I signed up here!

The manager Tony has been helpful every time I've been there. He gave me a tour of the first time I came in, explain silver Seeker cards and took me around good place. I've been to the cardio classes with Ruby and they've been very well conducted. And I used the personal trainer Nathan who also help me understand and lined out some things I should do to get into better shape at my age.

They have fradulent instructors, Marc and Gabrielle forman, that are teachng CPR classes. CASH only business. These instructors do not know the first thing about saving a life and only want your cash. Call the Health and Safety Institute, they will never let him teach anymore also shame on the GYM for allowing them to take advantage of healthcare professionals!!!! These cards will never work in a hospital or nursng home.
Rip OFF!!!!!!!!! All of us had to pay for another class. Our administrator says medicare is doing an investigation and everyone that has been trained by him will need another legit class. BEWARE!!! I am a traveler and new to the area. I want to make sure everyone knows.
