I came to Jacksonville Beach on vacation for 3 weeks and Frantz "fit me in". I ran close to a 4 minute mile just after college (1978 ) but did no other work other than running at that time. Frantz made me stronger and much more balanced fitness wise. Workouts geared for my age (70) and fitness level but challenging.

Frantz is cool af. I was down there from Michigan and stayed at the air BnB with my lady. He let me use the gym for a donation to the Haitians that need help. He had the things i needed to get a good workout on. Keep up the good work brudda and may peace and blessing be with you all the days!
