If you have kids and no free time without them, this is your gym. Kids gym offer 2 hours per day to take care of you kids and you can exercise. It's huge gym with a lot of equipment and classes. I remember spinning and Zumba. I usually just use treadmill and stretch room but I plan try both classes. I'm member for few months and never have any trouble here. Staff members are nice and helpful, people in kids gym too.

Update: So, I'm member approximately 3 years now and I love this gym even more! I do regularly Zumba, Dance/Shbam, kikbox, body combat and bodypump, pilates, bare classes and I love all of them. Each instructor has hers own style so you can choose who do you like and what is not exactly your style. But all of them are great people ❤️ they help you with a begining, they explain everything and they are supportive, funny and nice. Each one of them!

Another thing I really want to highlight is how well is everything cleaned! Toilets, showers, whole gym. They are doing absolutely the best job here! Plus the ladies are nice too. So thank you ladies for doing your job so well.

I left reviews for all the locations i visited & management is trying to claim my reviews are fake… I didn’t review any location I’ve never been too. Just an honest review of the ones i have but because management & I don’t agree over something apparently my reviews aren’t real. Good to know.

If you’re enforcing a policy, enforce it consistently.
Management needs to realize they’re not the owners & not to take thing personal. Yelling at people is not the way to handle something.

Been comign to clermont a few times a year for a while and looking for a gym. This is a solid place , can get a day pass for 15 10 if fl resident. They had everything i needed and a few machines my gym at home could use (specifically cable crossover machines) Decent music was definitely busy but i like busier gyms. Ill likely be going back here from now on when im here.

I’ve been a member at Fitness CF for a while, and I have to say — the improvements have been amazing! The new machines and upgrades are a game changer. I’ve also worked with a few personal trainers here in the past, and shoutout to Juliana — she’s incredible! Thanks to her, I now follow a much better routine and feel more confident in my workouts.
If you ever feel lost (because let’s be real, the gym can be overwhelming sometimes), definitely schedule a session with a personal trainer — it makes all the difference! The staff is super helpful and will guide you in the right direction.
I usually go at night, and the night staff is awesome — friendly, professional, and always keeping the place in great shape. Other than that, it’s just a great gym to have in our area!

Honestly kind of over this location, poor customer service. Policies that aren’t enforced, like tanks, no covered shoes or not called out by the gyms favorites. It is very favoritism. Machines are constantly breaking but are not fixed such as the leg abducter that has been broke for the last 3 weeks. Gym plates are always all over the place and the gym men’s bathroom is a nightmare. Ayman the personal trainer is very rude. About to just overall cancel this family plan, not worth it considering all the new gyms opening up.

Also You keep making the comments about me not liking your policy which is false—it’s about y’all not enforcing rules. Some days lack, some days locked in. There is no consistency. Just because you have 80,000 members across your locations here in central Florida, does not mean it’s a lot compared to the 8 million people who live across your locations—that’s less than 1%. so maybe if you had consistency and a clean gym you could bring that score up. I said what I said. I signed up a little over a year ago as I really wanted to get in better shape. I joined at the recommendation of some friends who use other CF locations. While they seem happy with their experiences, I’m not able to say I share the same sentiment. First off, the staff at this location is great. Everyone is friendly and polite and even the cancellation process was easy. However, the reason for my cancellation is simply because this gym is way too overcrowded. It’s really discouraging, especially when you’re first starting out, to drive 25 minutes to the gym, just for there to be no parking spots, and when you finally do park and get inside every piece of equipment is in use with other already waiting behind the person using said equipment. I am absolutely serious when I say I have been here on days where the gym was 100% in use and nothing was available. It’s crowded, and uncomfortable. It got to the point where after only a handful of visits I stopped going entirely because it was genuinely inconvenient.

I understand that a busy establishment is obviously a sign that they’re doing something right, and that’s great for them. However, for me, this wasn’t the right fit. You’re experience may differ, especially if you’re avid gym goer, but if you’re a beginner like me, the over crowding at this location may lead you to wish you went elsewhere.

So grateful for this gym. As a busy working mom, there is no way I could fit in a workout without the availability of child care built into the gym. It has truly been a lifesaver. Not only that, the ladies who work at Kiddie Gym are wonderful caretakers. They know my 3 year old daughter by name, and they go the extra mile to make sure that it isn't just a place to keep an eye on her while I'm working out, but that it's a fun place full of different activities and toys to keep her active and excited to come back each time. The gym is also very clean, there is never a time when I'm there where their staff isn't actively cleaning the locker rooms, bathrooms, equipment, floors, even the ceiling. There is a ton of equipment to choose from, and their group exercise classes are great. I love Body Pump and Strength Development. The other class members are kind and welcoming, even setting up your equipment for you if you're running late. I am so grateful for this gym and the pride they take in their business and the care for their members.

Gym is full, meaning you need to wait to use equipment. Weights are never placed back properly staff doesn't care to maintain the area or appearance. The gym and staff are aware that the gym is over filled so they placed these stickers on the equipment to let people work in with you. With the over filled gym it might be better to join the competitor even if they are further, the amount of time needed to rotate and wait for.people.to finish you save more time driving 30 min further. I tried the other gym not as full and the area is better maintained.

A follow up gym still not maintained weight on the floor not racked correctly. Sanitation station for whip down not being maintained. Again the gym over filled and the staff can't keep up. You spend just 10 min organizing weights just to get the correct plates at your station. I know someone responded that the they gym was always organized.

Are you so lost that you don’t understand we just want to pay so this does not go on our credit? You continue to say that we were offered this $75 discount however those charges have never been removed. If this is “how hard you try” it’s really sad and pathetic. Get over yourself and let us pay for the membership we cancelled last year which your incompetence didn’t keep track of.

Oh and while I’m responding: their child care center is absolutely DISGUSTING. Please do not take your babies here. This is mainly why we stopped going here. Roper YMCA is MUCH cleaner and more professional all around.

If you’re looking for a trainer this is the place. Justyn Boles help me and is an incredible trainer. He helped transitioned me back into the gym after a back injury and each workout was designed with my injury in mind. I was able to not only get back to where I was before injury but surpass it. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! I started here in May after a meniscus tear and ACL surgery, looking to regain strength and mobility in my knee, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the kids' area at the CF gym, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The space is vibrant, clean, and extremely well-organized. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being and enjoyment of the children.

Pretty impressed with how clean the gym was considering how many people were there. Jackson and Lelani at the front desk were super nice and Emily was just as kind reaching out via text to setup additional services. Plenty of new and old equipment to use! Loved seeing the hammer strength machines :). Also the sauna was perfect.

I saw another person's review which was not to your liking. I detest when companies, furtive companies such as yours argue with anyone over any reason. Why can't you say "the reason you were not allowed to work out was because you didn't have a membership? We'd love to have your business!" There is NO excuse for this corporate rudeness it shows other members the rudeness, makes you look bad, and it makes others want to quit. You have no reason to behave this way. you're talking about how well you treated someone? That's YOUR JOB. "WOW"! You are not a commodity even the red lobster drowned. Stay humble

Great gym, except for closing hours on weekends. Large sized many machines, benches and weights. The Bathroom is a bit too hot because of the sauna but the sauna is nice to have.

Unfortunately, my experience at this gym was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service and treatment. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult to feel comfortable or motivated to continue attending. Overall, I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment!!!

As a snowbird I joined CF in Jan 2024 was greeted by Shalexis who signed us up in a very efficient and pleasant way . We felt real good about joining that club . Got a free training session with Liam ,was very impressed so I took further sessions with him . Thanks Shalexis and Liam
