A few days ago, I had signed up for fitness n go. I cannot say I regret that decision. The moment I walked in, It smells clean, sanitized, and looks well maintained. I was already stoked walking in. After I had set my stuff down, I noticed the manager and decided to say hi. She is the SWEETEST! She welcomed me in and gave me a full rundown on the equipment. **** Warning **** About Membership Cancellation Issues

After canceling my membership with a one-month notice, I continued to be charged on my card. Despite numerous attempts over two months to resolve the issue, I only received a partial refund and am still owed $130.

I have reached out to the owner, Adam, multiple times via call and text but have not received any response. The manager informed me that she cannot assist further and will not escalate the matter to the owner.

I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this place, as my experience has shown it to be untrustworthy.

We joined Fitness n Go Gym around a month ago and we are so happy we did.
The place is amazingly clean very safe and excellent choice of equipment. Most of all we love the staff from front desk to the Fitness coaches. Justina always greets us with a smile and is always available to help us with any questions.

The time to repair equipment (3-8 weeks) has gotten very long.. also seems to be breaking more frequently. Front staff is not as friendly as they use to be. Now equipment updates or new machines. Still fairly clean but seems to be fading.

I've enjoyed Gym Memberships since the lates 1970's and I consider Fitness-nGo to be among the best I've experienced. It is a good, solid gym, with good mix of gym members and the right equipment, and it is kept constantly clean! The owner clearly did his homework and invested in amenities such as the Recovery Room, featuring HydroMassage chairs and a CryoTherapy lounge, as well as a "Kids Club" for children to play while their parents work out. However, what makes Fitness-nGo exceptional is the wonderful staff, led by Jessina, Golden, & Liz, and they are without question the foundation for Fitness-nGo's formula for success!

BUYER BEWARE

When my wife and I moved to Port St Lucie, we looked for a gym in the area that had the right equipment, clean, and had trainers. They checked all the boxes.

I worked with John Paul who was excellent.

When we joined they had a deal where you don’t pay a membership fee which, given the fact we only live there 4-5 months each year, worked well.

Our plan is to move there permanently in 2026 and thought we found a great gym.

Approximately 30+ days from the time we needed to come back North, we talked to front desk personnel and were told to send an email to cancel on some business card.

Upon doing that, I was informed that we missed the cutoff day to not be charged $80+ by 2 days. Two days?

Technically they can do this but because you can doesn’t mean you should. It’s not like we attempted to cancel in the middle of a month. As a matter of fact, you need to provide a 35 day notice? 35? What? What a strange number.

I asked if they would not charge us given I had only missed the cutoff by 2 days and was denied.

Furthermore, I just received two additional $25 charges for myself and my wife and we have ZERO idea what the hell this is for.

Absolutely insane. I am in business and in the business of building win/win relationships with my customers.

This business doesn’t understand that concept and now, with dozens of friends that live in this area, they are all aware. Not that the gym owners will actually care.

It’s a shame too. It’s a nice place but won’t return ever and give my $$$ to people who don’t understand basic concepts.

Oh well. Like I said, BUYER BEWARE.

EDIT: This is what I’m talking about. Our credit card company contacted us to let us know there is a “expected charge” for BOTH my wife and I AGAIN despite cancelling our membership at the end of March.

They have told us we can cancel our cards and get new ones or attempt to block these people from charging us again.

This is what you get. The owner says buyer BE aware and yet, they keep doing this same thing.

BUYER BEWARE applies in the fullest.

Edit 2: Owner said he would call me Monday or Tuesday of the next week and did not bother. He did attempt to call me Wednesday after 5:30pm despite making a comment to call on two other days.

As someone who has worked at providing world class customer service for a high end building materials business, there’s a saying that credibility is everything. If you want good credibility do what you say you’re going to do.

EPIC fail and it’s not surprising given how they have handled what could have been such an easy fix.

Love this place. It has plenty of equipment available in the morning for every type of workout for the serious members who are not there to take selfies. The massage and hydro chairs are great. Love the good music most days. It's always being cleaned. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had Liansy as a trainer for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable when it came to personal training but was also very knowledgeable on the benefits of fitness during pregnancy. Her eagerness to learn more during and throughout my pregnancy was something you don’t see a lot of trainers do. She cared and took a lot of time researching. Was great at explaining exercises along with the benefit of them. On top of being a great physical trainer, she was an all around good person. Listened to you and your body. Cared about your personal life. And the most important thing she made working out, fun! I highly recommend Liansy as a trainer!

BE CAREFUL this gym will give you the hardest time trying to cancel a membership. They only cancel by email and after you email them saying you want to cancel you then have to wait for them to respond to confirm you do want to cancel this was not explained when I first sent the cancellation email… Unfortunately for me I was not paying attention to all charges on my card and they got me for 3 months I had to cancel my whole credit card to get them to stop charging and now have to pay $75ish to get them to cancel my membership. Typical gym. I didn’t have an issue with the equipment, crowded at times but you can plan around it, massage chairs were great. BUT, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership ship for over 2 months. Every time I go in to cancel, I get handed a business card for their services email address. I have since emailed that address multiple times with no response and my card keeps getting charged. I go back to the gym to try and get help and any kind of management hides behind the front desk associates and I get handed the same card every time. Maybe if I start blowing them up online someone will finally cancel my membership.

Well the first photo show how bad it was the streaming while I was running. They hay a food channel in front of the running area. It was really anoint for me. I think the space between machines and the areas is really cool. Also I love the high sealing the sauna was the best part . I think whit more time I will go again. Is 2 exits away so is like a trip for me .

I recently came to visit the gym in the last week and my experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it is a scam, Fitness N Go is basically like Planet Fitness. I waited about 30 minutes for someone to come from membership to speak to me and that manager Justin was unbearable to speak with.

In my 40 years of gym memberships, this is by far the best. It is always very clean and stocked with supplies. The front desk staff (Golden) always treats me like I am some kind of exclusive member :) I asked to meet the manager. It was exactly who I suspected. Justina is ever present on the gym floor making sure everything is in order. The gym patrons are respectful and courteous. This is no doubt because of the professional culture Justina creates. Thank you.

Definitely the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Every person that works their especially MJ is very polite, respectful and eager to help. The equipment selection is unmatched. offering a variety of top-of-the-line machines that you won't find in most other gyms. You'll likely come across equipment you've never used before, and believe me, you'll notice the difference in your workouts. The gym is very maintained & cleaned at all times even the bathrooms. If you're in the area or live nearby, fitness n go is a gym you absolutely must check out bring a friend or 2 , It's not just a workout space; it's an experience & a chance to change ur life for the better

This gym is seriously amenities galore and clean, also such a game changer to be able to bring the baby to my work out! The am session childcare lady you can tell is experienced and very warm. Highly recommend for those looking for a solid gym and overall wellbeing option.

I switched to Fitness nGo from another gym and I have not regretted it. In my experiences at other gyms, especially ones that were corporately owned, they were run down and dirty which was not enjoyable during a workout. But at fitness n go the gym is ALWAYS clean, the equipment is new and taken care of. So many squat racks and free weight sections so you can have room to lift. The recovery room is 10/10. We also definitely take advantage of the kids club room. The workers in the kids club are so sweet with our daughter and all of the kids seem so happy to be there while their parents are working out. So thankful for the fitness n go team and what they do to provide an amazing place to workout in our community! ❤️

I've been going to this gym since it was Golds and since Adam took over, he has made Fitness nGo a very clean and welcoming gym to come to. I love how the gym was remodeled with new equipment and the whole feel of the gym makes me want to be there. I look forward to my next workout at Fitness nGo!

This gym by far is the best gym in PSL. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The gym offers a large variety of equipment to build muscle, increase cardio endurance, tanning beds, a sauna and massage chairs to stretch and relax after your workout. The cleanliness of the gym is like no other. Johnny goes above and beyond to make sure from the minute you walk inside the gym you can see it is spotless. He makes sure the machines, bathrooms, kids room, massage room are spotless. I feel that this is a top priority when it comes to a business. These are the many reasons why this is such a wonderful gym!

I came to this gym about a week ago. I don't usually enjoy going to the gym due to the people who work at gyms. they are always so rude and act like they want to be left alone so they can go one their phones. not this gym! I needed some help with the equipment there so I went to find an employee. I came across someone named Aliana. she was the absolute best!!! she was so sweet and she definitely knew what she was doing. I will continue going to this gym because of her. FINALLY A GOOD GYM! cant wait to go tomorrow !
