Dianne has helped me so much! I had been diagnosed with a hip impingement from a doctor and told I was heading toward a hip replacement. 2 or 3 weeks working with Diane had me well on my way to fixing my motility problem. I am riding my bike again. I also had loads of right shoulder pain. I thought I could not lift weights over my head. Same deal. Rolling on a lacrosse ball on my back and front around my shoulder. I can now lift a weight above my head with no pain. Thank u Dianne for helping me fix these issues. I am 55 years old. I live to be active and outside.

Amazing trainer who puts the focus on how to achieve your desired results using the right nutrition and physical form. Previously when I worked out, even with a trainer, my form was never corrected and therefore I never got the max benefit from my workout. Also love the use of foam rollers prior to workout to get loosened up.

I just returned to working with Dianne on my fitness goals. This time I’m focused on feeling better as I get ready to enter menopause. I’m amazed how quickly I have felt better, how much stronger I have gotten, and how much better I am sleeping. And let me tell you, I zoom into the classes at 3:30am since I am in CA. Fitness St Pete is an amazing group
I've been with them for 1.6 yrs which is saying something as I never formally worked out before and when I started I couldn't even touch my toes! Dianne V really understands the over 50 body. My weight is down 20 lbs and have kept it off. My mobility, Flexibility and muscle mass is the bests it's been since my early 30s. Work out smarter not harder does work! She teaches how to eat well, not dieting. It's the whole package and I'm eternally grateful for the dedication and motivation i received from Dianne and the whole tribe.

I have been working out with Dianne at Fitness St. Pete going on five years now. I am an outdoors person. My many attempts to workout in a gym failed. Then I happened across Dianne’s group training, outdoors for people over 50, perfect! I have never looked back.
Why do I continue day after day, week after week, year after year? I am stronger and fitter now than When I was in my forties. I can feel proud and good about myself every day. I am 60 + years old, I want to be able to travel, hike, sail and enjoy the outdoors for as many years as I can. I have never been injured from training in these past 5 years and I trust Dianne explicitly. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. We train in small groups but get very individualized attention. It is a FUN group and the fact that many people have been with Dianne a lot longer than I, speaks for itself. I love Dianne!! I have worked out most of my life starting in my 20’s. I have had many trainers through the years . Dianne is the first trainer that I have had that helps me to reach my goals! I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been at age 66! She watches my form and has helped me to use proper body movement to make my body move better and stay fit. I thought that getting old meant getting heavy, loosing body muscles, and accepting that I would become weak and unable to stay active . I have lost 12 lbs, I fit into all of my clothes, I have defined muscles and I am flexible. I look forward to aging as I know that I can stay in great shape. I actually look forward to my workouts with our group. She has recipes, tips on what to eat and is a cheerleader for me to keep me happy and eating well. You learn how to eat properly using foods that you buy in the store. Easy to maintain my weight and a lifestyle I will stick with for the rest of my life. The best personal training program in St. Petersburg Florida!
The trainers are of the highest quality with great service.
I started an in home personal training program with Dianne back in 2011 when I hired her to get rid of the baby weight from my (now) 12 year old.
She did that and has me in the best shape of my life at 50!
We moved to San Francisco for 4 years, but Dianne opened up her schedule for me the day we got back to St Petersburg FL. The nutritional coaching she provides has even helped me get through menopause with additional weight gain or the issues I've seen most people face. Best of all, the personal training programs are so effective, I only have to train twice a week.

I’ve been a client of Dianne’s for 3 months. I have had MANY personal trainers over the years (I can’t count them on 2 hands) and hands down, Dianne Villano is by far, the best. She’s highly educated and provides and applies “Science” to each individual (customized). She focuses on ages 50+ and can prove to you that you can workout less and eat more. (trust me!) Joined in March 2020 weighing in at 194 and cholesterol at 227. As of September 12, 2020 I now weigh 171 and my cholesterol is down to 140. This program works! No crazy diet or fad workouts. Disciplined approach to building a stronger, flexible core and good advice on healthier food choices. Plenty of online resource tools to help stay focused. Best personal investment in my health in a couple of decades! Always recommend the program and Dianne now.

I found this group almost 2 years ago but decided I can’t get up that early and didn’t join. after failing at several other plans, and wasting money on many gym memberships, I called Dianne back and set up my appointment . I have been a member since June and it has been an awesome experience . It’s the first time I’ve stuck to a program but I’m also that person that needs the appointment and to be held accountable. Dianne take the time to know your issues and motivates you to show up and work . I now wake up and look forward to going to 7am class on the beach . It’s a great way to start your day. I lost 9 inches after the summer challenge and feel less bloated. The ladies are all awesome and welcoming.

I started with Diane about 3 years ago. I had problems walking to the front door and was in congestive heart failure. After a few months I went to the Dr and found out I was out of heart failure and the Dr was surprised and pleased. I was housebound and that is one of the life changing things that Diane and her patience and drink did for me. In the three years I cannot not express my praise for Diane and her program. I walked all over Italy and enjoyed my self on a trip that I would not have been able to do 3 years ago I have lost 50 lbs and feel like a new woman. There are many things she did for me and I feel terrific If you are smart and want to feel like a new person call Diane and join her group as it is the best thing I ever did.

I'm a 56 year old man. I first met Diane and became a client of Custom Bodies in 1999. At that time I was 39 years old, out of shape and weighed 250 lbs. Diane took me from 250 lbs and over 15% body fat down to 210 lbs and just under 8% body fat, all the while building lean muscle mass. This didn't happen overnight. But, by following the nutrition plan she designed specifically for me and showing up consistently for the workouts she designed for me so she could kick my butt in the gym, I was able to achieve these results over the course of a year and a half.
Fast forward to today. For many reasons I stopped working out, mostly a bunch of excuses including a stressful corporate job, not enough time, etc. After 8 years of a sedentary, stressful work environment lifestyle, I found myself at 56 feeling plain lousy. I had regained all the weight and more, lost muscle mass, had trouble sleeping, aching joints, etc....you name it. I found Diane again and have been working out with her for about 2 months now. I am down almost 20 lbs, lost 4 inches total and am building back the muscle I lost. I feel like I have regained my life back. I feel great. I have had some injuries since the first time I worked out with her and she was able to assess those injuries and incorporate corrective exercises to not only help heal the injuries but overcome them to be able to perform at MY maximum capabilities. I stress MY because each person is different. Diane's knowledge of nutrition coupled with her certifications and 20 years of experience in the fitness industry make her one of the best, in my opinion.
I also enjoy the fitness camp environment. There is a lot of comaraderie and encouragement. I also like not being in the gym. The exercises are very challenging and I am seeing results once again. I am well on my way to a lifetime of fitness. I trust Diane implicitly with my fitness and highly recommend her. You can't go wrong if you just follow her program and do what she says. The only reason you won't see results is if you don't follow the program.

From a very long distance I was able to participate in a challenge at the beginning of the year, through social media and sheer willpower ... And lost 10 lbs and 13+ inches in 6 weeks' time (and still going on my own !) I wasn't even in the same state... Working full time with two children (6.5 and 18mo at the time) and a husband who is a stubborn former infantry Marine (and very out of shape due to an injury over 3 years ago). The accountability check ins motivate me daily to keep going! The meal plans helped me realize what a proper day should look like with food, and now when I'm stuck in a rut, they give me an easy day's worth of meals to get me back on track.
I've also realized how important it is to work out smartly. And it isn't just about exercise but more importantly, what you put in your body. I used to dread working out but now have it so down, I am working out on average 5 days a week with quality exercise... And kicking ass when doing so. In fact, I get extra cranky when I don’t get to work out now.
Dianne is an amazing coach... Disclaimer... She tells it like it is… but, she really knows her stuff. If you are living in the St. Pete's Beach area, I envy you, because you have a real opportunity to train with her in person!

Please, please, please do research when you hire anyone to train you. This trainer does not have, and has never had, the credentials that she claims to have. She is committing fraud by claiming such. At the time I hired her, she claimed to be NASM certified with a CES and CPT. NONE of this was true. I learned SO much from my experience with her. DON'T trust what comes out of someone's mouth about you and your family's health without researching that individual's credentials. DO NOT pay for services in advance or sign any agreements without doing your research! I am now out $1300 with nothing but bad advice to show for it.

I have been participating in Dianne's St. Pete Beach M/W/F 7am 'boot camp' for about 5 months. Please don't let the 'boot camp' wording scare you off - it is an incredibly supportive environment!! You can start no matter your age or ability - Dianne is great about catering to each individual's strength or weakness (medical or otherwise) during each training session. The training has made me much stronger, more cardiovascularly fit, and I have a much better awareness of my balance weaknesses, so I can improve on them throughout each day. Due to the positive results, my husband is now training with out 'boot camp' too.
