I have been trying to cancel the Columbia, MO gym for six months. I moved to another state. When I tried to cancel before I left, I was told since there was a crunch near where I was moving to, I’d have to transfer my membership there. When I tried to do that, the local gym told me I had to ask Columbia to transfer me. Columbia told me my local gym had to do it. I kept getting the run around. I’m still at Columbia as my home gym, and I’ve tried calling and emailing. The manager never returns my calls. I called a number my husband got to cancel and was told you can’t cancel that way. You have to send a certified letter and if they “accept” your cancellation, then they’ll cancel it 30 days later.
DO NOT sign up with any of their gyms. Shady business practices come from shady people.

Crunch Fitness Greenwood, IN sucks Aiden the GM is extremely unprofessional. I had a billing issue and when I first reached out Aiden told me he could not help me and refused to give me his name when I asked 3x then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Aaron who was much more professional and gave me the Regional Manager contact info. I spoke with Charlie who assured me I would be refunded. He even sent me a email confirming my refund. It’s been 2 months still no refund Aiden refuses to take phone calls or return messages. Charlie is no longer with the company. Time to notify the BBB and Attorney General
So yesterday, I decided one more time to stop by the gym to see if I could resolve this issue. After five minutes, the GM told me I was being trespassed and if I didn’t leave in five minutes he was calling the police on me. His staff was absolutely appalled at how he talked to me and apologized up and down for him. Needless to say, I still don’t have my refund and there’s no way to contact anybody above him. The staff was scared to even discuss management for fear of retaliation.

I belong to crunch McKnight which is own by this group. At one time it was a nice gym. We go there because they offered child care which we have always used as a grandparent. Now they have a new manager who has discontinued this program. He will not return phone calls as to why the employees that answer the phone have more or less have stated I’ll have to go somewhere else. Don’t need my business. On silver sneakers program will have to relay message about discrimination towards grandparents who help out .
