Lots of great handpicked equipment. The pec fly there is one of the best I’ve ever used for the stretch.

Hammer strength machines, barbell, dumbbells 5lb-100lb+, tons of cable attachments including the new lat pull-down ones.

I'd like to discuss a membership bur I'm not sure how. I've tried calling but it just rings and I never reach someone or a voicemail. When I go during open hours to meet someone in person, no one is ever there. I've tried emailing and never got a reply. My local gym was destroyed in the hurricane and I'm looking for another option. Could someone please contact me with membership details?

EDIT YEAR 2025: Thanks for not addressing the issue and responding two years later 🤡🤡🤡. Also, people were actually working out at the facility while we were knocking at the door, so please don't gaslight for pity.

we wanted to return the payment because the employee took more than he should... the employee refused to return $200, we asked for the number of the main manager, but he did not give us his number either!! terrible place, they don't respect their customers. give us back our money!

I recently joined this wonderful small gym and it's been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a community of friendly older individuals dedicated to their fitness journeys. The staff is supportive, and the variety of equipment suits all fitness levels. Highly recommend!

just got a worst gym checked in, on arrival worker boy said you can't come for 3 days trial unless you have Englewood address, ( no disclosure of that) later same boy used profanity and treating physically hurt me and my wife. Of course after all that nastiness I would not come to this place if someone give me free pass for 10 years..... terrible , I mean it

Just moved to the area. wanted a local gym, printed out a 3 day pass with gf and was denied entry. Owner claimed we needed local ids to work out there. zero mention on the website of this. Waste of time. Gym was small and dirty so we left.

Gym is good, staff is excellent when someone is actually there.
Billing is horrible! Canceled membership due to moving from area, young kid/so called staff working that I've not seen help me Cancel and Said that's it and nothing more to do, since then I've been billed twice and can not get an actual response nor live person to resolve this.

Its not that big, but I rarely have to wait for equipment, and with your gym card, you can enter at your convenience. The staff are friendly, and do a good job of maintaining it.

Changed reveiw. The gym is a great gym. Definitely needs a little bit of work on the billing side but if you need a local gym that is always pretty clean and friendly it is a good place to go. The billing issue was more the third party billing companys fault not the fault of the gym itself.

I have belonged to this gym for a long time and found it fit my needs well. However, after a surgery last year my use of the gym had tailed off and I went in and spoke to the pleasant young attendant about terminating my membership last February 4. I knew there was a 30 day notice required, but I was surprised to see the bill recurring through April. I spoke to a desk attendant again recently but she did not appear knowledgeable about how to quit. I called the billing number on my credit card bill and was told I had to submit a written termination - something no one had ever told me. I had quit the gym some time ago before without a written notice, so this was a surprise. I got Blaise's (the owner) number and have left messages on his line - the attendant had taken my phone number for him to call me - all to no avail. Now I am up to $114 due for the 4 months the billing company (Paramount Acceptance) says I owe. They have finally received my termination notice and will accrue no more - I think. I suggest that, at least the attendants at the desk know of this procedure so members do not incur months of payments not expected, I thought I'd have to pay February's and possibly March's dues - not April and May's. Good gym - but absent management.

If you suffer from copd or asthma avoid this gym like it is the plague. You have kids "vaping" inside the gym and they see nothing wrong with it. It is your problem not theirs. Your breathing problems are a joke to them. Find a gym that is not run by kids.

Signed up for free trial pass because I was visiting my aunt in the area. Showed up and was told I needed an ID to use it. Left and then returned with ID and was told it needed to be a florida ID. And I had my aunt's pass too and still couldn't be let in.

I like this gym mainly because of the ability to enter 24/7. It has all the equipment that I need and a comfortable environment to workout. Really enjoy the ability to watch TV and listen through FM signal while on a treadmill. :-) Membership cost is very reasonable.
