The front desk staff is extremely rude.

My 4 year old had been going for several months. She somehow fell off the bars during practice and broke her collarbone. I understand accidents happen, but she walked all the way across the gym by herself and upstairs to tell me she was hurting and wanted to go home…no one informed me she was hurt, no one brought her to me, and the coach still hasn’t contacted me. When trying to discuss my frustration with how the whole situation was handled the front desk staff was extremely rude. Extreme overall safety concern and do not recommend.

zero stars if it was an option. i’m absolutely furious about this place because of the service that the owners give the employees and how they speak to the parents of the employees! you should never speak to anyone like that for any reason if their CHILD is working for you. zero stars

It's impossible to get a call back to even schedule a tryout for an experienced gymnast. I've called three separate times over the past few months and every time the gentleman who answered the phone told me in a super snotty tone, "Stacey will have to give you a call." Zero calls.

My girls have been going here for over a year and love it! The staff is friendly. They are very understanding when things come up and you need to switch days. I would recommend them!

... Brandon your review is irrelevant. 🙄 What does their political belief have to do with how well they do their job? This is America and they are free to express who they are voting for. Back when I went here as a kid, my experience here was alright overall. Some of my coaches were very good at their job and very friendly and others weren't very good at their job and were mean.
