We really enjoy being members at Flex Fitness! Mike, the manager is always so welcoming and great to talk to, we look forward to seeing him every time we come in. Of the two public Gym options in Freeport, this is the cheaper one, and I still don't think it's worth the $45 monthly (Less if you pay 6 months or a year at a time) plus $79 sign up fee.

It has everything you'd expect: dumbbells, squat rack, cable machines, treadmills, cycles, etc. What it DOESN'T have is any showers. For this kind of money, I'd expect at least that much. So if you're the type to work out before going to work, you'll either have to go back home to rinse off, or deal with being sweaty all day.

It's clean with new equipment, and about 2,500 square feet of workout space (just a visual estimate, I didn't measure). That sounds like a lot, but once there are about 8-10 people in the building, it starts to feel crowded and the more popular equipment is harder to get onto.

It's also fairly out of the way, a quarter mile off 331 in a small warehouse complex you don't know is there until you're right on top of it, about to miss the turn.

Speaking of small; there isn't a ton of parking, so be prepared to look for a spot at one of the other businesses in the complex, even behind the building.

Also the wifi has had "no internet access" the entire time I've been here, and there's really poor cell signal.

Just started this gym and I Love the space and location just wish it had full length mirrors! Im a short girl and I can only see half my body! Especially by the squat rack and smith machine there are no mirrors over there and I like to watch my form on those machines. Would also appreciate more floor space for exercises other than that I like it small but clean and friendly staff

Place is very clean. Everyone is super friendly and the membership is very affordable. Convenient spot and gym is rarely overcrowded. Easy to get on any machine you’d like. McKayla does a wonderful job keeping up with everything and is quick to attend to any questions or needs you have. I strongly recommend personal training sessions if you have the opportunity as well!

This gym is super nice and great for all fitness levels and people. It has a variety of cardio equipment to fit all needs and has a very nice mix of workout equipment and free weights. It can be a little tight at peak times, but it's manageable. The manager and staff are super nice and helpful and keep the place super clean and organized. The price can not be beat. It is just a short 15-minute drive from Santa Rosa Beach.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 or 6 weeks now and I’m pretty happy here. It’s a good size gym and has all the tools you need to do what you came here to do. It can get a little busy during the day but I’m still able to do my workout with no issues. The staff and people that come here are pretty chill too. Would definitely recommend this gym.

Well they seem like nice folks and monthly pricing is good. I’d sign up today if it wasn’t for the $80 sign up fee. Wow Nice gym. I'm from original from Freeport FL . But Live in Tennessee.. Found out there was a new gym in Freeport here where a lot of my friends live had to go to it unbelievably clean machines are all in excellent condition. And the prices are great.
